I have been to Riad Hiba a few times as it is very close to the Medina and the staff is helpful & friendly.
The room I was placed in was OK for 1 night but the bathroom needs attention — an unpleasant odour in there, could be the plumbing issues.
However, I would stay there again in different room as the price is also reasonable.
