We stayed in December 2017 in this hotel, which was certainly a dream hotel. Apparently, the owner changed back in 2015 and so did the claim of a hotel.
The hotel once had a heating system, but when you turn at the thermostats they fly out. But turning up the heating can also save yourself directly because the heating system is switched off throughout the hotel. If you complain correctly (so about the travel provider not just the staff) then with a little luck you get a hallogist heater that is as effective as a tea light in the football stadium. The nights in Marrakech in December are unfortunately also ni especially warm … At a maximum of 6 degrees a really unpleasant thing …
The hygenic conditions — under the bed were found old socks and underpants …
The complaints to the udder unfriendly hotel manager did not bring any success was taken only after a defect notice to the tour operator. Then one was instructed in front of all the other tourists on site in the command tone that one — after which a radiator is now in the room, immediately to write an email to the organizer that everything was now completely scooped for complete satisfaction …
Caution is also advised when shuttle here, you are happy to be taken off. We wanted to use this service 1x after the free times — 100 DH (about 10 Eur) this costs.
