➜ After booking with one month in advance, there was no room for us when we arrived. When we entered (no sign outside the door) the responsible was sleeping on a coach and didn't even get up to give us a proper answer, he simply didn't care. After calling the number reported on Booking, we were offered another room in a different rihad, dirty and plenty of flies, we had to find another stay last minute.
➜ We were very disappointed with this Riad. It's managed in a dilettante way, not serious. The comfort of the room is not up to par, the bathroom is very disappointing. Moisture on the walls, the plaster that peels off. The shower palm is broken, the tub is off-putting, the toilet lid is broken…
No reception, you have to wait until the person on the spot wakes up.
Too bad it would take a little maintenance to restore this Riad that has a lot of charm. There is a lot of potential to make it a nice place. This riad has retained all its strengths. And especially competent people to receive customers.
