Dar Settash

We loved everything about our stay. Reda and Fatima made sure that every was was absolutely amazing for our stay. The room was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable. Breakfast was ample.
I would really want to mention about Reda's hospitality. He gave us the lay of the land. Provided us with recommendations and even coordinated with our driver for pickup at the end of our stay.
Very very very highly recommended.

Our room is absolutely beautiful, and they beds were the most comfortably have slept in our entire stay in Morroco. All of the sheets are very soft and the staff is incredibly friendly. Reda is The most kind host and took us out last night in the market to get very good prices on everything we bought. Fatima, Brought us some beautiful oils to purchase.
. The breakfast was the most delicious and I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10.
I am here with my daughter and son and I would say this is made our trip perfect!

What a lovely and clean riad! We felt very welcome. Reda and Fatimah are very friendly and are really there for you. Unfortunately we had a flat tire, but the host took all the time to help us so that we could continue our journey. Definitely a place to recommend!

Took a cooking class here, and it was fantastic.
Fatima & her staff were extremely friendly, the experience was thorough and fun, and the resulting food was pretty darn good.

We stayed for 5 nights and we loved it. The riad is beautiful, very well maintained and super comfortable. But the best is the team that is taking care of the riad.
Fatima, Reda and the rest of the team go to enormous lengths to make sure that the guests are enjoying themselves in Fes.
Always accessible, helpful, full of smiles and with tons of good advice on what to do in the city, what to eat.
I cannot recommend enough staying at this riad if you want to enjoy your time in this part of Morocco, I can say, without any doubt, this is the best place to stay in the city!

I spent 4 days in this riad and felt like home. Typical for traditional riads my room was small but perfect for me. The breakfast was maybe even too much. The coffee was great. 5 stars :)

Lovely day with Fatima and her grandmother. We went to the market to plan the menu and buy vegetables, then back to the beautiful dar to prepare and cook a wonderful lunch on the shaded rooftop. Highlights were taking our bread to the wood-fired community oven and seeing the panoramic views of Fes.

The stay at Dar Settash was one of the highlights of our trip! Wouldn’t stay anywhere but here.
Very friendly staff that welcomed us in the hotel and gave us great advice on where to go in the city. The room on the ground floor was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated.
The hotel had an incredible rooftop terrace where you can escape the busy and buzzing city centre. The cooking class Fatima and her grandmother give here is highly recommended.
Overall it was a great experience.

Our family had an amazing time at Dar Settash in Fes! The room had a tiny kitchenette and a very large bathroom which made it very comfortable for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 pre-teen kids).
The riad itself was perfect for families, with its beautiful tile work and cozy atmosphere. Plus, the elaborate breakfasts served in the central area each morning were a big hit with everyone.
The highlight however was the cooking class with Fatima and her grandma on the terrace which was a hit with both kids and adults – not only did we learn some tasty Moroccan recipes, but we also got to enjoy the stunning views together.
The staff at Dar Settash were incredibly welcoming.
Overall, Dar Settash is a fantastic choice for families looking for a memorable and family-friendly stay in Fes. Don't hesitate to book!

Wonderful place to spend your vacation! We were a family of four… (2 boys under 12). The location ia great you are in the middle of al Medinah yet no noises… The staff was amazing and very friendly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Redha the responsable gave us advice where to go and what to do and he was very friendly with the kids. Anything you want, they don't hesitate to help you! The room was spacious and was cleaned every day! We will certainly visit Fes again and stay in Dar Settash!

This place felt like a palace, with its beautiful architecture, but at the same time it is as cozy as a home. Everyone was so kind and took care of all my concerns, including pickup and drop-off. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Thank goodness for the laundry service because I really needed it. The location is perfect, right in the medina and walking distance to basically everything. Also, the view from the rooftop is amazing.

My wife and I spent two weeks in Morocco and our 3 night stay at Dar Settash with Reda as our host was honestly one of the highlights of the whole trip. Reda was the most accommodating and helpful host we have ever had at a hotel / bed n breakfast / etc and truly makes you feel like you are at home.
On top of that, 1) the rooms are very nice and very clean, 2) the location is perfect right in the medina, 3) the food that we had at the riad was some of the best Moroccan food we had anywhere in Morocco, and 4) the view from the terrace is awesome.
Simply to stay here again would be one of my top reasons to return to Fes (don't worry, the city is great as well).

The best place EVER! Me and my sister were considered as part of the family. The owners are very sweet and they take care of you in every occasions. They gave us help and a lot of good advices. The room was beautiful, the location is wonderful (in Arabian style) and everything is perfectly clean and smell good (cleaning everyday). There is also a beutiful terrace with a stunning view on Fes. The breakfast is awesome, with a lot of morocchin food. I truly recommend this place!

Had a great stay here. Reda met me at one of the gates to the medina to guide me in (it’s tucked away inside the maze of Fez’s medina). Nice and quiet. Clean room with a good breakfast. Reda also organised tours and transport to the station for me at very reasonable prices Nothing was too much trouble. Fez is pretty full-on and it was great as a solo traveller to have some friendly support.
