Targafit Hotel & Hammam

My stay at Targafit Hotel & Hammam in Marrakech was deeply unsatisfactory due to severe cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, I was appalled to discover insects, flies, and cockroaches within the room, which is absolutely unacceptable. I documented these distressing conditions with photographs, clearly showing the presence of pests that pose health risks.
Despite the Targafit Hotel & Hammam’s assurances of a quality stay, the reality was a stark contrast, characterized by a lack of hygiene that completely disregarded the wellbeing of guests. The owner’s initial agreement to issue a refund, both in person and over the phone, was a fleeting promise, as they later refused to honor their word after I had returned to the UK. This refusal came despite the clear evidence and our message exchanges that showed their original consent to the refund.
Forced to find alternative accommodation due to these uninhabitable conditions, I incurred additional expenses, and the service I paid for at Targafit Hotel & Hammam was never rendered. The misleading portrayal of the property on booking platforms only adds to the frustration and sense of deception. I strongly caution against booking a stay here, as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare due to the misleading advertisement and the proprietor’s unethical practices.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Targafit Hotel and Hammam during my visit to Marrakesh, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with amazing hospitality that truly exceeded my expectations.
The manager, Houssine, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my entire stay. From providing information about the local area to assisting with printing my boarding pass, his level of service was unparalleled.
One of the highlights of my stay was the superb breakfast offered at the hotel. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious spread of fresh and tasty options that fueled me for the day ahead. The variety and quality of the breakfast truly set the tone for the rest of my day.
The hotel boasts a huge area with all the facilities one could possibly need. The spacious and well-maintained indoor swimming pool was a delight to relax in after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of Marrakesh.
My room at Targafit Hotel was nothing short of amazing. With a balcony offering stunning views, a spacious bathroom complete with a luxurious bathtub, and modern amenities such as AC and TV, it was a true sanctuary during my stay. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities truly made it feel like a home away from home.

What a great facility. What a great group of people. While visiting Morocco for vacation, I had to train so I stay in shape and compete with the Moroccan national swim team in Qatar. Mr. Youssef Elaalaoui was amazing with his expertise and advice. Targa Fit is amazing and has everything a professional athlete or a beginner needs. I came here one year ago with my family to explore the city of Marakech. My kids did not want to leave! The service we received here was exceptional! Targa Fit was very welcoming and aesthetically appealing. Beautiful tiles and a lovely place, the staff were very friendly and I always knew where to find them. I spent only a few days here, I would recommend this location for someone who wants the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to come back again next year!

The AC is ice cold. No American TV to choose from but one English speaking channel coming from India. So, for that reason alone, I knocked off one star, Has refrigerator in the unit The pool is huge and clean. The staff is amazing. I was treated like family. There is no shower stall, but rather a big bathtub. You can hook the handheld nozzle on the wall mount and point it towards the other wall and that should keep the water from going all over the bathroom. Huge granite countertop in bathroom. Easy to find and has 4 private parking spaces with a cover behind a locked gate.

What a lovely hotel! This hotel is truly an oasis of calm in the busy Marrakech. It is easy to reach from both the airport and the city. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. Besides, the whole complex is really beautiful. The accompanying gym and hammam are fully equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rarely have we ever felt so welcome in a hotel. Both the hotel and restauarant (amazing food! ) staff were incredibly nice. We will definitely come back here!
