An excellent place with a personalized treatment in which the needs of each client are met with speed and correction. If you come looking for a cheap site in Chaouen look for another site but if you come looking for quality do not hesitate and come here. The air conditioning of the hotel is possibly the best in the whole city and the hot water works great as well as having a great fireplace that keeps on and gives a special touch to the place.

I am still on my first day at the hotel but I know it is one of the most beautiful and best cared sites of all Chefchaouen with a lot of difference with respect to the rest. There is only one better hotel in Chefchaouen and it is a 5 star Spa. The air conditioning of the rooms and the hot water of the tiles deserves totally and the place. Being able to shower with hot water in a room that quickly gets to 27 degrees thanks to an excellent air conditioning is a pleasure to be paid and not costly to pay it when you have been eating cold bad care high attention and if very cheap prices but when you n Or you are 20 years old you may not be interested in going as a backpacker and if you enjoy a boutique hotel like this.

If you are looking for an experience of pleasure in which you do not have to worry about anything and everything you ask the manager of the hotel will go up because you do not have this is your place. All rooms have their own bathroom with heating and air-conditioning and are perfectly decorated and catered for. A hotel that is not a hotel is rather a lovely boutique-type place to spend two or three delicious nights before returning to Spain. If you don't come looking to save €5, this is your place. If there are not many other places that have neither this beauty nor this attention and that will attend you for much less price but forget to savour the authentic experience of Moroccan luxury.

If you come to spend from one to three nights in Chaouen this is definitely your place. If you are not a backpacker looking for ridiculous prices this is your place. If you are looking for perfectly air-conditioned rooms where the light does not jump when you put the air conditioner this is your place. And if you want to shower with real hot water without being cut and you can finish the shower to taste this is your place do not hesitate. Apart from the facilities the attention is excellent and the food an absolute delight. A place worth not getting lost under any circumstances in Chaouen.

A place built looking for the same and excellence in details perfectly attended by a synchronized team that strives to give the utmost attention to the customer. All the rooms are air-conditioned things to thank here as in winter everything is cold and in summer everything is hot. A more than recommended site for those who do not want to save €10.

Very cozy. Right inside of the medina making it easy to drop off you bags and have tea on the roof. Amazing staff and breakfast was delicious!

Absolutely recommended. We found this place in Lonely Planet and are glad we chose it over some of the more expensive options. Very easy location to get to from the Medina gate — helpful staff assisted with where to park and helped with bags. Good breakfast as well as mint tea available on arrival and on request. You can also ask them to prepare dinner which was an option some guests took and it was recommended by them. Can assist with other visit details such as walks in the national park. Terrific roof top terrace to watch the sunsets.

There were 12 people in our group. We found that the rooms and facilities were of a good standard and all that we expected for this region of the world. The hospitality of the management absolutely wonderful. They were very friendly and always willing to help with almost everything. We would go back there again.
