For two years in a row I stayed at this heartwarming hostel, run by Abdou and his family. You can feel in the tiny details that this hostel is about the people. Every guest is greeted with a smile and you leave with a hug. The hostel has gotten bigger, the facilities have improved, but the important things are still there. Home cooked dinners of a high standard, cosy card games at the roof terrace and most importantly, if you need anything, just ask Abdou. He will tell you not to worry and arranges it for you. I met so many nice people here, from all over the world. As you might have noticed: I'm a fan. Keep it up guys, and I'll keep coming back.

This place is one of the best places u gonna choose if u wanna have a happy time nd lovely time it feels like home so sweet nd so cozy.
Abdull nd his wife r the most kind people that I had known, they stand all of our noisy actions nd all of our drama.

Amazing staff, perfect location much cleaner then taghazout and prettier beaches, excellent local food at hostel and near by, great showers! Wi-Fi on point alway, and staff is always around and interested in your stay. Chill area upstairs beats any other I’ve seen in Morocco and absolutely my favorite hostel in Morocco.

Very nice place for spend some days in Tamraght, so Close to Taghazout. The hostel have everything you need, full and clean kitchen, great terrace and good breakfast. Abdul is great and so gentle. Thanks for everything.

Great location, great host. We had the greatest times in Sunset Surfhouse. The atmosphere, the service, the food, everything made for a perfect surfing holiday. Abdou and his family were great hosts and made us feel comfortable and cared for sincerely. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you again!

Abdoull made me feel so at home. Thanks to him I was able to try some surfing only 5 minutes away from sunset surf house. His wife made very good food. Delicious meals every night. He even helped me return a rug when I realized how big it was. Thanks again Abdoull for a great time. I will definitely come back for a visit again some day.

Really happy we found this surfhouse. Amazing hosts that make you feel like home. I recommend the dinners there. They always come with a dessert, especially the fondant au chocolat was super delicious! Also there is a nice, big terrace and good surfspots all along the coast. "Banana" and "twelve" are my favorites and are in walking distance. If you are looking for an authentic and comfy stay with good vibes, this is your place to be! If you are looking for a party hostel with lots of restaurants and "bars" nearby — you would probably rather stay somewhere in Taghazout.

Actually I don't want to recommend this place, I want to keep it a secret. I'm afraid the great hospitality and the awesome vibes will spread quickly. It's a great hostel, they create a atmosphere that makes you want to stay! (When Abdellatif asks you if you want want to eat at the hostel, your answer has to be yes!

What a great find, so good I returned a few days later! Great company, great location, great food and great surfing — Abdu, his wife and Mohammed do splendid job in catering for every aspect of our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to spend his vacation in a fun and friendly environment.

We loved Sunset Surfhouse so much that we left the other hostel we had booked and stayed here for three weeks! Abdou and Miriam are the kindest hosts, we felt like part of the extended family. For surfing, this place is excellent as the boards and suits are great quality, plus the guesthouse is at the bottom of the hill so you don't have to lug your board too far. The terrace is spacious and stunning, the kitchen is fantastic, delicious meals upon request and the facilities are kept very clean. Superb value for money. We can't wait to come back next trip!

Sunset Surf House is a beautiful host in a small village in Morocco.
The rooms are also clean and Abdoul&Miriam makes us feel like home.
The breakfast and dinner is also delicious and varied. Thank you Miriam for your efforts. Both of you are very helpful, we could ask you for a lot of informations and you helped us in every case.
The beach is also very close and you have a lot of beautiful surfspots!
And when you need a relaxed day, you can hang out on the roof terrace!

Nice place to stay on a surf trip, clean rooms & beds, good break & 4 nice surf spots in walkable distance around, facing diffèrent swell directions. Including great hospitality And good position to the city!

Surfing in morocco is awesome! there's some good surf camps, but we really like Sunset Surfhouse, they showed us (me and my friends) the best Surf Spots of the day — there are loads. It depends on your level, experienced intermediate surfers would love banana point, devils rock (close to the surf camp) killer point, boilers, anchor point, and then if the swell is too big, then panoramas and crocs in tamraght. The Surf house is perfect, rooms are clean and comfortable, Thank you Marouane & Abdoull for your hospitality.
