I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🌟
The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was well-maintained and relaxing. The overall atmosphere is very family-friendly, and there’s a strong sense of respect everywhere.

I'm giving a overall 3 stars because although the hotel was brand new and generally nice, the room I was staying in had a couple of problems with it. The room we were staying in was for 3 people and had 3 single beds like we requested, but the shower was completely revealing and uncovered. Even the toilet area had a glass that was slightly transparent. This was completely unexpected because nobody should have to expose their private parts to anyone doesn't matter who they are. Whoever designed this hotel had no respect or shame.

We needed a place to stay near the airport and we were very pleasantly surprised by how nice our stay was. Very modern, clean and efficient. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Breakfast was excellent!

Good points: If you're by car and exploring different spots, it's not necessary to pay extra to stay in the city center of Tangier, because this is a more affordable option and it has a central location to go to Tetouan (1h30), Cap Spartel (25 minutes), Rabat (2h30), and Tangier city center (25 minutes). Souhaila (Front Office) was the most friendly receptionist we had during our entire trip (we stayed in three different hotels). The rooftop pool was great to spot the sunset. We only stayed for one night, unfortunately, to catch a flight the next morning, but we had a great experience. The hotel is clean, it has a good menu, it's close to the airport, it's very affordable, the people are very friendly; really great value for money! Bonus: they prepared take-away breakfast for us, because we had to leave very early, which we really appreciated. Thanks for caring so much!
Points of improvement: The mattresses slide too easily; the shower is open and the toilet door is a little bit transparent, this is good for a couple but not for people who are just sharing a room.

Nice hotel next to the airport. Souhaila at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was super clean and comfy. There is a pool on the rooftop, we enjoyed it very much during a hot afternoon. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic stay at Diagonal Hôtel! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, from the warm welcome at reception to the excellent service at the restaurant. I loved the food (especially dinner! ) and the rooftop pool was the perfect way to unwind. Ideal location just a minute from Tangier Freezone. Clean, stylish, and super convenient. I’ll definitely be back!

Fine hotel, very modern. Location is key by being only 5 min away from Tanger airport, a perfect stop after our flight with our baby. Rooms are luxurious and have a great shower. If you also have a baby sleeping in a baby bed in your room it’s becomes a bit tiny, but doable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. For 30 MAD per night you can park in the garage. Food of the restaurant was good. Would recommend for a single night close by to the airport.

An overnight stay when transiting through Tangier airport on business. I picked this hotel to save the hassle of traveling into the city centre after a late flight, and this proved to be a good decision. The modern hotel is in a business area a shot taxi ride from the airport. The reception is on the upper floor, with the entrance at the side of the building, check-in was very quick and smooth (appreciated at that time of night! ).
The hotel appears to be new, and the room, although not massive, was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated in a modern (if slightly generic) style. The bed was comfortable with plenty of power sockets next to it. The Wi-Fi had both good strength and speed and the aircon worked well. Good shower with plenty of hot water. I didn’t take breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. The hotel has a terrace area with a small pool on the roof which is a nice amenity, although sadly I didn’t have time to try it out this time!

I stayed at Diagonal Hôtel for one night and opted for the VIP birthday package for my boyfriend. The hotel did a fantastic job with the decorations, balloons, and cake, making the celebration truly special.
The restaurant food was absolutely amazing, and the service from all the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
The room itself was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast and coffee were also delightful and a great way to start the day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is clean, calm, and truly relaxing. I want to extend a special thanks to Zahra, a young and beautiful lady who went above and beyond to assist me yesterday with a problem I had with my card. Her kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression on me!

This hotel was awesome, it was immaculate, modern and staff was friendly patient and caring. We stayed one night only and they had a light breakfast for us when we left early the next day for our excursion. I would highly recommend them. Absolutely loved it!
