The site is fantastic it is 1 minute from the literal Medina, but not inside because it can be more dangerous. The deal is unbeatable, even Mohamed (almost for friends) took us to see the Jewish quarter at night and lovely. Good breakfast The terrace is spectacular. I would recommend it to 100% and would return safe!

Good value for money in the hotel. The rooms are very different from each other, making it difficult to generalize, but we were given a suite with bedroom, boudoir, satellite TV and bathroom with shower, although the bathroom was not very spacious as our toilet was not centered.
It has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Medina, which functions as a very lively night coffee.
The service can improve, but we suffered during the Ramadan period, and it was still very willing to solve our needs.

Of the best in the city. Very good location right at the entrance to the medina, quiet place, no noise. Great breakfast and the service and friendliness of all the boys and girls unbeatable. It has a terrace with spectacular views over the medina. Completely recommended for a stay of several days in Fès. Excellent price.

The best in the area, the rooms are nice and clean, in the price include breakfast which is amazing, the most pleasant workers imposble and are always attentive to everything and always help.
The whole roof of the hotel is terrace, immense c9n a small bar, tea, coffee refreshments. The location is very good, near the door BAB BOUJLOUD and petit taxis stop, 10 min walk from a bus station, the price for the hotel is, this very well, we pay €15 per person — night, rates included perfect.

Stayed here many times excellent location. Wonderful majestic seating area fantastic owners treating myself and partner like one of the family you cant find a better budget hotel in fez I have 25 years of traveling in morocco behind me.

Wonderful location, situated just outside the Medina. The staff was friendly. This is a well maintained beautiful old facility. The terrace serves as a bar and restaurant and is overlooking the city. Good breakfast and there is private parking just outside the riad which costs 20dh/day. The location is easy to find by following the signs instead of relying on GPS. The bathrooms are too small, they stink and there is no space to hang towels outside as there is no possibility to bring them inside the toilet while taking shower. The lighting was bad in the room.

Old and not good House to stay. The only good thing is the location.

The Wi-Fi is not going, the small rooms, all very dark and the attention is not exactly first. I would not go back to this hotel.

Pity that in some rooms you can smell the pipe. We should also review the plumbing.

One of the best riad/hotel we had in Morocco! staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is huge and rooms are very nice! hotel is located just few meters before blue gate and from there you can access everything that Fez has to offer. It's really the best location!

C is a charming hotel at the entrance of the old Medina of Fez, by Bab Boujloud, close to the car park, they have a hearty breakfast and the staff is nice.

Inside the medina of Fes, it is in a great location for those who have to turn the old town. We went in early December, nice weather but very cold. There's no heating. In addition it is dirty and the staff does not put a little effort…

With a good location very close to the entrance of the Medina from the blue Gate and next to the market square and the walls or the park Jnan Sbil.
The common areas are beautiful with good architecture and loaded with details on ceilings, walls and floors. Highlights the lounge area for lunch and breakfast, patios and rooftop with bar area that allows you to see the stars enjoying a good mint tea.
The rooms are not the best and are irregular with poor décor and the bathrooms need good maintenance. For the price I think you can't ask for more.

The building is amazing, over 200 years old palace with all the decor preserved and restored. The rooms on the other hand are a bit dated, especially bathroom. Staff is nice too. I overslept the breakfast time, went to see the terrace, the lady from the terrace when she saw me went downstairs and prepared me breakfast again.

Very helpful staff. Walked me to the bus station, helped me with ticket purchase. Very cool terrace, great MINT TEA. A. C. Works, hot water. Do it again and the price is perfect and include typical Moroccan style breakfast.

I stayed if you have a reservation, the price is reasonable, they are kind and friendly with the guests, I was offered a good breakfast in the morning, the room is poorly soundproofed, you hear everything that passes by the staircase and the hall, a traditional building of the THIRTEENTH century normal that you do not have the comforts of modern architecture, but it is very nice and has other virtues.

Clean, idyllic and a very nice roof terrace, only the bathroom gave rise to the deduction, otherwise the price is more than reasonable. We had but also the rooms with best views and taken.
