She helped us with dinner reservations and arranged a guide to walk us to the restaurant and back, understanding how a new arrival can find the Fes medina daunting to navigate. She is a true gem and exudes genuine and honest Moroccan hospitality. I highly recommend this riad. Location is also near the usual pick up for tours.

We had the great pleasure of staying at Riad Batchisarai. Our host Mouad went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Jawad and Mouad had been in constant touch before our arrival to ensure we had help on arrival with our luggage, arranged a guide and Mouad even took us out on the day we arrived to show us around and recommended some really cool places.
I highly recommend this place because of the host Mouad who went above and beyond every time to make sure we were taken care of. Rooms are comfortable and courtyard itself is very beautiful. The breakfast is good. Do not miss the view from the terrace.
For folks with mobility issues — be ready with steps. The host took care of bringing luggage to the room, but you have to get yourself to the room — potentially climbing quite few steps based on which level your room is.

Good day. We stayed at your Riad a few weeks ago. The Riad is beautiful and charming and gives you sense of what old Fes was like. We left early in the morning before breakfast. I want to thank you for your excellent hospitality and the breakfast pack you gave us. It was unexpected and most appreciated. Everything about our stay was incredible.
