Incredibly convenient location to the airport. Our room was very nice. It gets three stars because there was no air conditioning and because the buffet dinner was not good at all. If I ever returned to Morocco, and had to fly from the nearby airport, I would definitely stay here again. I do recommend it.

A decent hotel to stay between flights. Very friendly staff, especially the girl at the reception. I explained everything, I told you. Provided a free breakfast.

Hotel at Casablanca Airport. Rooms are quite nice but some require renovation. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, only at the front desk and in the hallway. The breakfast buffet is good enough, also pleases the availability of the free pool. The hotel is removed from the city and is designed for those who need a day, two to wait for their plane!

Disastrous Service d restoration, self service, a shame.

A star for the housekeeper and the person in charge of the restoration only understanding people when we are abandoned by the Royal Air Maroc with a child.
The person at the reception on the 9th of may at 2:00 in the morning announcing that there is no Cot and that we have only to sleep with our son (particular morals) sleep with his son of 6 years according to his words.

Secluded from the city with a nice pool. The cafeteria food was bad to be nice about it. However the hotel was comped by the airline for a long layover so free is good.

This hotel is very stylish and has many amenities. There is a restaurant, a bar, a spa with massages, and an amazing pool. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near the airport in Casablanca.

Nice appearance, but poor service, at least for tourists in transit, stay paid by Ram. Cold and mediocre Meals. There are no towels in the room.

Great place. Supper courteous staff. Fantastic customer service and wonderful continental dishes for lunch. The Moroccan tea served was a plus and the Moroccan pastries was super. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. What more can I say. Giving the opportunity, I will definitely go back there and recommend it to others.

My room here was provided for free by Air Maroc because I had an overnight layover. The room itself was very clean and nice, though the TV was on when I arrived which was kind of creepy. Food left something to be desired, but it was also free so I can't complain. Staff was also really friendly and helpful.

A very good place to rest after a long trip.

Hotel is of decent standard, but expensive by Moroccan standards. Check the price online because they will try to charge you more. However, and this has never happened me before; staff gave another guest the keys to my room. All of a sudden a guy opens my room and is just as confused as me. Really not impressed by this, how hard can it be to manage rooms?

Comfortable hotels for passengers they have a landing in Casablanca. Hotel near hotel has shuttle service free alarm clock function from reception. Dinner. Lunch. Breakfast. There is a delivery dinner to the room.

Very nice rooms with extreme polite staff. We took a taxi while in the hotel to visit the mosque Hassam II, which is beautiful. It was €50 for the entire day with the taxi divided by 4 people (that was a mini van).

Not recomendable. The room was a bit dirty, there was smell on foot. The girls of the Recepcion, and the guys at the bar, not too kind… they were rather unpleasant. Plus you had to buy a whole bottle of wine, which was not good. On the other hand, the location was good and the shuttle that will pick you up at the airport with drivers are there only positive thing.

A nefarious service! Almost everything. For example the dishes served as locals do not have anything local, very low quality ingredients. The rest of the letter is a failed attempt to imitate Western dishes (eg spaghetti, bathed in liquid cream and called "Carbonara"). Room service touches the door at 8:00 in the morning, if you do not put the latch you get caught in the balls! ). You have to go down as 4veces/day to ask you to program the card to open the door, readers fail. The conditioned air goes to your ball. Wifi there, but you have to go out to the hall below and for you to connect the mail, you get the grapes there. And to finish you charge 80 EU/night. A very bad joke, but a lot!

A beautiful 4 * hotel just a few minutes from the Mohamed V Airport in Casablanca. The quiet and tranquility are in comparison to the other 3 * hotel just next door.

DO NOT RECOMMEND — My brother and I stayed there for one night after missing our flight, First impression NOT relaxing at all. The Wi-Fi does not work throughout the entire hotel except for the lobby and when we asked about it, "sorry it is not our problem. " Then when we needed to depart the next morning they refused to drop us off at the airport (which is a free service included) because my surfboard bag was too big — It was a big bus/shuttle and there was plenty of space! Eventually the manager had to tell them to take us. Needless to say, we should've slept in the airport.

Accommodation provided by Royal Air Marroc when suspending my shuttle flight in Casablanca. Good service and good care. And close to the airport. And transfers in charge of the company.

Poor service in every aspect. Nothing in this hotel to be appreciated. Staff is not bothered as well because stay is sponsored by the airline so automatically they have good influx of passengers. Better to stay at some other hotel on own expenses.

Clean and quiet rooms. Good beds. Wifi works bad and only in public areas. Service is not very friendly. Information on booking doesn't match 100% reality. Breakfast is good but some food/milk is burnt and taste ugly therefore. All in all, much to expensive for what you get.

Internet is not terrible. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms. There are no towels, I almost slipped in the shower and there was nothing to catch me. The service at the restaurant is disgusting. Frankly, this hotel is just beautiful from the outside. And its proximity to the airport is a chance.

This is the worst hotel that can exist. The reception is very unpleasant, no Internet connection, no soap or towel in the showers.

Closest hotel to the airport Mohammed V.

Room OK. Any Roman Restaurant at the level of cuisine (not Moroccan at all) and disastrous at the level of service.

Good hotel, near airport and clean… Small negative point no Wi-Fi in the rooms only in the halls.

The room is ok, and near the airport, but the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms and barely in the lounge area. I have spend more than two hours asking and waiting for towels, and saw that other guests had the same problem. There were no silverware for lunch and people's foods were getting cold as we waited for forks.

Good if you get it for free as part of a long layover. Otherwise you might as well go into town.

It was actually Atlas Sky Hotel the adjoining hotel. We had a bit of an unpleasant surprise when we found the ac in the room not working. We then got an upgrade to a small suite which was pleasant enough. Service is a bit slow. Food is so so.

Clean and comfortable but we asked for an extra towel because there was 2 of us in the room and they only provided one towel. Dinner was not served until 830 and was not the greatest thing, but at least it was eatible. Breakfast is pretty good if you are paying, but if you are there at the airlines expense, might I suggest waiting until you get to the airport.

Good shuttle service, you need to walk out side the terminal and you will see either sky or relax bus shuttle it's the same company. Good service over all. Hotel very clean, nice room, comfortable bed, Flat screen TV with CNN & BBC channels. Good buffet breakfast. Hotel staff speaks English and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel to spend no more than a night to catch an early flight. The free breakfast and the hourly shuttle bus makes the difference. Two towels for a double would be nice guys?!

I only had to stay one night because of a delayed flight. Was an okay place, fairly clean, 24 hour bar. Wifi was only in the lobby though and that was a burden.

In this luxury hotel, an employee of the home is allowed to make advances at 6:30 in the morning, calling on the line of my room. It was Monday, may 2, 2016.
I recommend this hotel, because for a woman alone, in transit by Casablanca, and with a flight delay, this place does not offer peace and security expected on the part of an establishment 3 stars.

Overly expensive price for poor quality
First trip to Casa for over 20 years, forced to take a hotel room before you continue on Rabat the next day. The receptionist makes me a discount on the price of 959 831 dirham dirham, then… Talk about a decline. In short I take that D even the room to discover a bathroom mirror can clean and with dead insects. In the bedroom I is burnt dust near the balcony, a pillow tay to the cigarette, sheets not very clean. The reception gives me a ticket for the dinner, giving me access not to the restaurant to the card, but the self. This place looks like a college canteen, the food is horrible!
The next day, rebelotte for breakfast lunch in this same self with even less of hygiene (plates on the sales rack! ) and little choice. Don'ts for emergencies and small budgets!

A very relaxing hotel, with Moroccan music, background and rooms in excellent condition. The only down fall was the shower that remained with hot water, sometimes hot and a very small window that not without ability to open it.
Otherwise the service was flawless thanks to Darabi, a really nice waiter that he even offered coffee:)

The rooms are very good but the restaurant didn't quite to the height.

Works and heavy drilling carried out after 10pm. Dirty bed liners with some previous guest hair, not cleaned toilets, soap plastic left on floor, urrr just avoid it like hell.

One of the worst hotels i've ever been to. Staff at reception and restaurants don't care less for customers and they don't know their job. Rooms are dirty. Wifi works 1 min out of 10. The fitness area which is announced at the web doesn' exist. They serve frozen pizza in the restaurant has it's especiality. It takes 30 min to bring a poor stake, etc.

This hotel is provided as a free courtesy by Royal Air Maroc for transfer flight passengers that stay in Casablanca for 15 hours or more for layover. The staff know little to no english, are unwilling to always cooperate, and eventually give you the service you request. It is a well maintained hotel with Free Wi-Fi in the lobby only, but the communication barrier hurts the experience.
