Riad Norma

The Riad is absolutely stunning, decoration and ambiance amazing.
Staff is great, super friendly and helpful.
But the room we got was not comfortable at all.
The beds were one floor lower than the bathroom, so you had to go up a floor (think middle of the night…) if you needed the toilet…
The bathtub was high and you had to maneuver to get over, and then while you are showering water goes everywhere because there is no curtain. You have the option to sit down in a “chair” in the tub, but it is awkward to shower that way.
The bathroom has a constant bad smell.

Beautiful riad. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s truly fantastic and Monique and all the staff are very warm and friendly. Every little detail and decoration in the riad makes it feel like a home. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are spacious and elegant. Great location as well.

It was a fantastic experience. The host was nice, helpful. They coordinated everything for us. In a quiet area inside the Medina but far from the chaos.

This riad is located near the walls of the medina. It offers a peaceful patio of considerable proportions. There is also a swimming pool immediately outside and several common rooms with stunning decorations. Our room, furnished in traditional style, was provided of everything we needed, included the daily cleaning. The breakfast was hearty and the service was very kind and thoughtful.

Stayed here with my husband when we went to Fes for a friend's wedding. Very beautiful historical place, near the Medina. Breakfast is each morning and it was excellent. Also the staff are so kind and helpful. Younes was awesome! They can help you book tour guides and excursions too. We would recommend it if you're coming to this area of Fes, Morocco. :)

We loved the pool area oasis and spent a few hours relaxing outside. They was a friendly kitty on the property and she was a delight. The room was spacious and clean with beautiful tiles, window panes, and other features unique to Fes. Breakfast was served by the staff in the inner courtyard area. Very cozy. We felt well taken care of and the staff were very kind.

Large riad that still feels intimate and a welcome respite from busy Fes. Great pool and outside seating area for breakfast; including a communal table which was a nice way to chat to others staying there. The people working there were lovely, really friendly. The room was very comfortable with a stunning bathroom above it.

What a fantastic place to stay. The riad has been renovated to a high standard and is beautiful and welcoming. We stayed in Manon for 4 nights and couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation. We were greeted by Younes on arrival, offered mint tea and were given a map and he showed us some of the best places to visit. Breakfast each morning was served in the courtyard garden and it was delicious. We loved coming back to the riad after exploring Fes and taking a dip in the pool and just relaxing in the garden. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were made to feel at home and welcome the whole time. We thoroughly recommend Riad Norma. I would say that it is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

My stay at the Riad Norma has been nothing but superb, me and my girlfriend have nothing but great things to say about this place. Their generosity, kindness, and customer service is fantastic. Their complimentary breakfast is also very good and they are located in the perfect spot where you can walk to the markets / Madina. Thank you Riad Norma and we can’t thank you enough!
