Second day at this beautiful resort and so far I am impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness of this complex.

Peaceful, relaxing and wonderful warm and helpful staff.

5th time in Marocco always stayed in very good Riad, the local are wonderfull people, great city, good food and service everywhere in Marrakech very kind people. But the Adama resort was poor in service at the restaurant, unfriendly staff, very bad food for example the Tajin.
I really would never ever recommend this for a Hotel with 4 or 5 stars! ☹ … a part of that the transport company was the worse experience I ever had and I have been travelling for 30 years all over the the world.

Nice villas after waiting nearly 3 hours to get it could be a bit cleaner and even after asking multiple times did not fix the air conditioning. The breakfast is standard however, one day the peach juice had gone off and when told ignored it and then removed when someone else asked. Have to ask daily at breakfast to take out paratas. Staff by the drinks can be rude and ignore you overall it was ok. The free shuttle bus to jamel el fena is very useful.

All the staff is kind even on the day of the immaculate villa party perfect breakfast only flat no water in the buffet damage for a 5 star.

Very nice property but… improveable in terms of service in rooms, kitchen and restaurant. Cleaning the rooms summary. Restaurant orders sometimes approximate forgotten or not in accordance with the choice of dishes. Dishes sometimes cold or without flavors or fresher at all (inedible fish fillet). But beautiful complex.

This resort does not cater well for the Brit's Our apartment was very diry, with one rusty knife to use, no glasses and we had to complain to get it cleaned. The breakfast was discusting, one of the day's the peach juice that they were serving was actually off and frementing, and I had to tell the restaurant staff whom were not pleased to be told. There is a definite difference of service between the Guests from the UK and France. The two managers on duty just prefer to sit, drink and eat and again only welcome you if you are French, if your from the UK they just ignore you. My advice is to stay away and book somewhere else for you holiday.

I spent a dream week in this haven of peace.
Everything is nickel, the waiters are all smiling and the service is of good quality.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is a treat with all the specialties of the country.
The housekeepers are smiling and professional.
The service at the front desk is very professional, attentive.

Just perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant is good and the waiters are just awesome. The swimming pool and the common areas are perfectly maintained. The lifeguard and the two animators are very nice, the reception is listening. The riad is very quiet. I highly recommend this establishment.

Very good stay, pleasant staff and always at your service. The shuttle from the airport to the perfect hotel! The hotel shuttle to the city centre also perfect. The food is excellent, the Moroccan salad is a must on the menu among tagines, etc. The hotel is bathed in greenery it's awesome how exotic it is! Cleaning no complaints, even if the towels may be fair, just ask for a supplement. The pool is very pleasant with quality sunbathing feet in the grass! In short we will come back for sure.

The villas here are really nice with good facilities but the staff are rude.

We spent a pleasant stay a warm welcome all the staff very present to listen to the small care for us pleasant smiling setting restful and pleasant the quality meals we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing family stay and A country. A real haven of peace and tranquility. Small villas spread out in a park… nice staff. Just the kitchen which is a little bland.

We booked this hotel via private travel. Even before we left, we had great difficulty contacting the manager in order to book The New Year's meal (as required by the hotel, before our arrival). The telephone contacts with the hotel were very unpleasant (with the exception of M. Kamal), and by e-mail unsuccessful since stayed without a sequel. The instructions for the settlement of the non-existent New Year's meal (advance payment). Wrong information on the meal rate: EUR 99 according to private travel, EUR 70 according to the hotel (before our arrival) to finally pay only EUR 50 per person once there.
There was no hairdryer in the room, one of the two bedside lamps was not working, we brought in a technician to tell us that he was really sorry but that he no longer had this type of bulb.! No shower curtain (!? ) so bathroom flooded every time. The TV (which offered only one channel in French, M6 and not TV5) did not work (20 minutes in all and for all the stay! ). Obviously the hotel could not do anything to fix the problem.
The hotel is equipped with a hammam. The displayed time indicates that the Hammam opens at 10am. False! Apparently the staff starts to heat the hammam at 10am, so it is not hot before 11:15-30. Dismal. But it's not hard to get someone to come here an hour before. Or you must change the opening time and do not receive anyone until 11:30-12:00.
The food is good but too western.

Condo style cottages that are modern. Our kitchen didn't have coffee maker or any other appliances. A dishwasher but no detergent. Far from the maddening madina but free shuttle van to and from.

Arrived at the Adama Resort on the 8th of November 2017 and was greeted by their friendly staff at reception who provided help with our luggage to our villa. The villa was very large and spacious with an open plan kitchen with a digital hob which was a pain to use and very limited kitchen wear, no kettal and a very small fridge which worked more like a freezer as it would just freeze everything which was placed in it. No english speaking TV channels all seven of them in arabic. Kitchen and bathroom infested with like black bugs. Moroccan natives very friendly but deceptive and I am not referring to them all just a selected few, very money hungry. 15 euros a day for the cleaning of the kitchen which we cleaned ourselves. Nice spa I paid 120 dirhams for a full body massage. We did not attend any of the evening entertainment as you have to pay to attend. Wow what an experience wont be visiting again.

We spent 4 days in this hotel and it was really fantastic, we loved it, a warm welcome, professional service, a good atmosphere for the kids, it's a place of real relaxation. We'll come back inchaalah…

Villa and ornate setting with beautiful decor, beautiful alliance of contemporary and Authentic; Staff very friendly and attentive quiet of the hotel, in retreat from the noise of Marrakech, but at only 15mn Max with a free shuttle, several departure times in the day.

Me and my family stayed at adama resort between the 16th august — 26th august.
The buffet breakfast was okay but repetitive.
If you prefer a quite environment then ask for a room away from the pool. We were given a room near the pool as we couldn't sleep due to the music. However the hotel were willing to change our villa. We were also given a tray of fruit as an apology for the inconvenience. We had a few problems in our villa however as soon as we rang reception they sorted …it out efficiently. The free bus shuttle to the square was very handy. Make sure you go to reception 15 mins early as sometimes it comes earlier than expected. The pool is good however it is not heated.
The entertainers are amazing and have a set time table everyday for both the adults and children for example volley ball, water polo and aqua gym. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, dishes, microwave, cooker and a toaster. Another tip is to bring your own hairdryer! The price we paid was reasonable considering the service we were given. We stayed in a 2 bed villa, one living room, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, kitchen and 2 sofa beds which could easily accommodate 6 people. Our villa was fully air conditioned. The only bad point I would say is the lighting. All the staff in the hotel from the reception staff, to the restaraunt staff, to the house keeping staff, to the porters, managers, entertainers were all very polite and helpful.

We loved our weeks stay here, family friendly, very chilled out place. Restaurant was great, staff and service were great. Overall would recommend. Would definitely return but for longer.

My family loved our stay with you this last week. The relaxed atmosphere and laid back feel suited our holiday needs perfectly. The resort is beautiful and beautifully maintained, the pool and games are excellent, the kids club entertainment is just right not at all as you'd expect. The restaurant is a hidden gem! The chefs are superb at both local and classical French cuisine, both hearty and pretty (hard to marry). I really would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a quieter holiday but still with some activities on offer.

Self catering accommodation and family rooms. Professional and friendly staff. Very clean and spacious accommodation. Shuttle bus to city centre. Nice outdoor swimming pool.

It is a lovely place. The houses are very nice and spacious, with nice details. Clean and tidy. The service is very good and helpful. Good breakfast too. We are here with our two boys and they love it. Kids club is not big but the guys are very nice, so we can leave them and relax by the pool.
