Had a great 10 day stay here! Staff were amazingly friendly. Food was absolutely superb and a great variety. The aqua park kept our son amused, and everybody had fun. Only 25 min from the centre of Marrakesh.

Landing from London at Marrakech Airport was fine. However it took from the plane through into passport control, collection of bags and customs two and a half hours. The transport transfer through On The Beach to the hotel was excellent. The hotel boasts to be a five star. It most certainly is not. The venue is tired and needs proper investment in maintenance and upkeep. The door, desk and reception staff were helpful and informative. We were shocked to find we needed to fork out £80 in local taxes which we assumed was covered in the hotel booking. But was not. Our room. Electrical socket hanging off. Plaster handing of walls. Holes in floors. The room was not as the pictures showed. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms. Unless you ask for information it was not very forthcoming. Shop in hotel is well over priced and staff were quite rude. The hotel exchange rate is very shy of fair. You pay 150 local bucks for the hire of a towel. Free transport to the markets. No one tells you when your dumped where to go however. In the market it's mental. Everyone is trying to haggle, have you over and sell you stuff you neither want or need. But stand firm and bargains can be found. I suggest 30% of the asking price is a fair trade. The waiting staff are very busy, hard working and get paid little. Tips go a long way to super treatment for your stay. The food on the whole was very good. Flys and wasps will drive you mad. Eat inside for breakfast and lunch.

Its not a wow hotel that you would expect from five star according to the rating even though its fairly new hotel but it doesn't feel like it, a lake of maintenance, fading serving utensils like plastic cups, a long serving queue for food and drinks, an empty mini bar awaits you when you get to your room despite having paid all inclusive is not mentioned before booking as well as you have to pay for your food and drinks once you cross the road to the aqua park area, remember this is all inclusive at the time of booking. The staff feels oppressed and in need for the job more then happy to help or serve attitude, managements in need of retraining with no people skills when it comes to dealing with there staff as they show you father to child behaviour. Location is 10KM away from the city with no shopping facilities around if you need to fill up the mini bar Kids enjoyed staying there because of the water park. An big improvement is needed if they want to keep customers coming back as am not one of them. Period of stay was 27/08/18 to 31/08/18. Best of luck.

23rd August — 1st September 2018 This is not a 5 star hotel (very low end 5 star) Entrainment staff are amazing and the dancing is brilliant. Aqua park is excellent for the kids but the food over there is not included. You can walk back over and have food in the hotel. Food is ok, breakfast 7am till 10:30am — is the best food, lunch — 12-2:30 you’ve got lots of choice but you can only have ice cream at lunch not served in the evening. Evening food — 7:30 till 10:30pm again it’s ok. Snack afternoon time is 3:30 till 6pm — pizza, pasta, cake and some sandwiches (if you like soggy bread and lettuce) Hotel — you have to wait around the first day for your room to be ready at 3pm. You only get water in your room, there is a fridge but you pay extra to stock it. Rooms are clean and we thought the hotel is very clean in general. Jazz bar — is open all day but alcohol is only served till 11pm after which you can go to the disco however; drinks are extra. Pool’s — fab for kids to play in. Kids club — we haven’t let the kids go over yet as they are happy in the pools. You can leave your children in the morning and afternoon. Shop in the hotel is very expensive so make sure you bring plenty of sun cream, hats, bite stuff and maybe an extension wire if u want to reach the mirror to do your hair! Gym — is not included you pay extra! Aqua classes twice a day in the main pool which is brilliant (very fun) belly dancing in the morning if you want to learn and have a giggle.

3 stars will suit him better than 5 stars! The facilities show their age and abundant food but just correct in terms of quality.

Family friendly hotel, really nice helpful staff I would say it’s not a five star hotel but with some refurbishment can get closer to it. Food was good at hotel but if your staying more than 7 nights will get a bit repetitive. Overall would recommend the hotel as the pools and slide areas were quite.

The entertainment staff quite literally made my entire holiday if i'm honest. Without their hard work, dedication and smiles I would rate this hotel 1*. Momo, Mike & Mahdi made my holiday. Always happy and getting me and my friend up to dance and join in. They're all awesome, even all the rest of the animation team! Thank you for a crazy experience guys. YOU all made this hotel, and you should all be very proud of yourselves.

+ The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother for them. The place was spotlessly clean. The food was what you'd expect for a hotel catering for many different people from many countries, we found something to eat every night. The room was lovely and well kept. The gardens were well kept and beautiful at night. — The music round the pool was extremely loud and not enough parosols. Not a proper all inclusive: The 2 drink per person rule and the lack of snacks throughout the day. More kid friendly food on offer. Better evening entertainment.

The holiday was ok. The hotel seems to play a bit fast and loose with the star rating system. We have stayed in just as nice 3 star places. Unfortunately when they were extremely busy for 3 days they couldn't cope. Long cues at the restaurant and bars and started putting the restrictions on the food and drink. Only 2 drinks at a time that sort of thing. When you are a family of 4 not one person can get drinks for everyone.

I feel that this is a very fair review. To start, very poor selection of food,. Nothing remotely nearby. There is no buses, nearest taxi ride is 10km away. No courtesy rooms on day of exit, so if like us you leave in the evening you have to leave your room at 12pm. No alternative. Get changed in the toilet All inclusive? 2 drinks per person, strict! Drink is really poor if you are all inclusive. Food selection is pasta, pizza, some vegetables, and some meet. Not for me or almost 99% of the children I know No real entertainment. Nearest pharmacy is a 10 minute taxi ride away (I know this because we needed one). If you want to stay in 4 wall's, it's great, if not don't stay here. There is nothing and I mean nothing nearby, check Google maps I wish I ha in more detail. There is literally nothing nearby, it's hard to find anything positive other than the rooms being very clean and very large. Somewhere I became very familiar with. A major disappointment. Some of the staff were very hard working and very very polite . Some I found very rude. In the restaurant they need to fix the problem of birds entering the dining room, all the time flying in and out, droppings on the tables.

Way. Staff at the level of the restaurant antipathic. Aging Hotel. 100DHS paid gym half day. Very nice hotel manager.

Total amateurism. This hotel is the worst run hotel I have ever stayed in. You pay for all-inclusive but quickly realize all the good things are extra. The indicated hours all wrong, they kicked us out of the children's pool which was full at 5pm when it was supposed to be open until 7.30 pm, waterpark closed every day between 1 and 2pm, you have to pay to get a towel, etc. The placr was run by teenagers that were everywhere but rarely helped. Rooms are OK. I would recommend to look elsewhere before staying here.

The hotel is beautiful. The service was very small. I advise against.

Home Zero Zero Zero… But overall the stay went well, the room were nice and spacious, the ambience and animations great, the animators were very friendly and fun. I would recommend this hotel, especially for a family.

Catastrophic, C Lame, C dirty, rooms in comfortable, and the restaurant is just disgusting! And the icing on the cake, they are real scammers…

The suites are not bad, but there is nothing included in the "All inclusive", you have to pay for the fitness room and for the heated pool. At the beginning of the month of March where it is still fresh, there is much more to do, neither for the small nor for the big ones. The restoration is not bad either, but no natural juices. The big plus point is the staff super friendly and without exception.

Had a great Holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff; special thanks to Yassine and Nadia for looking after us. Food was nice and with varieties at lunch and dinner time. Bar staff and all other staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. . The only disappointment was our visit to SPA (over priced and poor service).

Beautiful hotel large outdoor pool and spa superb home sad and meals more than average too repetitive no meat or always chicken or beef dessert super no ice? Pp comfortable and spacious room not possible to get into the shower? Good Service bar and local drinks in plastic glasses? In summary hotel for families with children not for couples quiet JT.

Very large rooms, good spa pools great with heated pool very well, you can drink drinks with alcohol.

The food is the best part of the hotel. Everyone is nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean. We had a nice view. The food at night is not as good and lunch, and housekeeping enters your room a lot.

Really luxurious hotel. The staff are super friendly and really try that you have a good time.

The Hotel is not a 5 star hotel as it claims, how ever the services are adequately sufficient of quality. The restaurant is average, however if you really want to enjoy Moroccan cuisine, you will need to visit the locall restaurants. The aquapark is only open from April to October.

They charge financial supplement in addition to the room rate but only to local tourism. What a shame!

A star is already a lot! I wish I had not put anything! Are you serious? Moroccans have to pay more than Westerners! Well even if I live in Europe I will never come to you and I'll pass the message to my entourage!

It was nice, but not 5 star worthy. Didn’t have any of the horrible experiences other guests seem to have had, but the place and the rooms especially are quite outdated to be 5star hotel level. Again, it wasn’t bad but it’s more a 3 maybe at most 4 star level place, and for that level it was pretty good.

You hardly speak Spanish. For everything else very well.

Disappointed because someone at the hotel took away some glasses which I dropped on the couch in front of the front desk and when I went in a 5 hour period they did not appear.

Rooms were lovely but the food in the hotel could have been better. Over all a decent experience. Lovely spa and lovely water park.

Great hotel. Cannot fault the staff / rooms / beds & pillows comfortable / entertainment / politeness / cleanliness & imaculate decor. Fantastic that towels changed every day and beds made each day. Friendly staff. Pool areas & outside eating fabulous. Only drawback was that it was cold in reception and bar areas as we stayed mid December.

THIS HOTEL NEVER a 5* hotel as the place is in need of a major up-grade, some rooms that we were given the front and patio doors don, t lock, bathrooms sink blocked shower leaked, took 3 days for maintenance to turn up, shower still leaked after they left. as for the MANAGER he was a complete D%&*@~~#{) ; a very bad piece of work when we told him of a theft of some jewellery, he used every trick in the book to stop us from going to the police, He also got the staff to BE rude, and do the bear minimum of service to all 14 of us. My recommendation is NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER.

They don't accept credit card and you have to pay in advance.

Had a lovely week here. Rooms big and clean. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Good selection of tasty food, did become a bit repetitive towards the end. Pools great and enjoyed the aquapark. Evening entertainment lacking. Overall a good time had here.

Great hotel, staff overall fantastic, clean rooms and surroundings. First place I have been where the pools were great hardly any dead pests in them! Entertainment team great could have more variety but overall fantastic. Already booked to return.

A lovely family friendly resort with a decent water park on site. The food was very good! Lots of variety. Accommodation was OK.

It doesn't really have a lot to do for kids, I was told that we can use aqua park for free but they charged a lot for it and I was told by my agency that the maximum city tax in Morocco is 15 to 18 MAD but we paid 207 Mad per person per night which was a lot in my local currency. On top of everything they didn't allowed checking until I paid the full amount which took almost 3 hours as I had to go to money exchanger (they were not supportive at all). My youngest kid is 1 year and my wife had to wait with all the kids outside the hotel. I left this hotel with disappointment and will never come back.

Terrible customer service and over charged me. I would highly recommend to avoid this hotel as they charge for every single thing a lot more than other 5 star hotels. I got a all inclusive deal with them but they still charged for the Aqua Park, I will never go to this hotel and would rate 0* but unfortunately I have to give 1* to the worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to.

This is a really nice place to come for a holiday with many positives. The overall communal areas are amazing, with great pools and the addition of a water park is great. I would give this part of the resort 5 stars. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and great with kids. The animation team also put a lot of effort in. As an average I would give them 4 stars. The rooms, I would say when new would have been great but now come across a little bit like faulty towers. The lock on our patio door broke several times, the front door look to have been pried open and wasn't great for closing. The phone system also broke making calling reception difficult. And finally there was an ant problem, I would say could of been handled better by putting down ant powder rather than big spray. Overall I would rate this as 3 star. Finally food and drink was nice but limited. For the drinks selection it was pretty poor, wines weren't nice at all and it wasn't what you would expect at this level of resort. The food while nice had very little variation, given the number of guests you would expect more variety. By the end of the holiday we had started eating out we where so board with this. If your here for a shorter stay it would be fine but long stays very disappointing. Overall food and drink I would rate at 2 stars. Final comment they need more parasols around the pool, though the olive trees do help.

We were very impressed by this hotel and its facilities. It was a lovely hotel, and all areas, including the room, were clean and tidy. There always seemed to be someone cleaning public areas. There were good views of the Atlas Mountains. The spa was nice, though the water park (more for children) was limited in its facilities. Free shuttle service into town was useful and appreciated. Food service was excellent, with a great range of options and better than any other all-inclusive hotel that we had visited, and, again, cleanliness/hygiene seemed to be of a very high standard. Generally the staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the animation team's shows left a bit to be desired, and they would blast out music at the poolside which seemed unnecessarily loud, When asked to turn it down, they did apologise and said it would be quiet soon but the volume was increased again at the next session. All in all we enjoyed the visit to Marrakech and our stay at the Eden Andalou.

Fantastic place with absolutely amazing staff. Very accommodating, we had issues with our currency (Saintsbury's at home gave us the wrong currency?!?! The hotel sorted it for us so that morning of the second day we came along and they had swapped the money for us) partner left my rings in the safe of the hotel when we left and the hotel have sent them to my home. The food they serve is also absolutely amazing! So much choice and delicious. Drinks aren't great but they are good for the price you pay. Very clean and staff are fantastic.

Great place for service, food, relaxation, non-intrusive entertainment. Not too close to Marrakech but with free shuttle service to get to the main square. Well-manicured gardens. Spacious rooms. Good level cleanliness for Moroccan standard. For lunch grilled cooking. We were traveling in group of 9 and we always managed to arrange with hotel long trips while with private taxis touring the city. Don't forget to always spend for a guide. It is useful not to get lost in the wrong places in the souk but also not to be approached by anyone. The only sore note is the SPA: bad! A few days but intense and interesting holiday. We also celebrated the birthday of our friend who also paid the stay! Thank you!

No more Morocco. Even at the airport in Marrakech did not make us board because according to them we bought too many things to the beauty Free! They wanted 60 € per person in black obviously crappy we really refused and they did catch the flight we were the first two for boarding is we were made to go last and leave the plane in front of the eyes. What a shame! #! We asked the airport police who obviously did pretend not to understand anything! And when they realized that I told him that I would denounce them in Italy they took pictures of the suitcase that had extra kg (which we had already paid handsomely to Ryanair every kg in addition €13) shameful Marrakech.

Exceptional hotel The catering offers a truly compelling variety of food from day to day, even for the pescatarians in my family let alone meat eaters. The staff also are extremely emphusiastic and warm, interacting very well with all members of the family and providing great entertainment. Hotel is really close to the airport which is convenient.

I really don't understand how someone could rate this below a 4 star… Amazing staff for the most part, one of the cooks fried omelettes was quite rude but this was definitely over shadowed by all the other really nice caretaker, waiters and bar staff. Food was amazing, entertainment was also really enjoyable and the level of cleanliness they had was of a high standard. Just a great holiday!

Loved it! The entertainment was brilliant, staff were lovely, especially the animation team — we were never bored! The hotel was clean and the rooms were a good size (especially for our family of 5). We had endless amounts of great food, both moroccan and international, so there was something for everyone. Its a really good family orientated hotel.

We came to Marrakech for the first time with the children and we wanted to experience the full spirit of the town and culture, but we felt an all inclusive hotel was the safest solution. The hotel was good: rooms are big and clean. Food was the right balance between typical moroccan and international food. The entartainament team was great and involved all family in lots of different activities; during the day yoga, aqua gym, zumba or volleyball, football and waterpolo! In the evening dance, show and games. And if you are not tired enough the disco after 11! The only negative side of the hotel is the lack of Wifi connection, but again you are on holiday!

The hotel staff are so rude it's unreal. Stayed here with family was meant to be a 5* wouldn't rate it more than a 3. They kicked us out of the dirty aqua park as we apparently didn't pay and then management had to apologise and let us back in. Slides unsafe, water disgusting never been cleaned. When you complain they don't understand. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures like we were. We spender over a grand for 3 nights not worth it at all. Then went to agadir 4* much better than eden hotel by far! People complaining about bed bugs it was filthy… never would I go back!

Does not deserve 5 stars. 3 at best. The hotel dates back to 2008, but the finishes are not to the give you. Certainly, there is an aquapark and swimming pools, but I come back and everything was closed (due to weather). I thought that the animators would propose other activities or they would ouvrr free pool of the SPA, but nothing. IT was as a quarantine in the hotel. The food is tasteless and always the same. The hotel is very far from marrakech, but there is a free shuttle. The positive things: the gym and his coach, and the size of the rooms.

Excellent quality price animation staff is very friendly GRANDPA (the dancer) MAMADOU (Wisley snipe) beds should be changed 8 years of life and the boss should be more relaxed with his staff this would feel themselves in their smiles. Clean the pool with suction from the bottom all day with the number of people, put yourself to the standard.

Value for money staff to review pami them some security officers to change the kitchen is very good and its staff except for one which is the access office at the restaurant the evening. Missing a hotel card to choose a room or a suite.

Total disaster, staff protesting in hotel. Food terrible, no entertainment. Staff unhelpful. Nobody knows what's going on. Not a 5 star. Hotel poorly run and it shows. Utterly disappointed, I would rather sit at home in the rain its that bad. Pictures on website inaccurate. Staff moral very low. It's a hotel passed its time. £4000 down the pan.

The hotel has deteriorated significantly and it's really heartbreaking! With the strike of personnel, it's even worse. He must react as long as it is still time.

A place to escape and relax, close to the city and with buses that take you and bring every hour.
The food is very good and they have a wide variety of international dishes and typical Moroccan food.

It's a hotel mauver I think not this is 5 star and I ask the proprieter hotel tone and mauver and also his people sound bad.

Value: excellent.

Quality service j loved too l aquapark even if it is small.

Hotel clean, staff polite, whatever little smiling but still available. The suites are nice and spacious with a small living room and a terrace that can accommodate 4 people. Care are living up to the promises and even the hairdresser! The hotel is 10 minutes from Marrakech we ensure quiet and rest. Free shuttles from the hotel lead us to the Medina and bring us back all day. The jazz bar and its hosts are friendly. Most of the hotel: the Aquapark which is the joy of children. I will come back with pleasure and recommend it to everyone, with or without children.
