The Riad is superb, the rooms are spacious and comfortable in addition to well-decorated beings. The terrace has a magnificent view. Total change of scenery guaranteed. I highly recommend the Jamaica Riad. Plus the personality is adorable.

My family recently visited the unforgettable city of Fez and, we were guests at Riad Jamai. Looking at the posted photos, I think the beauty of the Riad is not adequately conveyed. My husband and I spent many hours selecting a Riad and I am truly happy that we selected this one. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Yassine, who most graciously walked us through the labyrinth of streets to find lunch upon our arrival. He waited with us until we got our sandwiches and then took us back to the Riad. This really helped us get a sense of our surroundings since directions and street signs do not exist. He was always available to answer questions as was the entire staff. Certainly, we all hope to return to this beautiful and historic city one day and would most definitely choose Riad Jamai again. This Riad was the nicest and best surprise I got after crossing through the street of the old medina’ s souk, the Room was spacieuse, the bathroom was gigantic, the king size bad was confortable and I felt like one thousand and one nights character, my daughters liked it so much they did not care about the 44 degree heat outside. The location may give you a wrong signal, all you need is the make a right turn from the residence and take the first right turn and go street right into the historical site you must see in Fez especially the first university in the world, the dyeing station of all leather work, the tomb of the founder of Morocco everything is walking distance. The Riad will receive you the Moroccan way, Mint tea and moroccan yummy cookies. Breakfast is amazing with a huge variety of delicacies to make your day a successful one. I really recommande this place to all the people I know, the stuff is amazing. Thank you to all for the wonderful days we got to spend in your place and we will be back.

The Riad is really sublime and conforms to the pictures of the site as you can see, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful (you can ask for more until you no longer go hungry if necessary), the staff are very helpful. The only downside is that they do not speak good French or English, at least that's what they let seem, so there may be small misunderstandings in their advantage. For excursions, they give very good advice but it is sometimes difficult to understand each other and it's a pity that there is no flyer or other with everything detailed because there are a lot of offers and it's complicated to understand everything orally! Some are not worth it and you can find better on the outside.

Riad beautiful! Friendly welcome and very comfortable suites. Attention, the bathrooms of the rooms however, are tiny. A little far from the centre of the medina, therefore, to advise rather to a highly mobile people.

Authentic, classic Moroccan riad. Great service provided by the staff, help us to settle all requests timely, especially Khalil & Yassine, feeling just like at home. Proactive attitude, lots of smile and good English made us feel so awesome staying there. Excellent Location in Fes Medina (Old city), nearby a local market and major Tannery shops. If you want to stay in Medina, Riad Jamai would be the one of the best choices.

We had a lovely time during our 2 day visit to Fez. The host, Mohammed, was great. He made our trip so easy by arranging a car to pick us up from the train station, setting us up with a local guide, and helping us find a driver to take us to the beach for the next leg of our trip. We were a large group of 7, and he and his assistant Younis were so patient and attentive to our needs, even running out to the store to buy milk and yogurt for the kids. They also cleaned our clothes from our earlier travels! This place felt very full service from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful. They were comfortable and the air conditioning was great on such a hot day. The pool was cold and refreshing. The breakfast was a nice spread of breads, Moroccan pancakes, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Wi-Fi was free and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly.

Hotel was very beautiful. However the rooms were not very functional or consistent. Some very dark rooms, rooms were all quite cold and hard to get warm even with air conditioning. Some rooms had showerheads with no holders, baths without plugs, soap without soap holders. Manager in charge was friendly but a bit scheming trying to convince you to go on various tours, booking overpriced taxis, giving misleading information to entice you into booking an expensive tour guide/private car. Hotel felt relatively safe. Was about a 1.5hr walk from main tourist attractions in medina eg the blue gate.

What a beautiful Riad! We enjoyed our stay more than anywhere else! For a reasonable price you get cozy rooms (the suites are amazing), a rich breakfast and the owner was the sweetest and most helpful person you could wish for! To top it all off, there is a terrasse on the roof from where you can see over the roofs of most of the medina and watch the sunset (with a glass of wine if you like)!

We just returned from a long weekend with friends in Fez and enjoyed our stay at Riad Jamai. The Riad is ideally located in the heart of the medina and easy to reach. The reception by the 2 hosts is very nice, they are present, speak very well French and are very good advice for our outings, our guides or taxis. The riad is beautiful, very well maintained and offers exceptional comfort especially in the suites! ;). Little more that delighted us, the cooker made us tajines and couscous to fall and, they sell alcohol (Local in addition)! To enjoy on the terrace which offers a panorama of choice on the Medina or poolside … To reserve the eyes closed!
