We have traveled for years, slept in caves, stilt house and even a tree platform in Africa — — but in each case we knew what to expect. Riad Asna is billed as something it is not. On Bookings. Com it said: indoor and outdoor pool, 24/7 service, restaurant etc. In reality there was one small very decrepit pool inside with tiles missing and rather dirty, there was NO service at all — — in fact we were often in the place by ourselves. The bedding was absolutely positively not fresh and No restaurant and breakfast was coffee, juice, jam a some stale bread and a single crepe. We understood it was Eid but then they should either close or offer half price. We left two days early, which we had to pay for anyway and then insult to injury were charged double what we paid elsewhere for a coke and a juice on our way out! NOT a great experience to say the least. It may have been ok for half the price and if it had been billed as modest.

If someone search for a typical marroco decor ryad with a great location and food, this is the great choice. About the staff we can say that Youssef was an excelent guest relationship that gave us a welcome service fantastic and explaining everything to us like giving some guide advices on check in as far was the great simpaty in check out by teaching us the culture of marroco, the language and the arabic writting.
Then we had khalif that also was very available to help us with the good F&B service during the stay.
Great place with good price and staff. Recomended.
