Riad Andallaspa

It is a shame that there aren't more stars to give, because Riad Andallaspa is absolutely perfect. You should stop reading now and just book this riad; you won't regret it! The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the center of the action but on a quiet side street. The common areas are expansive and gorgeously decorated with Moroccan artistry, the rooms are each unique and charming, the restaurant is beautiful and the food is amazing, and the huge patio is the perfect place to watch sunrise/sunset and marvel at the Atlas Mountains. But the best part? The staff! Abdul, Abdelrahim and Zaharia were some of our faves, sharing knowledge and stories about their country. Everyone took such good care of us, ordering taxis, recommending activities, even driving to a gluten-free bakery outside the medina to get my daughter GF pastries when they learned she has celiac disease. We would 100% return to this serene oasis!

My mum and I had a lovely stay here. It was our first time in Marrakech — the location was absolutely perfect (walkable and central), rooms very clean, good breakfast and the loveliest, most attentive staff. Airport transfer was also great.
I couldn't fault the place, do not hesitate to book it!

We had a wonderful stay at Andallaspa in Marrakech. From the moment you enter the Riad, you see stunningly beautiful decor. You experience a warm welcome of tea and snacks while you settle in. The Riad is very central to the Medina. The rooms are beautiful, the showers are hot and the soaps have a lovely scent. The breakfasts were excellent — fresh-squeezed orange juice, various pastries and warm breads, yogurt, cheese omelette, coffee, jams, cheese, bananas and clementines — a great way to start your day. Marrakesh is a busy and sometimes overwhelming place, and Andallaspa was an oasis of peace within it. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this place! The accommodation is stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, modern and incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond with recommendations, advice and support throughout our stay. We were visiting with two young kids and they were so supportive and accommodating. The food was delicious. And the location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of everything (markets, restaurants, main attractions), yet unbelievably peaceful — it really feels like a hidden oasis. Would 100% recommend!

Riad Andallaspa is magical. It's very clean and atmospheric. I highly recommend it. The staff at Ruada is very friendly and helpful. Believe me, it's easy to get lost in the streets of the Medina, but the staff will always help you. Breakfast is typical Moroccan, meaning sweet.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful Riad. Communication prior to our visit was very good and all our questions were answered quickly. Transfer from the airport was arranged via the Riad along with a delicious meal ready on our arrival. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, the shower was excellent. All the staff were very helpful arranging taxis and gave helpful tips. Big thanks to Abdullah (Joey) and the guys at breakfast for being such good fun and friendly.

What a wonderful stay we had! Not only was this Riad spectacularly beautiful — the entire hotel is like a work of art! — but the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They were helpful with our room, our bags, our transportation, our questions and other needs even regarding things outside the hotel. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and the service impeccable! Very quiet area with only a short walk to the souks, and we felt very safe and rested well. They went beyond what we expected and we felt treated like celebrities! It was truly wonderful and memorable.

If you decide to stay inside the Medina in Marrakech, Riad Andallaspa is your absolute best choice. A beautiful oasis. Our room was spacious and spotless, with the best bed of our nine days in Morocco. The rooftop area is gorgeous. We had dinner here one night (delicious) plus breakfast each morning (equally delicious) on the roof and it was awesome. The staff are wonderful; friendly, professional, helpful.

I stayed there with few girlfriends. We had a great time. The Riad is very nice and clean. The rooms are a good size. The breakfast is nice but only sweet things like jam, croissant and bread.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. The Riad is about Ten mint from main square in a quiet street. Tqxis can't take you all the way there but leave you around the corner.

Riad Andallaspa is a beautiful hotel. Our room was large and well appointed. The hotel common areas and the rooftop dining area are lovely. Breakfast was included and was excellent. We had dinner on the rooftop one night — traditional tagine food that was very good. Wifi in the riad works very well. The location is a 10 minute walk to Djemma al Fina center of the Medina, which is not to be missed. Also reasonable walk less than 20 minutes to various tourist sites. Walking is a bit of a challenge with all the motorcycles and narrow streets but you should experience it. The staff at Riad Andallaspa were exceptional — all were helpful, friendly, and spoke multiple languages. Highly recommend this riad.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Riad Andalla Spa hotel. It is a beautiful building that totally met my expectations of what Marrakesh Riad would be. More importantly the staff there are so very helpful and courteous. Throughout my stay they went over and above what is expected to make my visit to Marrakesh as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. They even catered for the, shall we say, vagaries and idiosyncrasies of others in my party without any fuss. Beautiful hotel, beautiful people and fantastic food. Loved every minute including the hammam massage. Will definitely return.

Lived and travelled the world never experienced over the top service and genuine hospitality as at the Riad Andalla Spa. The staff made sure our every need was taken care of timely. Excellent location walking distance to the souks and sites. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, had updated bathrooms, while the common areas were quiet and relaxing. A must stay if in Marrakesh.

We stayed at this accommodation for three nights. I liked the location. It is within the medina. The breakfast is good. I particularly liked the orange juice. You can order a fried egg or even an omelette. There are four of us and we stayed in a suite. I would consider returning. Thank you to all the staff!

This riad definetly exceeded my expectations. Tucked away in the middle of the bustling medina, it’s like stepping into a peaceful, beautifully designed oasis. The interior is stunning! It’s clean, artistic, and full of character.
The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, the kind of people who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are lovely, clearly well taken care of. While the rooms aren’t very soundproof, I haven’t had any issues. As long as everyone is mindful of one another, it’s not a problem at all.
The breakfast is nicely balanced and nourishing, with a good mix of options to start your day right.
I honestly didn’t expect the riad to be this good. It’s been a wonderful surprise, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

One thing that struck us about our visit to Morocco was the calm and warm hospitality we encountered on our travel’s & especially so at this Riad. After our ceremonial mint tea welcome we had an excellent dinner on our first night, the chicken tagine was delicious. The room was traditional style and colourful, and on our return stay the room was more modern in style but elegant, both were comfortable & immaculately clean. The air con was a dream from the intense heat of Marrakesh. Breakfast on the roof was lovely and the assistant at the desk welcomed any questions giving us advice in brilliantly spoken English (I think his name was Abdula? ) This Riad is also well positioned within walking distance from the main square (Jamaa el-Fna), Bahia Palace, Souk Semmarine and an Al Farid ATM!

My daughter and I stayed here in July 2025 and we had a memorable experience.
The first night, we arrived by train and the taxi took us to the gate of the Medina and we were met by someone from the Riad who walked us (about 3 min) from the gate to the Riad. Then, we were able to leave one of our suitcases (and have our laundry done) when we left for a two day trip to another city. We returned for another overnight stay, and left very early for the airport the next morning. The Riad arranged airport transportation. (They can also arrange day trips with guides if you'd like). The location is great — 5 min walk to the main square; everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful; and the rooms are beautiful. Highly recommend when visiting this wonderful city.

I stayed at the property for some rest and relaxation after a work trip to Casablanca. I am a frequent business traveler in the MENA region and enjoy exploring after my work trips. I loved EVERYTHING about the Riad, especially the people! The staff was so kind and helpful. My spa visit was incredible too! I left feeling so much lighter!
