It is with great pleasure that we returned to the Riad Chergui, always welcomed in an excellent way by the mistress of the place, Emmanuelle. She knew how to make this haven of peace close to the tourist spots a very beautiful place, very quiet and decorated with taste. The pool is a more refreshing and pleasant. It is prudent to book your room in advance in view of the success recognized with humility by the hostess of the place. Going to Riad Chergui and meeting Emmanuelle who is a person who has a sense of warm contact are things not to be missed in Marrakech. See you soon. Guillaume and Alain.

This is a well-run and beautiful property tucked away in the city (entrance down an alleyway). It provided me with sanctuary from the hustle and bustle that the city is known for. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is a life-saver. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to experience Marrakech in bite-sized chunks like I did. When you get too hot, go home and swim then head back out again. Jpf.

This riad placed in the Medina detects a very warm décor and a smiling and caring staff. The place encourages relaxation and conviviality, especially with well-arranged common areas. Very nice for a couple (romantic). There are different categories of rooms, so they are accessible to all. No complaints about the quality of these. The traditional cuisine is very good. If you want to spend a few days in Marrakech and combine relaxation and walking, this is the right place!

We have just spent a very pleasant stay within Riad Chergui. Firstly, we were able to benefit from the airport shuttle then we were greeted on site by Isabelle who brought us her valuable advice on the various tours to be carried out in the city. Regarding the place itself, the Riad is located in the heart of the Medina but in the quiet of all the hustle and bustle of the city. All the staff are very attentive, the rooms are functional and the pool area really nice. We highly enjoyed the full and good breakfast. We will definitely go back to our next stay.

I have stayed at this Riad three times in the last 2 years and loved it each time. It’s like home to me. The staff is excellent, the Riad is incredibly beautiful and charming. My son and his family were there for 6 days and loved it, they will come back here next year they said. I advise anyone who wants to come to Marrakesh to stay here and enjoy their “ home” like place.

The +: very nice place and quiet (cleaned impeccably. Pool and terrace corners simply beautiful). Staff at the top (thanks for the pajamas folded on the bed, it's a delicate attention). Thanks to them, it is very friendly and familial (the manager who carries the Belgians, Nourredine and its p'tites jokes, the cooker and its succulent dishes and cakes). Rich breakfast, varied and fresh produce.
The —: Poor Internet connection (but the manager always does her best to overcome the problem). The shower was a little bit run down. Tell women to take off their heels, it slams hard (possibility to walk barefoot because the riad is always clean because brushed and cleaned regularly during the day).

A hotel managed by a French lady who knows exactly how to present Morrocan flair in combination with quality. In addition to the beautiful place she also helps with tours and has an amazing lady with magical hands for massages.

We had some difficulty with the airport pickup but the owner was very helpful and the riad also made up for it. It's in great and safe location. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was truly amazing, everything that we wished for all fresh. It has a great pool and sunbeds downstairs and on the rooftop as well. Cameras are installed everywhere for our safety. Rooms are very clean and pretty. Loved to stay here.

Very beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. 10 — 15 minutes from the Jemaa EL Fna square. The staff is efficient, smiling and available to our small requests. The breakfast is excellent with fresh products and variety. The food is very good. The rooms are spacious. The terrace is nice. The pool is a little cold but very pretty.

This is an absolute gem. I can't recommend it more highly. Emmanuel the owner is a complete darling and as a non-native gives you authentic and useful advice on how to make the most of your time. The rooms are fantastic, the pool is a paradise and the food and service too. We stayed in another Riad and moved to this one. Chalk and cheese — this place is amazing.
