A lovely relaxed evening spent on their rooftop. The Odette bar was lovely, with fabulous and friendly service. Small plates were perfect and a nice bottle of Moroccon white wine. Thank you — a definite recommendation for all. X.

This hotel is an amazing oasis in a culturally hectic city. It’s location is ideal for exploring the old city of Marrakech. No detail has been left out at this place. The staff are AMAZING and go out of their way to consistently anticipate your every need.

We went for drinks and dinner. Great location, nice atmosphere. As we found with big hotels in Marrakesh, food is somewhat blend (better food in smaller restaurants on the street). Staff was very nice I gave a 3 because of food.

TL;DR Beyond beautiful and the staff is beyond helpful. We stayed at La Sultana for our honeymoon in a junior suite. The room was amazing. The bathroom matches the extraordinary beauty of the rest of the hotel, with a large bath, shower, dual sinks and seperate vanity. The pool is just awe-some. Not in the slang sense, but it's beauty brings a sense of awe not seen in modern construction. Somehow, the small pool courtyard even tops its beauty, though maybe not it's poolside feel. Food was fantastic. I would recommend the Morrocain sampler. We had it our first night, and nothing could have brought in a better welcome to Merakesh. Lunch is great as well, just note that fries are basically homemade chips (for us travellers, crisps for UK) though very delicious. We did not have alcoholic drinks anywhere else during our stay, but prices were very reasonable for a fine resort like this. A bottle of Rosé at the pool is heavenly, and any medallion (a Morrocain wine) at the rooftop at night was our night cap. It's in the old city, literally adjacent to the Saadian tombs, and just a short walk from the bahia and badi palaces. Also a short walk to the Jamaa El F'na square and souks. We had the luxury of the Royal Hammam at the spa. The spa is perhaps more beautiful than the hotel itself. The Hammam was the best clean feeling I have ever had, topping a old water bath of a traditional native America sweat lodge in the southwest of the USA. It topped it by a lot.

Had dinner in the restaurant. If this was your only meal in Morocco, you would likely never return to Marrakesh. It reminded me of a bad port stop, off a cheap cruise ship. We were referred here by the concierge at our hotel, and sorely disappointed. There's so much better food to be had, at a fraction of the price in the city. Bummed we wasted in the evening.

Fantastic hammam and massage in the most opulent of surroundings. I went for the couples duo. Could have done without the bathtub and pedicure, but the ticket items were great.

The place and very very pretty. I have dinner at the restaurant and I have not found the flavors of Morocco…
The Tagine foods are not cooked in the Tagine, but just transposed!
The portions are very small, or is past the Moroccan generosity?
C is a restaurant for those who do not know the real flavors…

What a perfect place to stay. We have just spent 6 glorious nights here. The service is outstanding. The staff are so polite and helpful. The room, food, surroundings etc. Are all amazing. The small details like rose petals in the bathroom. Sun hats on the sun beds. Daily newspaper printed with our names on. Flowers dotted around, so beautiful. Thank you for looking after us and making us feel so special.

We stayed for a night in La Sultana. The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful, especially the pool area. The service was super, I feel like a princess. A quiet and luxurious property where the staff and management are very attentive and kind. The room was vary enormously in size, luxury and nicely decorated. I offered incredibly relaxing and comforting. The food was also excellent, breakfast were delicious with nice view. Very good location, easy to walk many main attractions. Hidden gem in marrakech with impeccable service. All suites decorated in themes. Enormous artworks displaying at the entire hotel. Tasting menu offered both in french & morocan, absolutely delicious! panoramic view of marrakech right on their roof top.

Everything fine! Very good service! It's a little dream to stay there! In the suite mist an coffee machine! Like in most of the 5*places! But the minibar was for free of charge!

As previously mentioned the food and service is very good indeed. Though you might find it difficult to move afterwards due to the sheer quantity. Be careful how many courses you commit too.

The room environment is quite good, spacious, maintenance needs improvement, bathroom improvement service attitude is good, the price is acceptable.

I can talk only about the restaurant and public areas, but: the design of the hotel is incredibly well thought out and very nice, the roof terrace a dream and its restaurant serves unbelievably good food — absolute recommendation!

For food, it's hard to beat this place. Not cheap, but a fabulous experience.

The rooms are decorated with taste. Must enjoy the terrace in the evening, the colors and the Moroccan lights are amazing.
We appreciate the calm of the hotel after the hubbub of the city.
Location: close to the Saadian tombs, at a few minutes walk from the Jemaa El Fna square.
