Nice, clean, safe and great value. We really enjoyed staying here. Very spacious accommodation with excellent hospitality from the host. It was quite cold when we were there, the guard lighted the fireplace for us. Thank you so much.

Stayed here recently and unfortunately had a stressful experience related to the stay and what happened afterward.
One issue during our stay was heating. The house is quite large but only had two very small heaters, which were not enough to properly warm the space. This caused delays when we arrived and we contacted the host about the heating situation.
After that conversation, the host sent us messages asking for a 5-star review and mentioned that anything below five stars would not be good for them. We later left an honest review mentioning the check-in difficulties and the heating issue.
After checkout, the host filed claims through the booking platform saying we took towels, caused dirt, and later also claimed a glass item was broken. We did not take anything from the apartment and left it in normal condition. We immediately contacted support and shared screenshots of the messages about the 5-star review request. Support eventually removed the host’s review about us and compensated us for the bad experience. We were not charged, but the situation was stressful.
I’m sharing this so future guests are aware and can take precautions. If you stay here, it may be a good idea to document the condition of the apartment at check-in and checkout (photos or video), just to be safe.
