I had an excellent experience at this facility, the stay was great, and the service was amazing. The staff at the restaurant were so attentionned. I would like to thank especially Imane for her special attention and service, she made my day.

On arrival I was greeted warmly with a. Cookie and a smile by Dina and the team. Please reach out to Dina before your arrival she will take care of all that you require. The carpet was still damp in my room from cleaning but the room was spacious and very clean. I asked not to be disturbed so my room was cleaned once and I was satisfied with the service. I. Stayed for 3 nights.
Dina Front Office Assistant Manager. Meha meet and greet in the restaurant and Asmaa the server in the breakfast restaurant all were welcoming and outstanding with the service they gave. Dina was extremely accommodating with finding places to go and giving directions and tips to a solo traveller. Yusoff the Supervisor in the restaurant took care of my overall service in the restaurant. Thank you. I recommend this hotel if you want to rest for a few days. The train to Marrakesh is approx 50mins journey including a short ride in the taxi to the station. It runs hourly. I did not go to the local shops as it was not a quick walk. I did not venture out at night as the hotel is in a remote area on the University campus.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton DoubleTree Benguerir. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Everything from the check-in process to the overall atmosphere made my experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Benguerir. Highly recommended!

This was genuinely one of the most beautiful hotel stays I have ever had in my life. From the very first moment, I felt so welcomed that I honestly didn’t want to leave.

We had a dinnee conference in this Hotel with colleagues, food was very delicious, it made me proude that guests come from all arround the world to enjoy such food and service. I really enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ben Guerir Hotel & Residences. The hotel is a little out of the way in a remote area, but for me that was actually a plus it’s peaceful, quiet, and a good place to unwind if you’re looking to escape the busier cities.
The staff here are some of the friendliest I’ve come across. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcome. Reception was warm and professional, parking was easy, and of course I got the signature DoubleTree cookie fresh and delicious.
Since it was off-season, the hotel felt almost like a ghost town, but I actually enjoyed that atmosphere. It was my last day of holiday and I really wanted some peace and quiet. The main pool was closed, but there was a smaller pool open, and because hardly anyone else was around it felt like my own private pool, which was perfect.
The surrounding area is under heavy construction, so yes, there’s a fair amount of dust outside, but once you’re inside the hotel it doesn’t take away from the experience.
As for dining, because there were so few guests, the hotel was only offering a set menu at dinner. For that reason, I chose to go out to eat, which wasn’t a big problem. Breakfast was served at the table with a limited selection, rather than the full buffet. It makes sense given the number of guests, but I think it would be helpful if the hotel let people know about this ahead of time so expectations are clear. This isn’t a complaint, more just a suggestion for the future.

Gorgeous hotel and great breakfast service! I was in the main building and found the rooms to be spacious and well set up. However, I noticed a faint smell of sewage in the hallway at times and like other hotels I’ve been to in hot/tropical areas, a slightly mildewy smell in the rooms.
There isn’t much to do in the area since most people are visiting for conferences at the nearby university, but I found the area to be quite scenic and easy to walk around.
I’m also not sure why the pool is roped off, but it’s nice to look at.

Excellent accommodation and very comprehensive rooms. Delicious breakfasts and fine buffet lunches and dinners. The staff in the breakfast room were courteous and helpful and were able to provide anything I asked for. Very convenient for conference at the university.

I stayed for 5 nights in one of the suites with a kitchen, while attending a conference at the university. The hotel was amazing! The buffet selections were delicious, the rooms were beautiful, and the location on a university campus was fun. The hotel is within walking distance of a market where you can buy water and treats. We took a cab one hour to Marrakesh and two hours to Casablanca. The hotel staff was so helpful and we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we slept very well! The food in the restaurant was excellent and the waiters very helpful. The staff at the front desk took great care of us as well! We have traveled widely and this hotel is one of the great ones! We highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 1 night as I attended a summit at the UM6P nearby. Excellent and professional service, very clean and well presented facilities, comfortable bed (slept well), modern and fully functional tech. Restaurant was excellent with a good variety of dishes offered and supported by a friendly and helpful team. Hope you stay here again!

A special mention to the restaurant team, led by Marouane, for their professionalism and warm service. Nizar stood out with his initiative, attentiveness, and exemplary customer care.

Stayed for 4 nights in both the hotel and the apartments. Everything went very smoothly and the service was neat in the rooms as well as in the catering.
