The Riad is super nice, super instagrammable pool. The Shama riad is also very well located in the heart of the medina, the team is super helpful and extremely nice! I recommend to everyone this great Riad! Thanks again to the whole Riad shama team for these 4 wonderful days!

Very well. We came out of a Rbnb in Medina… and we loved it. My daughter made the classic Hammam and loved it. Couscous is perfect. Contrast with the neighborhood around, but you are in the Medina. The taxis are a couple of steps and the staff take us to the taxis and take us back to the taxi, so at the top. The reception reception impeccable. Very clean.

Staff is very kind and reliable. The restaurant is not good and is limited. Rooms are a bit noisy, and the swiming pool is a joke.

The good, the bad, and the dirty (see below). The good: the service was absolutely excellent. Majib and his colleague welcomed my partner and I very warmly and did all they could so that we would feel comfortable. The location of the Ryad is great — approximately 20 min from Jamaa El-Fna or Gueliz. It is also steps from a Taxi station which is quite convenient to get by quickly. The price of the room included breakfast which was great! Finally, there is a fantastic sunny multi-level terrasse overlooking the medina which was great for relaxing and taking pictures. The bad: The room did not have windows and felt quite oppressive. The hotel also added another 5 Euros of taxes which was not included in the original quote. The dirty: On our first night, the bedsheets were dirty: stains, hair, and dirt marks all over and were probably left as is from previous guests. Though management cleaned the room on the second night, the night-manager (who was the only one in charge at night) asked initially us to change the sheets ourselves and could not find more than two clean pillow covers.

Very attentive and pleasant. Although in the room towards heat, in the rest of the building towards some cold. We have been in December, in summer it will be a fantastic place.

Experience is worthwhile, very quiet place, five star service, lunch are plentiful, the staff always smiling, just a little information he does not mention on their site, are the water taxes that he charge you at the end of the stay (52DH/ Days). But despite this, I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet corner of the medina, they are very well located to visit everything, Envitones has 30-45 min of all the tourist attractions.

Riad located in an area a bit far from the city center but easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The Riad is fantastic to see and live with an inner courtyard with a pool and small sofas, the rooms very characteristic are very spacious and especially quiet compared to the chaos of the city. There is a restaurant where you can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a SPA for the typical Hammam. Unique in: The breakfast is a bit limited and monotonous but very plentiful and always yummy. Beware of dinner time, they say it is open until 10pm but going down at 9pm the kitchen was already closed and it was possible to take only the tajine. Not that it's bad, but I've seen a small limit. For the rest of the staff ubiquitous and very kind.

We enjoyed our stay alot. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast. Perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the souks. I recommend the airport service. We would definetly book again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Riad Shama. A peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Majed was the perfect host and provided us with excellent advice for our time in marrakech and our travels into the mountains. Thank you.

Due to a miscommunication, they have kept the booking and debited my card for the full amount. After contacting them several times. They did not want to help me and kept the money. Very Very unfair, as I was not even able to come to the hotel. If that is how they want to do business, I would doubt my stay in their hotel, since they are only after money.

During the day a quiet and cool island of relaxation. Nicely decorated, food is ok. The boss very attentive.
The staff is not very fast and attentive. At night the muezzin is reinforced by the construction of the House extremely next door, so that you almost perpendicular in bed, when the praying goes off.
The Spa is rather tenuous, the masseuse is very unmotivated and not particularly good.
