To me this is the real Morocco. Situated within the Medina one walks through some narrow streets to get to this Riad. It seems to be in a poorer part of town but I found the people living close by very friendly and helpful. I had no sense of fear walking these streets. It is only a 20 minute walk to the famous Jemaa el-fnaa (which I felt was over-rated) but you would need to get directions first. On entering the Riad one feels as if one is entering a beautiful secret Moroccan dream. It is truly splendid! It is such a beautiful calm space! Decor and style is exceptional. There is Wi-Fi which is not perfect throughout but works well on ground floor. The Riad has seven rooms mostly set on first floor balcony. Each has a window which opens to the central courtyard. There are no windows to the outside which adds to the seclusion. Our room was small but charming — no television — which I felt was appropriate. It did however have air conditioning which worked very well to keep us cool. There is a small pool in the centre of the ground floor, there is also a hammam and a massage area — neither of which we availed of. The Riad was spotlessly clean throughout. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly and organised trips at short notice. Meals are served on the terrace and the food, which was traditional, was lovely. Breakfast is normally served at 8.30 but on some of the trips we made, we had a pick up at 7am and breakfast was prepared for us at 6.30.

The Riad is wonderful, clean, quiet, the staff is lovely, without exception, and they never have a no answer. Breakfast and food is 10. For me the only downside is that it is a little far from the center.

I liked the hotel and it was very nice. The cleanliness is exquisite, of course the customer service is 10, we were treated like kings. The rooms were awesome. The top terrace was quite large and very well decorated, the food also very good and very typical. Finally we want to thank Yalil, who attended US wonderfully and helped us to integrate into the city of Marrakech and even talking to the drivers (activities despite not hiring him in the Riad) Yalil if you read us a greeting from your friends in Valencia: PAULA, Nuria, Carla, Cala and Edu:)

The riad was exactly as shown in pictures. The host was amazing, and the cook stayed late too make us supper as our flight had been delayed. They offered us transport from the airport to the riad, saving us from getting lost trying to find it and no need to try to figure out transport when landing at the airport. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend.

The Riad is located in a very popular area east of the Medina, a little far from the center but feasible on foot when we understood the course. When you have walked through the front door, you have to calm down and you arrive in a dream place. The reception around a mint tea relaxes us before we join our room. This one as in any Riad overlooks the beautiful indoor patio covered. The breakfast on the terrace or in the patio when the weather is unfavorable is very good and gives us the energy to start a day of discovery of this city so detouring.
The flats: A hard bedding for the big bed and a mattress collapsed for the extra bed, the muezzin nearby that wakes us up at 5:30 (but it's part of the charm).
But the friendliness of the staff, the cosy atmosphere, F have of this stay an unforgettable moment.

We are loving this beautiful riad! Romantic! The rooms are wonderful traditional old village style within a courtyard. This is a traditional riad… At its best! If you want a hotel with synthetic carpet and noisy drinkers… This isn't it. If you want a beautiful romantic traditional riad with quiet and beauty with great food… This is the jackpot. We couldn't be happier!

Very good. Great service and Breakfast. A bit ugly the area around but in 10min you are in the tourist area.

A very personalized welcome. With lots of info… No pressure. The rooms on the first floor. Are the superiors. A riad with a basin in the center… Breakfast at the top. We still have three nights left… To follow…

Nice room and rooftop terrace. Location isn't great.

Me and my partner stayed here 2 years ago and we absolutely loved the Riad. Close to the Souks but located in the heart of Marrakech we got to experience the wonderful neighbourhood and its residence, who were friendly and kind.
Our host Mohammed was gracious and welcoming serving us Mint Tea when we arrived by the pool, and served us a delicious dinner on the rooftop which he made and prepared himself along with some more tasty Mint Tea. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and very quiet at night time so we slept peacefully. We felt very much at home and our host said goodbye to us and welcomed us back after a day of sight seeing every day we were there. I highly recommend this Riad, if you want to have a unique and authentic Morrocan experience then stay at Riad Andalouse. Stunning interior and wonderful kind staff. We will certainly be coming back again on our next visit! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

A lovely traditional riad, a great experience.

Very nice frame, nice staff, clean room, very good breakfast, we are going to end of November the month ideal for visits or it is neither too hot nor too cold and or there is no crowd on the other hand in this time or it is cool at night and there is No heating it fesait cold in the riad the more we had no hot water in the shower. Next time we will try to get closer to the place Jema El Fna because it is still not next to walking and we get lost very very easily because Morocco does not really know the street signs we were often obliged to take a taxi. Despite these negative points I am satisfied with this riad and very nice staff!

Wonderful Riad very well decorated with taste. You feel like immersed in the real Moroccan style. Staff is very friendly and the food delicious. It's not too far from the big market but far enough to enjoy the quietness and relax on the rooftop. I highly recommend Riad Andalouse it's a better experience than staying in a hotel.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Very small rooms with no windows for fresh air. No doors or windows for the bathroom. Pictures make this place look beautiful, but it’s quite the opposite… Nothing is supplied. Very far from the main markets, and you will spend a fortune catching taxis back and forth. Internet doesn’t even work. You cant bring food in and if you ask the main guy for help he always needs tip for everything and rips you off for taxis/takeaways… You’re almost like a chicken trapped in a cage.

We loved our stay, the service was over the top. First night dinner was awesome, the room was perfect for a father and son traveling together. The massage and spa services were incredible value. I'm totally missing the wonderful breakfast on the terrace, THE MINT TEA. The fun kids in the neighborhood loved my clown nose. Can't wait for our next visit.

Very small and dark rooms… No good breakfast… No cleanless… No good internet… This riad is nightmare…

The riad itself is very beautiful and the rooms spacieises but the area is not top, one is quite far from the souks and the big place. The reception is staid. The services are very expensive: 18 euros per person for 1 meal without the drinks which by the way are also overpriced. Very unfortunate to have an orange juice cut to the breakfast that we waited a good time … ah I forgot, the rooms are hyper noisy … we hear a lot the staff in the morning … so we can forget the morning fat.

Very nice place. Neighbourhood, not so much.
