Totally recommended. Great service and facilities.

I give him five stars for the treatment they've given us, especially Ibrahim. A great kid who made you feel like you were in a big family. The riad is very good, in value/ value there is no complaint. Thank you so much for everything, if we return to Fez we will not hesitate to repeat!

The place to be in fez! the Hammam is a unique experience by here, I highly recommend.

Spectacular place to stay. A few meters from the. Blue gate and the beginning of the medina. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice décor.

The food here is very tasty and is also ready to eat quickly. The service team is also very nice and tries their best not to make you wait. However, we had a few problems with our bathroom. That's why only 4/5 stars.

This place is really beautiful although quirky in some respect. The two rooms with their own terraces have fantastic views and are beautifully designed and decorated. We were put into one of these rooms by mistake when we first moved in. We actually booked a room through Airbnb that was above the pool. Literally above the pool! The base of the bed forms the ceiling above the pool so there can be some funky lighting from under the bed at night. The bed is so high that you need a step to climb in and you can easily reach the ceiling from in the bed. This room can be a little noisy at times as you can hear the noise from the kitchen, pool and public areas through the base of the bed. There are a few windows that open into the center of the Riad and three stained glass openings to the street outside. You can't see out unit the street but the light through these is pleasant. The staff are really nice. It is located on the outer area of the Médina so easy to get to while being just the right distance away to lose yourself in the main market passages and sights.

Bad. On arrival we were informed that the rooms we booked were not available and they tried to send us to another place of a much lower level at the same price. Rude owner and not at all helpful. Not recommended!

Superb. Has all levels. The hospitality of the staff is friendly and very attentive. The rooms are spacious, very beautiful and perfectly equipped. Nice bathroom with excellent pressure in the shower. We really slept very well, the bedding is very comfortable. The cleaning is done every day. The whole riad is really beautiful, the central courtyard to the roof terrace which offers a spectacular view on all the medina! And what about the breakfast! I've been to many hotels and riad and I have never seen one of such quality and quantity. With a special mention for the orange juice freshly squeezed, and the different pancakes every day. Small pool which must be very pleasant in the summer. To finish the location, ideal. At the heart of the medina, perfectly signposted, many restaurants in the area close to bab boujloud. In short. To sum up, book it without hesitation!

Heartbreaking that I get out of the raid after a night having paid two (but refunded 1 night) cat they had rented 4 nights following and they offer you 1 room at the same price as the suite. Very disappointed as the places were rather nice.

Best hotel i've ever stayed in! Beautiful rooms and an amazing view of Fes from the terrace. Hotel staff are really friendly and went out of their way to help us, breakfast is super filling and every night they lit a fire in our room. Will definitely be back!

No hot water in my room, blocked sink, bad breakfast and air conditioning is not good.

We stayed at this riad for 3 days. What we found was a large, open and nice home. The family that runs it is great — they keep it clean, they cook all the meals themselves and they are friendly and respectable. I just wish I spoke French to be able to communicate better with them. The rooms are good, and the terrace on the roof overlooks the medina. If you stay, make sure to order dinner at least once, as the food is top notch.
