Really nice hotel! We are staying here for four nights and are very happy so far. They have an amazing rooftop patio area that rarely has anyone else on it. The views are nice and the ambience is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. A nice breakfast is inckuded, with options from pastries to eggs and meats and cheeses. The pool is very small as expected, but it's nice for a dip or for hanging out at. The location isn't bad at all, we usually take taxis for 30 DR to the main market or main tourist attractions. Our room has air conditioning and is a nice size for the price. Overall very happy with our room and our stay!

Nice, clean rooms. Well positioned for the modern part of Marrakech. Fantastic restaurant with delicious meals and serves alcohol. Friendly staff.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I very much enjoyed my stay. The location was brilliant. I will definately stay here again… food was lovely.

Excellent welcome with a delicious mint tea. Very nice room. Magnificent carved doors. A bit of noise outside but it passes. Small terrace too cute. Top floor panoramic view. Ideal for an aperitif off season. The receptionists invited us to choose our drinks and brought them all the high we were alone with views of the roofs of marrrackesh very nice!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived we had a room for 3 adults and there was a crib. We complained and they changed it. The staff are very courteous.

Rooms are in an acceptable condition, is no longer the newest but at least the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is OK could be refurbished but it does its purpose.
Staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast buffet somewhat chaotic, music too noisy and also inappropriate. Ambiance in this room rather old and everything consumed. :-/
I can only connect to the other reviews and therefore only give 3 stars.

The hotel is M. E. Very much in need of renovation. Our shower was in a catastrophic state, but everything worked. Mold, old cracked silicone joints, the walls are not tiled, the tiles on the floor are not glazed. Just everything very old and dingy. In the hotel are everywhere, even in the room, dirty carpet. I haven't heard a vacuum cleaner in a week. The balconies are very small. The furniture on the roof terrace is old and not comfortable. Beds are good. Breakfast good, dinner very good. Staff very nice and helpful. Hotel is located M. E. Very central. Shopping center with supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

The rating depends on whether you get a room on the higher floors and the street side.
We unfortunately got a room right on the first floor to the courtyard at check-in, the volume was unbearable all night loud music, loud conversations and chairs going crazy.
After polite questions the next day at the staff we got a room on the highest floor, here it was then pleasantly quiet.
The staff is nice and speaks mostly English.
The rooms are relatively clean, only the bedding has unfortunately one or another unsightly stain.
The hotel is centrally located, everything is well within walking distance and there is a supermarket right near by.

The place is a little run down and could do with some tlc. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and we're on hand to help whenever we needed. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. I had the chicken pasta with cream and garlic sauce and my partner had four cheese pizza, washed down with a walk me down cocktail which was all I needed to drink for the evening lol.

Beautiful Riad style hotel and a surprisingly excellent restaurant serving both Moroccan and French dishes. Rooms are a little old but we found them charming and the deep bath a blessing after a long day walking. The location is also brilliant with a shopping centre, numerous restaurants and bars within a short walk.

We stayed here 13th December 2017 for 3 nights. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. What makes this hotel stand out from the crowd is the willingness of the staff to go the extra mile. We came back for lunch one day and asked for room service on the sky terrace and this they did without any hesitation. Our own personal waiter then laid the table for us and we had a wonderful meal in the sunshine with views over the city. The quality of the food is quite exceptional and much better than perhaps you might expect from a hotel of this nature. I would recommend it to anyone and yes I would like to go back. Wonderful…!

Good place centrally located for all things to visit. Shopping centre has food shopping as well. Saves buying water every day and fruit and vegies good quality. Staff good to deal with.

The hotel is conveniently located near a modern shopping area and not far from the major tourist sites. The hotel has 2 restaurants, a bar and a small swimming pool. The hotel is contemporary and is clean, tidy and well maintained. There are 2 restaurants, a bar and a small swimming pool. The restaurant on the first floor serves breakfast which consists of a variety of foods and drinks. The ground floor restaurant is next to the swimming pool and has a very good menu and selection of drinks. The food is of a high quality and at western prices. The staff generally speak good English and are polite, proficient and helpful.

They have the best orange juice and also the black coffee. Their breakfast is rich er varied. The rooms are top and quiet. Nice pool Although it is small. If I return to Marrakech I would take the same hotel.

Really nice hotel in Marrakesh within walking distance of the souks, palaces, gardens. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a pool and a fantastic restaurant on site. Good value for money.

Dinner service was slow, but nice food.

A lovely place downtown. Small but friendly and close to everything : train station, shops (zara, marwa…). And macdonalds is only two steps away. You will not need a car.

This review is for the dinner — we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was phenomenal and very economical. I ordered the osso bucco, the lamb shank, tiramisu, and espresso and a bottle of wine. None disappointed. That also goes for the live entertainment singing several songs from around the world in all languages. The tables had good silverware, and white cloth table covers so I was very happy about that.

Good hotel in a quiet but handy location to transport and shopping, with nice staff. Pool is a little small and they have a good restaurant. Rooms are clean and beds good. Would come back to this hotel. Good value.

Nice hotel with clean spacious rooms. There's a desk downstairs that organises tours and taxis for guests. Beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. I would recommend this place for any visit to Marrakesh.

Hotel very professional, the staff great, room cleaning service perfect, swimming pool small but cozy. They Have an agency of excursions within the hotel, I would look for another place outside, for the price and quality.

Did not stay at the hotel but enjoyed the roof terrace and bar very much, about the only place we found with beer on tap and reasonably priced (50d for a pint), staff were very friendly.

Too good an address not to be missed.

Good clean hotel, quieter location than others, great food.

We had diner in this hotel, a menu for 120 dirham and some drinks. The entourage was great, service was good and the food was delicious. In short, a very good meal for an even better price.
