“myself and 3 friends arrived at the Raddison blu carré eden around 9pm and was amazed how much of a buzz there was going around the venue, the staff at reception were awesome, Sara Ouimare & team were quick, no fuss check in. In no time we were off to our 2 balcony rooms which were found with ease and met all our expectations. We went down to the bar to sharpen up before heading out, and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was quite and relaxing with plenty loungers to choose from special mention to Hitcham who looked after us at pool side with cold drinks and snacks daily. At breakfast (which was included in our room rate) the food that was served was fresh. Hot and of a high quality, which is unusual when serving a buffet style breakfast. We had a cracking 5 days and would highly recommend the Raddison Hotel, will definitely be going back!. ” Great hotel great location and great staff!

So the luggage porters never show up to pick up your baggage and concierge service never calls them to. I can write a long negative review but I will just say; it’s more of a 3/4 stars hotel.

Very conveniently located, close to a mall and other shops and facilities. The medina can be reached with a short walk. The personnel is well trained, kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, family rooms are actually two rooms. Rich breakfast buffet. The swimming pool and the surrounding area are small and easily overcrowded.

Amazing hotel. Perfect for my holiday. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great staff and so helpful with local information.

What to say … This hotel reflects the very essence of Moroccan hospitality with this smile and this humble reserve. All the staff in the whole (talking about the staff at the entrance, passing by the reception, the Lila bar, the staff, the Spa… sorry if I forget your names has all but your faces jr could never forget them) as well as the same Director who I crossed through hazad all had cre little something that made me feel at home. Thanks to all … I will probably have a little nostalgia when leaving you but know that I do not regret my passage … but I hope with all my heart to see you again Incha Allah.

I stayed at the Radisson for almost 4 month, working on a project in Marrakech. All the Radisson stuff made me feel like home… we were like a family by the end of my stay. Special thanks for cheif Adel and Hamid and the for the amazing hospitable waiters and waitress Zakia, Yassin, Mohamed and Boushra. They went above and beyond to make sure we where taken care of!

Radisson reputation is being ruined by its personnel. Reliability means a lot in your business, especially for corporate clients. How can you afford your employees to steal personal belongings? NO TRUST!

The hotel is centrally located in the modern Gueliz area so you’re close to modern amenities. This also means having to use the taxi service frequently as it’s about a 10 minutes drive to the Medina. The room was quite comfortable come comfortable and well serviced.

Good central location, but despite rooms being as nicee as they are, (typical Radisson Blu feel), they stink of raw sewage. Complained and requested a room change. Manager came up and apologised profusely without even questioning it, which leads me to believe they know of this problem. Took a while to get a another room, which wasn't suitable since shower was only at waist height. Then told they were fully booked. I reiterated tjat being a Radisson member and a professional this was not acceptable. Another room immediately found and by this stage I had had enough of the messing about, so just accepted it. Room had been sprayed with air freshener which masked the smell. By morning this was also giving a stench… poor from a 5 star established brand. Hotel not 5 star and facilities not up to that standard. Disappointed to be writing this review, but I will not stay here again. First time a Radisson Blu hotel has fell well below the normal high standards it has set over the years.

How to say… everything could be fine except check in at the hotel which was a bit complicated due to lack of professionals. The other point to improve is the bar service… We wait to take the order and finally we go to the bar to place the order directly… These are the points to improve for this hotel brand in Marrakech.
On the other hand, the room staff is spotless, smiling and efficient. The décor of the rooms is in the area of time, sober, and well thought out.
The restaurant is not of a remarkable originality but it is good to have come several times.
Stay this pool right in the middle of the hotel… A broth of culture where you eat in front of customers bathing in a blue water bath, with a window showing the bodies of the customers (sometimes inconspicuous) … It's meant to be original, but it's immodest, unripe, and not adapted to my criteria for a Radisson Hotel.
We can recommend the Radisson of Marrakech for these rooms (which seem badly old), but its general design is a little disappointing especially with these elevators that are really not practical if you are staying upstairs.
Spa, room service not tested.

The hotel has a nice bar and pool but I felt the hotel staff a bit overwhelmed by the events when there was a lot of people at check in or morning at breakfast.
The food whether at breakfast and restaurant is correct but the quality of some products (especially pastries, cheese, charcuterie) was not at the rendezvous.
As far as the neighbourhood is concerned, it is true that we can find many European/international shops but we are still very far from Tribeca in New York as I had been able to read before going to Morocco…

Other than breakfast, everything else sucked big time at this hotel. We were charged more than the going rate of a "double room". I came here with my wife and daughter, we were given the smallest room available with a sink sitting literally over our heads. there was a foul smell in the hallways that wouldn't go away. Other than that, we asked for an extra bed for the little one, that took more than 3 calls and reminders and 2 days to arrive. Bad experience. In a city full of amazing hotels that are far cheaper and offer more value.

Very nice hotel about 20 minutes walking from the old city. Clean rooms cold ac small pool comfortable bedding and friendly staff. The included breakfast is amazing.

Very dirty rooms We changed our rooms twice and each one was just as bad as the other one! Shower too small and so is the toilet. Very hard to use Parking is a nightmare The elevators are crazy, you’ll spend 10 minutes just to get in or out It’s frustrating! Way too much noise day and night Water leaking everywhere from both the shower and the sink and there is nothing they can do about! It’s the stupid design, so get ready to watch your steps while walking on wet floor, I won’t be surprised if they got sued for slip and fall Customer service here is beyond horrible! No hot water, took shower in cold water When complained they catch attitude. I got to the breakfast buffet 10 minutes before it ended, the girl tells me you have 5 minutes to eat please hurry up Yes drill sergeant By the time they made my omelette and I grabbed some hummus they took the bread away, I asked the girl for some bread, she goes let me see if I can get one for you Are you serious what am I suppose to eat humus and eggs with She came back with a small piece of dry bread Imagine this: while standing in line at the front desk I looked away for a second, the girl whistle at me then without saying anything she finger gesture come here!

At the bar the Hamburger of poor quality for 95 DH I expected better.

A week spent in this hotel and everything was perfect. The aquarium effect pool very nice, it's nice to land at the edge with a good cool drink. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is full and the dinner offer was also adequate with very good and generous dishes overall. For the location, its location in the heart of Guéliz makes it easy to get to the points of interest during the day and enjoy the good atmosphere of the neighborhood in the evening. The only downside is that a card in the room indicates that the hotel is 100% non-smoking gold in the outdoor area near the pool smokers do not hold back but it is not really extremely annoying. Let's say the hotel is 90% non-smoking :).
We'll be back with pleasure!

This part of Morocco has changed since my last visit 20 years ago! It's almost unrecognizable… this hotel is nicely placed among shops cafes arts and craft's. However once inside you can not hear the hassle and bussle of the main road. In fact once in the pool and patio area it's almost a world away. A private oasis. The only thing I would say would have been nice would be face towels and slippers. Ok so I'm A Little spoiled! All in all a friendly helpful establishment. So glad I choose this particular hotel. Give it a try.

A very good hotel with excellent location, pool and food, but what makes the real value for the hotel is the staff. The best service one can experience abroad! Always friendly and always with smiles and really helpful, especially Amina and Loubna, thanks ladies for doing so much for us! Would recommend the to everyone.

The hotel is nice, but do not book the airport transfers from the hotel. I paid an extortionate price for a private car to the airport and what I got was a shared car with 4 other people that was 35 minutes late. They also put a hold on your card when you check in, however, they failed to release the hold on my card on checkout, leaving me unable to use my card for over a week.

I loved my stay here! The rooms were beautiful.
Their was a slight mix up with the rooms but the staff sorted it out in no time.
If you plan on booking a room here ask for the street view. It's more interesting watching the people of Marrakech.
The pool view I found boring, and it was off putting watching certain hotel visitors treat members of staff in a disrespectful manner (nobody likes a snob) The hotel is located near shops, and a food court in the shopping centre. There is also a supermarket you can visit and the elevator takes you straight back to the hotel from the supermarket. I'm giving this hotel 5 stars especially because of the door mens and cleaning staff customer service. They were professional and friendly.
I found it quite difficult crossing the busy roads of Marrakech and the door men were polite enough to let me know when too cross. Finally… The hotel charges a deposit so bare that in mind because most hotel websites do not mention this. You'll receive your deposit in your bank account after your stay. I had a lovely time staying at the Radisson Blu hotel in Marrakech. My wife and I stayed there for part of our honeymoon and the staff made sure to make it special for us. Hope to be able to stay in a Radisson for the next part of our honeymoon journey! Rooms: — Rooms were lovely with good air conditioning. We started off with a double room, which had a lovely open shower room, and a wonderful view of the pool. We were then upgraded to a junior suite due to some issues with our toilet which the staff quickly resolved. Facilities: — Pool was lovely and there were always fresh towels next to the pool in the morning for use and there was always someone around to grab you one if you needed it. One thing they do need to sort out is a proper changing area for the pool as it doesn't really exist except for a toilet cubicle, which isn't the nicest place to change. — the spa was really first class. It is slightly expensive but it was worth it. The deep tissue massage was really relaxing and the hammam left me feeling fresh. — didn't really spend much time in the bar but the mocktails I had had some fantastic flavours Food: — only had breakfast at the hotel, which was good for the five days we were there but did start to get a bit monotonous towards the end. They could do with changing up their menu throughout the week. Staff: — by far the best part of this hotel and the reason for my rating. The staff were always lovely and keen to help.

This is European style hotel. The rooms are beautify decorated in a modern style. There's a restaurant, bar, & separate elevators for guest in order to restricted entry to hotel. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but they don't have courtesy transportation to/from the airport (which will put you at the mercy of Marrakech taxis).

I really felt comfortable in this hotel. Everyone was very friendly! Rooms have very clean. Wlan was fast. Breakfast was good. They gave the best to give me a good time… Shopping mall in the basement of this building. Hotel starts in 2nd floor. Pool is heated and visible.
