Riad Itrane first appealed to me as it had a pool. After booking I had some issues with my credit card but the owners were more than helpful and were patient while I sorted it out. When we arrived for our 5 night stay in Riad Itrane I was pleasantly surprised that this Riad was exactly as described and we were greeted with beautiful staff, complimentary mint tea and lots of useful information. Our room was excellent, spacious and was a beautifully decorated and appointed room with everything we needed. The building is a gorgeous old building that has been renovated in a stylish manner with that unique Moroccon feel. As well as an excellent pool the riad has a number of different roof terraces at different levels that you could sit and soak up the sun. The way the terraces are placed meant that you could get privacy at many different spots. The view of the city from up there is also amazing. The staff at the riad were excellent, helpful and offered us many options to take up such as organising tours, massages and dinner reservations. They also organised to get our laundry done from previous weeks of travelling. Breakfast was excellent and everything provided was so well cooked and filled us up for the day ahead. The room was immactulatly cleaned and restocked everyday and the feeling of being in a safe and secure environment was a real bonus. This riad was definatley the highight of our stay in Marrakech.
