Royal Mansour is one of those places one must absolutely see in their life!

You get what you pay for. The grandiose palace. Staff treat you like a a royalty without awkwardness. We got to meet their chefs who made our lunch today. Especial mention to Ashraf and Anwar who extraordinarily looked after us and made sure our private pavilion was upto our expectations. The SPA is not a thing to miss when staying in Royal Mansour.

Royal Mansour is one of the best hotels, not only in Morocco but in the world according to the British Telegraph. It’s ended a celebration of magnificent architecture, Moroccan craft and classy design with its vast gardens where you can absolutely here nothing but the relaxing water running from fountains, and singing birds, the Royal Manssour is definitely a place to to dream of. I highly recommend the spa, it was an amazing experience, I’m big fun of the Moroccan hammam and this one was the best so far. I had an online purchase of the garden — lunch from the hotel website, it was expected to be as good as the spa but I was a bit disappointed. At the restaurant a lady received me she wasn’t professional at all, and most of the time confused which made fell uncomfortable she had to ask the manager if my reservation and payment online from the hotel website which was confirmed by the hotel itself with a confirmation email, that I showed to all of them. In normal cases they should have known all this details in advance it’s their work to know who’s going to have lunch at their restaurant. But they didn’t I stayed there for about 15 minuets before a French man comes it seemed to be the restaurant manager, I’m just assuming that because he didn’t bother himself to tell. After they were sure that I supposed to have lunch there, the manager asked me if I wanted to see the menu and choose, or they will choose for me!

The hotel is gorgeous. The decoration is just breathtaking details to no longer finish (exceptional).
Unfortunately the rest does not follow even if the staff tries to do his best lacks a lot of training for this kind of service.
As for the restoration the prices displayed are just exorbitant to the value for money.
Too bad because it is a haven of peace but too expensive for the services offered.

Royal Palace which was built in the 2005 for the Friends of the King and in the 2017 the King of Morocco decided to put half to receive tourists and promote tourism in Marrakech, spectacular!

AVOID! We had the worst experience! We ordered 2 aperol spritz and they tried to charge us 35 dollars each because, unlike the standard one which uses Prosecco, they use French Champagne and they charge $35 just for the Champagne alone. For that price I would have had the champagne! This is a place where if you want to wantonly waste money, you can spend two to three times the normal high end hotel prices for their extra special Cuban cigars that are a third the price at the 5 star hotel Le Jardin just a few blocks away and the prices are still 5 star but won't turn you running and screaming. avoid this scam place because they won't care about you, they'll only extort you.

Unbelievable. Best hotel experience I have ever had. The service, the detail, the food and atmosphere is next level. You won't want to leave.

The Royal Mansour will absolutely obliterate American hotels for you, so be forewarned. You might question why you pay $1, 000 or more per night in The States when you don't even get a fourth of what TRM offers as standard. Guests of the Royal Mansour are, in essence, guests of King Mohammed the 7th and get royal treatment beginning at the aeroport (you'll have to travel to Morocco to understand that). You'll be escorted through customs and your luggage claimed for you in under five minutes. The driver (S Class upon arrival) is the first hotel ambassador you'll meet and if you think he provides exceptional service, wait until you arrive. I won't ruin the surprise for you, but this is an exceptional and exquisite hotel that deserves to be in the same category as Burj Al-Arab. The staff are all genuinely warm and do not perform their jobs with disdain or sarcasm like one may encounter back in The States. Every interaction is genuine and warm. The riads (I think there's about 50, based on the numbers I saw on my nightly walks) are just as exquisite and warm as the staff. Each has at least one bedroom suite and a small majlis. While they may look rustic and aged at first glance, I assure you they're every bit modern and comfortable. Over at the spa, the two hour hammam treatment should not be overlooked during your stay. I had it upon arrival and all my sadness and fatigue from the flight were immediately ameliorated.

Simply the best. More than a 5 star. The greatest complement is recommendation.

Almost worth booking to get the fast-track customs and immigration clearance at the airport. Two beautiful pools, one very pleasant bar and at least one outstanding restaurant (maybe more — I was only there a couple of nights). A truly exceptional place — one of the pick of places I've enjoyed.

We went to the bar for after-dinner drinks.   The space is absolutely beautiful! Be prepared to spend money.   On average, each drink is about $35. There was mixed reaction on the flavors of those drinks. Some really liked them and others did not.

Dinner at the Moroccan restaurant "La Grande Table Marocaine" was excellent — — from the Pastilla (sweet and savory pigeon pastry) to the tagines.

I only went to the bar and the Moroccan restaurant and both were outstanding. No matter where you stay try to have at least tea here or drinks at the bar or dinner at the restaurant. The dinner easily could compete with the best in NY or London.

I didn't stay here but had drinks at the bar and dinner at the Moroccan restaurant. Visiting the hotel for drinks or tea should be a must stop on any visit to Marrakech. Dinner at the restaurant is amazing and I can only highly recommend it.
