My family and I recently visited the Riad, and we absolutely loved it!
We had a very pleasant stay thanks to the helpful, friendly, and competent team. The Riad offers a variety of great packages, including trips to Agafay, the Sahara, and more.
Mohammed and the other receptionists were especially kind, they helped us plan our activities and introduced us to many wonderful attractions in Marrakech.
From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and offered us tea, which was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how customer-oriented the Riad is at first glance. (More to come of course)
We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

My experience at the Riad Zinoun was really wonderful. I was there for four nights with my friends and family and we had a great time. All the team members of the Riad have been warm, friendly, kind and generous. The environment was so cozy that we felt like being home. Our stay in Marrakesh wouldn’t have been the same without them! A special mention must go to the amazing chef of the Riad’s restaurant: we had the best food ever, better than other places in town. Breakfast was also very good and it was just a pleasure to sit at the table in the morning. The Riad Zinoun is in the perfect location: just a few steps from the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. We had arranged with them a very comfortable transfer from the airport so we were able to get to the Riad very easily. There is a little spa inside the Riad and we had the chance to spend a great afternoon of massage and hammam. A heartfelt thank you to Said (a real gentleman! ), Mohammed and Yahia.
I surely would like to go back to Riad Zinoun and I recommend it to everyone who loves the real authentic Riad lifestyle.

Great location right in the middle of the old markets. And close to two palaces (a great recommendation from our host Mohammad). The place is a very beautiful traditional riad (a family home) with multiple levels and a beautiful rooftop. The breakfast served was very fresh and delicious. And the bedroom was comfortable and clean with aircon 🙌
Best of all was the service. The host and the owner Zinoun were very kind and catered to all our needs.
Don’t listen to negative reviews on here, I can’t understand why they gave them. It’s not a luxury villa with pool that will cost you €300 per night. For €100 per night, we got an authentic, clean and comfortable room, in a great location and great service.
We had the best time in Marrakech exploring the market laneways and this was the best place for it! Thanks for having us!

Lovely rustic place. Experience the old souq first hand. Neat and clean, with genuine local ambience. Caring hosts, both Ismail and Mohammed, who help you out whenever required, including guiding on the the right price of what you want to buy. Great breakfast!
Care: No vehicle access last 400 to 600 metres depending on which side you are approaching the Riad and the path is pebbled, so wheeling your bag not easy. Also, a sign-board identifying the hotel would be helpful given that there are many other Riads in the area and Riad Zinoun is nestled deep inside the alleyway; best call the property (Ismail or Mohammed) to receive you on the main road.

The staff (Ismail and Mouad) were extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

Lovely traditional riad, close to the hustle and bustle but tucked away so it's quiet at night. They'll feed you more breakfast than you can handle, kept my bag for me on the last day which was helpful.

This is a hidden treasure, a delightful find. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. Our stay here felt more like being with family than a formal hotel arrangement. The rooms are big, authentic, and full of Eastern feel. You can't get more Moroccan. Step out the door, and you are immersed in colour and life. It's an oasis in the Marrakesh madness.

This is a little piece of paradise nestled in the Marrakech Medina. A welcome haven from the hustle and bustle outside. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable (beds were a little hard for my taste but minor detail).

I hadn't originally booked with Zinoun, I booked another riad with airbnb but when I arrived, their agent they told me they had a powercut and drove me 10km away from the medina and tried to make me stay in another hotel! However the guide took me back to the medina and brought me to Zinoun which was a great experience. It is very near the main square but at the end of a small laneway and very quiet. It was refurbished to a good standard. The room had aircon which worked. The breakfast was generous and the service was great. They will give you good tips on the real price of taxis, how to book the bus etc and they have an onsite hamman if you want a private service. I recommend also booking your airport transfer with them as we got ripped off at the airport and they were much cheaper.

Really wonderful staff. We were looked after very well by Mustapha who is a fantastic manager. Nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast every day from Amin too. The riad itself is very pretty in a fantastic location very close to Jema el F’na. There is also an on-site hamman which was so handy. Had a wonderful massage and scrub there. I will definitely always come back here whenever I am in Marrakesh.

Riad Zinoun is a large Riad. We went with a group of students to a city trip to Marrakech. The owner, Mr Zinoun, was hordes and the embodiment of hospitality. He helped us with many practical things, like rental transportation. The Riad is situated in the middle of the Medina, and within 3 minutes walking distance from the place Jemaa el Fna square. I highly recommend this Riad for everyone, from families with children to large groups for couples.
