The riad is very clean and accessible in addition to the nice pool, the staff is very helpful and professional I highly recommend, hate to return.

Do not stay there if you are a female 1. Before I even arrived, I got borderline harassing messages from a staff member and when I pointed it out to the hotel manager, he said it was ok. Can provide screenshots if needed. 2. DO NOT BOOK A TOUR WITH THEM! It’s overpriced and if you have any issues with safety with your tour, they would not care. Due to safety issues, I had to get police involved and that considerably ruined my experience in Morocco 3. Whatever they say, might not be true. For example, if you are promised to have a tour arranged, it does not mean you actually will get it. Do not rely on them unless you absolutely MUST 4. Bathroom sink was clogged 5. To avoid paying taxes or getting this review, they marked me as “no show” at the riad.

Really friendly staff and very helpful. Beautiful acutecture inside filled with pretty rooms and a very nice bathroom. The rooms have AC to witch was a great retreat from the heat outside. The breakfast offerd has a wide range of things hot and cold but simple. We ended up getting treatments here to, the massage was just what I needed after allot of walking. The staff were really good with giving taxi prices so we didn't get overcharged and showing hot spots to visit on a map on arrival with tea and Moroccan cookies along with a few tips and tricks to being in Marrakech, what places to avoid and what places serve safe food. Would deffinatly recommend it as it's a few minutes from the main square and souks.

Great location. Nice manager (mustafa) rooms are nice. Difficult to find. You will be taken there by "local guides" that want at least 2 euros for their services.

Staff very nice and always ready to give advice Riad well located in the Medina. Riad Despite everything noisy especially when the other occupants do not pay attention.

There was no hot water. I let the water run for a good 5min and there was no hot water. After going to the reception, the cleaning lady managed to get the hot water going but at a slow flow rate. I took a 10min shower followed by my partner, but halfway through my partner’s shower, there was completely no more running water. I had to go to the reception AGAIN while my partner had been freezing in the shower. It took the cleaning lady another 10min to fix the problem.

Riad tucked away in back lanes, surprised when we opened doors into a beautiful hotel.
Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast fairly light with lots of olives and bread.
Hammam body scrub and massage well worth the experience.
Only five minutes walk from the busy square and souks.
Only reason not given 5⭐️Was inconsistent shower temperature, mainly cold.
Would not put me off returning.

It is very nice and cozy, the room for 3 people was spacious, the bathroom a little small, and in December to a little cold, only has an air conditioner that did not manage to heat well the room, cleanliness very good and the employees very friendly, there is Wi-Fi in all the hotel stays.

Serene oasis in the middle of Medina in Marrakesh. Very close to Jamaat el Final. Well made up rooms.

Compared to other accomodations in Marrakech I would bet within this price range the location and the hotel is fine. However Marrakech did not impressed me… rather visit Essaouria.

Ok place close to the Center, breakfast was abysmal for the price charged (6 Euro per person), pool water was too cold to swim in. Room was good size and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Minimal toiletries provided — 2 bars of soap and shampoo bottles. Taxi can’t get in the small street so have to bring luggage in about 4-5 min walk. They charged us extra 3% for using card and extra 20% vat. Could probably get a better place for the same price. Would probably pay a little more and stay in higher end place next time.

Very bad location. There are riads closer to the plaza, and who do not have access to just as bad.

The staff is very nice, and Mohammed is one of the few honest and nicest Morrocans that I've met.
