My husband and I had a wonderful time here the staff was great and entertainment at night was fantastic. I would definitely recommend here for place to stay.

Lovely hotel, well based in Agadir, with friendly staf en top animation for kids. Great evening shows and nice food. A place to go back to.

Very helpful staff, good food, brilliant location everything within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to stay all inclusive. The entertainment is very good and different every day. Stayed here twice with large groups so far and no problems loved the stay. Keep up the good work and will stay here again.

An old hotel would have to be completely renovated.
Pros: Staff very friendly, food good to very good. Beautiful garden with pool. Hotel is very child-friendly and also has its own loungers on the beach. Wi-Fi works well and is fast. Price and performance are very good. The beds were good.
Cons: Loungers are pre-reserved and then there are none. Too few umbrellas. Animation and music very loud.

Very bad holiday. Hotel very worn and past its best. Needs a revamp. Dont go in july to Morocco weather not good. Cold and hazy sun.

Very friendly staff, nice accomodation (especially for kids), great animation team and good food. Due to the daily animation program, the hotel is very noisy in the evening, which makes it impossible to have a quit drink. On the flip side, my kids had a blast during the mini disco and the rest of the evening show, so what the heck, right? All en all, I absolutely had a great vacation there!

The hotel was decent, went with my family. You were able to exchange money at reception, but becareful as they may short change you I caught them out few times. We did enjoy the whole region of the hotel. Its a short walk to the beach. However only criticism is that the rooms AC never worked and it got very warm during the night time. Also if they could introduce a temperature controlled Pool that would be great as on colder days you didn't want to jump into a cold pool.!

Had a great time there with all inclusive, perfect amenities and friendly staff. Price was also affordable and about 4 nights stay is right for anyone to get a perfect Morocco unwind :)

On holiday 1 week at the hotel during the school holidays of April 2018, I can only congratulate the staff of this hotel, FAISAL at the reception, smiling who greeted me with the requests I had originally formulated by my agency, the morning team of a man and a woman always taking great care of clients and in coordination with our onsite agent for excursions with excellent drivers/full breakfast guides with a fresh orange juice without supplement, lunches and dinners Satisfying, couscous and tajines well appreciated, grilled fish. Possibility to be in Transat by the swimming pool or in the greenery. No direct access to the beach but at this time not necessary. For fans of sensation 4 slides including 1 where 3 people can launch at the same time.

Cleanliness of the rooms to improve expensive in relation to quality price dimensions and services offered food correct staff very nice friendly and helpful.

Fro. Wet rooms, Elevator down… average service quality… the only positive point the infrastructures for children.

Loving fun place all the staff great can not do enough for you food plenty and good rooms bit dated but clean bed we had two single but wide and comfortable.

Efforts to be made at the level of the restoration. If not the rest is fine.

Nice rooms and staff. Food was very good but would have preferred a more Moroccan cuisine. Pools and gardens were good and well landscaped. Entertainment was a bit basic and the one bar was very small and smokey.

Good experience friendly staff. Great buffet selection for those who are all inclusive. There were cooking classes available in the outdoor area every day teaching different types of dishes at 12:30 anyone can join in. They also have a Barbecue dish available every day as part of the lunch time buffet menu. The buffet menu changes every day for local and continental cuisines. It has something for everyone to enjoy. A very clean and nice hotel overall with plenty of services. I used the laundry service and was pleased with the results. The rates are very reasonable for laundry and ironing. While we were staying at the hotel it was being refurbished so it was good to see new paint and general repairs being made. Well maintained grounds inside the hotel pool was also cleaned and maintained daily with was good to see. I did use the hotel gym while I was there twice the one thing that let it down was the broken and run down gym equipment. There were a good range of free weights but not all of them were tightly screwed in (Potentially dangerous). There are many activities available to do on the hotel grounds like Tennis, table tennis, darts, football, basketball, boules, swimming and more. We tried table tennis and basketball was very enjoyable in the moroccan heat. Best part of the hotel were the helpful staff. Had several queries and they were very fast to respond and help fix the issue. Overall good stay has room for improvement for better score.

I had a marvellous holiday here couldn't fault the staff very friendly and welcoming, the food could do with being hotter but on the whole. I would highly recommend it. And we are thinking of going back there.

Hotels well but still running out of air returned with bronchitis.

Brilliant 10 day stay, staff very welcoming and fun. Could do with bit more entertainment on a night give poor animation team some time off but will visit again. Gardens kept to high standards and room was cleaned, bedding and towels changed every day. Well done Kenszi Europa staff. Xx.

Stayed here for 4 nights from 14th December 2018. Check in was good, polite staff, bellman good, location excellent, room very nice, pools and facilities all good. Food was average. I enjoyed lunch and dinner more so than breakfast. Local drinks included in all inclusive package but they aren't very strong, however they do give the option of international drinks if you pay. If you can speak french, it is advantageous, especially with bar staff. I will be happy to return here. Lovely place.

Lovely service and hotel. 2 things though: — Entertainment needs to be slightly quieter for guests that don't want to 'party' every night. -More variety of foods and better tasting food should be given.

For price I give it 5starts. Clean place, nice views from balcony, good situated. Food to be expected Good, not perfect. Will visit again, good place to have a sleep, refresh and enjoy maroco.

Good hotel and the view of the rooms from the 7th floor on Agadir is just breathtaking. The room is nice and clean the bedding is very good. Too bad the AC does not work or then the hotel wants to save and deprives its customers of the air conditioning which is a pity because even in November the temperatures exceed the 35 degrees! Otherwise avoid the all inclusive as the buffets are really but really not good damage for this very nice hotel.

Decent and clean hotel. Average entertainment but the day time DJ played all our favorite tunes. Breakfast was missing sausages / some form of meat. Location is on point only 3 min walk to the beach and main strip. Definitely recommended for a cheap and cheerful holiday.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and well kept as was the lovely grass areas behind the pools. The pools were cleaned meticulously every day. The staff were always polite and helpful, the food had plenty of variety and there would have always been something to suit the fussiest eaters in this world. The bar staff soon got to know your favourite tipple so would get you a drink as you arrived at the bar. The hotel is in a good location for the beach and shops/souks. I would recommend it if you prefer the smaller hotels that are not so commercial.

Where too start this hotel has good rooms, a nice pool and terrace area, and that's where it ends the staff are extremely rude impolite and arrogant unless of course you can speak fluent French are prepared to tip everyone heavily who can't even be bothered to look you in the eyes let alone speak to you and generally be treated like you are disturbing their day. Food is repetitive and boring the same everyday, one small bar which stops serving at 11pm for all inclusive and those who are prepared to pay extra for any drink including coffee tea or soft drinks the only drink available is warm water. Unless again of course you are a French speaker or have tipped the staff heavily then you can get any drink you want because the bar rules don't apply to those people. Reception any question is a inconvenience it took me three attempts to get toilet roll and towels delivered to my room. Entertainment lasts for one hour in the evening if your lucky and precious little during the day apart from chatting to the favoured few guests, I paid extra for a safe which literally can be carried quite easily out of my room, I paid extra too keep my room on the last day told I could have the room until 5pm only too find a cleaner and an inept electrician jamming a screw driver into a light switch, while it was shorting the lights and shouting ow ow. While the electrics we're sparking and stopping me from entering the room to get ready for my flight. In short don't stay here full stop.

I have never experienced worst hotel, the staff are great however the policies of Kenzi leave lot to be desired. Probably great hotel for locals but not for Europeans especially if you are use to Europe standards.

Nice hotel it was very clean and the staff couldn't help you any better they were excellent, the only downside was the food as it was very repetitive and didn't really cater for British people that much but each to their own, as it just seem to be fish everyday and spaghetti but nothing to go with it, but it has got a KFC, Pizza Hut and a McDonald's across the road if you prefer eating out.

It has a very good location. Nice swiming pool. Some services are payable like the safe in the rooms. Lunch and dinner options are expensive compared to the same food just few steps outside in the near by reataurant. The staff is great, very helping, njce and smiling t stars for that. Rooms are fairly large, clean but some upgrades are needed for the decoration and toilets to match the quality of similar class. Equally, consumables provided need upgrade (shampoo, soaps, toilet paper) … Sheets disinfectant leave a mild odor not really annoying but could be made better.

Well priced accommodation, helpful staff, kid friendly. Most guests all inclusive. Room was clean and functional. Food is catering style buffet. Check plates cups and cutlery as washing up seems to be only negative aspect. Main pool was heated (May) but shallow 0.3m kids pool cold.

We went there two weeks ago and it was lovely. The weather was great, a bit windy sometimes, but the sun was shining all day. We loved the entertainment in the hotel, Kali was very friendly and always willing to keep us company. The bar staff was lovely and the waiter Hafid was a nice and attentive guy. The room was good with a clean bathroom and an amazing huge bed. The reception staff could be more helpful when checking in and inform tourists about beach towels policy, meals hours and maybe they could mention the free entrance zoo park 2 minutes away from the hotel. The food was very good, but not too much choice for the breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend the hotel.

I am a very experienced traveller going abroad every month and I stayed here in November into December 2016. Weather was superb and so was the hotel. Bedroom excellent, sooo comfy bed, immaculate bathroom, good balcony view, excellent half board food and superb breakfasts every day. Though hotel facilities were operating out of season service was still very acceptable by all the staff. Beach a short walk away, and really clean too.

This is a great hotel to stay in Agadir, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, excellent service from all restaurant staff and I loved the food and local wines Though I never had children with me watching the care and attention provided by the entertainment staff to the children was absolutely amazing I would recommend this hotel to all families and all who are not looking for a week of total peace, the entertainment was excellent and you are made to feel a part of it. I honestly have to say the service provided to me and given to others during my stay was outstanding. Everyone was not only so helpful but just so attentive to all needs and requests beyond what was necessary A week was just not long enough.

Great place, free breakfest & lunch/dinner. They cleaned my room at different hours, even hung up my clothes, folded, fixed bed, each time I left out. Never had something like that before, but reguardless, it was Great staying in Kenzi.

Very fine hotel. Super clean, funny animators, various water slides, many sport activities, food OK. It has its own area reserved on the beach with loungers and sunahades and friendly supervisor, that will inflate your swimming accessory. Also when you choose a place in the middle, the omniptesent sellers won't be able to reach you and it's easier to ignore them. One minor downside for me was that it's very french-centric. The staff can speak english, but they mostly talk and announce things in french since majority of guest are french too. It's no barrier or anything, but gives me weird feeling.

8Excellent staff, very clean hotel in good location. Visited last week of May 2015. We found the hotel, pools and dining areas spotlessly clean. The sun loungers are hose pipe cleaned every morning. Activities: The animation team were brilliant and arranged. Water polo, French Bowling, Tennis, Aquagym, Aerobics, Yoga, Darts. Evening entertainment was really good in the lobby area, but was at 9.30pm. Would be better at 9pm for families with children. Pools: Slides ran at around 11am and 3pm, and were supervised by staff who looked out for the children. Large pool was lovely and clean. Good pool for small children. Water was very cold but none of the pools were heated on cold days, but on warm days pool was comfortable enough in the mid afternoon. Poolside loungers were great. Food: Seriously lacking seasoning, but talking to other travellers — the food here was much better than other places in Agadir (salt, pepper and vinegar was plentiful to add to taste). The barbecues were brilliant, excellent choice of self scoop ice creams but only at lunchtime. The restaurant and bar areas were VERY CLEAN. None of us had any tummy upset. Fresh orange juice for breakfast was lovely. Due to extended service times, cues were minimal. Eggs were delicious, and staff would make omelettes or turned over eggs. Location: Is excellent and near to main tourist area, pizza hut, MacDonalds. There is a private reserved area on the beach, but it was rather windy.

Clean comfy room, mini bar and safe included … RAI 1 and several French, German and English channels.
Meals at the buffet with wide choice (drinks to be paid extra, including H2O).
Attractions in after dinner.
No transportation airport/hotel shuttle, cost 22 euros.
Too bad the Wi-Fi KENZI H free is working only in the lobby, although for three days out of six we have linked to Wi-Fi KENZI from the room, but then stopped working although there was the signal … (LIMITED Access).
Overall I liked it.

We were already in the Kenzi Europa. But after the renovation for the first time. The rooms are managed in subtle colors. It is altogether more modern and younger. The garden is still beautiful despite new slides. You can comfortably eat and sunbathe by the pool or on the meadows. To mention is the food that front renovation was very monotonous. It is here now versatile, very tasty and always abundant. Further, the friendliness of the staff in the eye stands out. Especially the new Chief of the restaurant and the chef. You have always a kind word for the guest. Next year again.

We stayed for a week in January 2014th staff very friendly, hotel very clean everywhere. Good restaurant with a good selection to choose from. Try the Moroccan pancakes with honey for breakfast — delicious. Meat-eaters should a larger selection of meat. Very child-friendly. Location very good — beach only 10 minutes walk to the other side of the road. Hotel has its own part of the beach, at the reception issues. There was a small fridge and a safety deposit box in our room, but no courtesy, so you might want to a travel kettle. Free Internet access in the lounge/reception area. Small computer room is free to use. Would recommend this hotel each.

The rooms are gorgeous, the hotel is fairly new and their beds offer one of the most amazing experience of sleeping (I slept better than in my bed). From the balcony, the sea, and the lights have a crazy view at night! About the service quickly start feeling at home thanks to the staff: very friendly, professional and attentive. The food is pretty good, I expected low quality of an all exclusive course, while actually the buffet is varied and changes frequently. I loved the Moroccan buffet! and the breakfast is great (eggs cooked before the Moroccan pancakes, Moroccan tea, pastries, fruit. The location of the hotel is great, located in the tourist centre, only 3 minutes on foot from the beach, and it costs more than $2 to get to any place with a taxi. The hotel has also an animation team offers numerous activities and imagine! Provide for the children! I loved this place, and it made my stay there just mad! Still hesitate not go there.
