It's easy. You'll simply not do better. Just book it. They seem to have a policy of only selecting staff who are great humoured, service driven, funny and kind. Incredible people! (But Moroccans are anyway). Coupled with glorious bed rooms, superb restaurant (great menu and alcohol IF you want it), a stunning pool and generally a beautiful place. About 20 mins by Taxi to Marrakech and easy to organise from Reception. They're there for you, anything they can help with, they will and the Ideal place to stay. Don't hesitate to book it, you just won't do better. We went just for a holiday from Dublin so probably like you, didn't really know where to stay. But so happy we found this. Very grateful to them and the staff. Honestly, superb. Do it.

Super nice place! We have spent the day here, for the pool, massage and lunch. The massage was also really good, and loved that the pools are 28 degrees Celsius (larger pool) and 34 degrees Celsius (smaller pool next to it). This way it is truly enjoyable to swim. Would recommend :)

We came with a day pass (pool, massage, lunch) and had a really lovely experience. The place is beautiful — peaceful garden, heated pool, palm trees and a very relaxing atmosphere.
Service started a bit slow around the pool, but later the staff were amazing: super kind, helpful, and they even surprised my friend with a birthday cake.
The massage and cocktails were great. The only downside was the lunch included in the day pass — the food was just average, though desserts were fantastic.
Overall, we had an amazing day and I definitely recommend coming here.

Absolutely amazing property. We got the Royal Atlas spa package and it was heavenly.
Mohammed took great care of us for lunch after the spa. Such a beautiful and serene place. All of the staff is really helpful and friendly. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

Like many other reviewers, we did not stay here overnight but simply came on a day pass. We were looking for a restful break amidst a busy busy trip and this certainly delivered. The pool was pretty and the water a great temperature. The sun was shining. The overall vibe was very chill. We had a great day. That said, the included lunch was incredibly average, and the two courses came very slowly which was a bummer as we wanted to be poolside, not in the shaded lunch area. The hour-long massage we paid for ended up being under 40 minutes. So as long as one has reasonable expectations, I’d recommend a day here. While we weren’t dazzled, we are still glad we came.

Three of us took a day pass and were very happy with our choice. We wanted to have a sun day out of the medina and we had a massage and lunch included. It was a lovely massage, very relaxing and in a peaceful private setting. Lunch was two courses and we had local wine which was not expensive. The loungers were pleasant and the pool warm and not too busy. Overall a good day out and happy to recommend.

We booked a day pass and spent it by the pool including lunch and a massage. The massage was beautiful with lovely essential oils and a very relaxing room. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the loungers where towels were provided and drinks served to our loungers. Lunch was two courses included in the day pass which was enjoyable, fresh and great value for money. Overall a great experience and I would recommend getting out of the medina and staying here for a day.

Spent a day here on a day pass. Great set up and service. Lovely 2 course lunch as part of the package. Really nice pool, one is.
1.5m all the way, the other is a smaller warm pool. You pay extra for the drinks, but overall it’s really good value and an ideal way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the souks for a day.

We had a really lovely experience at Palais Mirage d’Atlas. The setting is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful gardens and plenty of comfortable chairs and loungers around the pool — both in the shade and the sun, so there’s something for everyone.
We enjoyed a nice lunch by the pool. My burger was initially a bit undercooked, but the staff were very quick to replace it with a new one, which was much better. The pizza was okay — nothing special, but it filled the gap nicely. The pool itself was clean and not too busy, which made for a relaxing afternoon.
We dropped our bags and headed out to visit the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, leaving our towels on the sunbeds, and were pleasantly surprised to find them still there when we returned a few hours later.
A special mention to Soukaina, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were each given a complimentary mojito for leaving a review, but our comments are completely genuine — it really was a lovely, peaceful place to spend the day.

My husband booked us a day pass while we were staying in Marrakech. The staff are amazing and attentive. The setting is a beautiful oasis! Grounds are tidy, and amenities are well thought out. Our day pass included lunch and use of the pools. As well there is an outdoor billiards table, ping-pong table and foosball!. (I lost every game), but I won when when my husband booked me an hour long facial for my birthday! Would 100% recommend going, it's about a 20 minute easy drive. Mohammed specifically took our orders and made sure we had what we needed throughout the day!

We searched a lot of hotels for our day pass and found this one, we weren't disappointed. Standards and service were truly amazing, staff were attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We spent the day by the heated pool, a must in Marrakech, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Liked it so much we booked to come back again, even looking at staying for some time. Lunch was great, wine a good price and atmosphere excellent. You won't be disappointed.

We attended here for a day pass with lunch and massage included. This was a fabulous experience and well worth it! It was calm and peaceful, no loud noise around the pool. We arrived early and requested to have some breakfast, they were very accommodating and let us have breakfast. My brother has a nut allergy and they made sure the food and massage oils were nut free which made the experience even more relaxing. Mohamed was very welcoming and attentive, he made sure we were having a pleasant time. Thank you!

This is a really great choice for a hotel in Marrakech if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. We planned to sit by the pool during the day and get a taxi in/out to the medina for dinner. The hotel is very good and the staff are great. It’s a small hotel (23 rooms / suites) centred around a large pool. Plenty of sun beds, the hotel provides towels etc. There is a restaurant and bar for lunch / drinks. We stayed for 8 days and had a great time. We upgraded to one of the suites which was huge and had a superb private balcony. The hotel allows for day pass visitors and on a couple of days it did get busy but not busy enough to spoil your enjoyment of the hotel. We booked B&B which I would advise if you plan to site see or have dinners in the medina. The breakfast was great the team will Make you an omelette if you ask. Overall I would say the food menu is ok but the restaurants in the medina are far better. We had a superb time and found the hotel, the staff and the facilities excellent.

I have genuinely mixed feelings about this hotel….
We had an amazing separate bungalow and terrace room, no private pool just a room, that was huge. Massive bed, lounger, dining table, huge TV with Netflix etc, double walk in shower room…the room was faultless.
The pool area was lovely, just as in photos, and pool was maintained …lovely when quiet or empty at night when eating dinner. Can’t fault that, 5 star.
But that is essentially it!
From past the pool sun loungers there is just a small lawn filled with loungers, a gym in need of a bit more and a kitchen that is more like a b&b kitchen…to be fair, everything I ate was nice/ok but very very limited.
Hotel is in middle of nowhere! Literally!
Obviously it means you get a decent room away from hustle of Marrakech but there is nothing within a 10min taxi ride, not even a shop! Which is a problem when a 750ml bottle of water cost 7 euro, a coke 4 euro and even in a 40 degree heat they don’t put complimentary water in your room…not even a bottle! Come on!
The hotel also takes in day trippers for a pool day which means most of the day it’s busy then it gets soo quiet at night it’s eeery! And 20 minute taxi ride to the capital cost whatever the taxi driver feels like charging you even though hotel apparently agreed the price on your behalf! Seriously, get your own taxi and haggle first, it will be considerably cheaper!
Also English and service is slow…quite often waited for overpriced water that never materialised….

We had a lovely day at Palais Mirage D'Atlas. The service was fantastic, the pool was clean, the loungers were comfortable, and the lunch was fantastic. This is definitely the best pool day-pass available in Marrakesh. The front desk lady was also super helpful and organized a shuttle for us to the airport. If you're wanting a day to relax in Marrakesh, this is the place to go. 😁

We loved it here so much! Spend the day at the pool with a day pass and had lunch as well as some drinks. The location is beautiful, the pool nice and cool, the staff really friendly, and the food was good. Samia was great! We’ll definitely come back next time we are in Marrakech!

We went on a day pass that operated from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm which we booked via the hotel in advance. We arrived just before eleven am and booked in and were quickly shown to the pool area which was very large, and had great sunbeds and shades. They were a wide choice available. It never got crowded in the pool and there were plenty of beds for others to choose from, however it may have got busier in the high season and I'm not sure if I was a staying guest how that would impact me. An unlimited help yourself buffet lunch was served from 1.00 pm, this had a great selection of salads, the smoked salmon was amazing, and some hot dishes as well. There is boules, table tennis and table football available for free. We enjoyed the day so much that we delayed our taxi until after five pm. We found drinks slightly expensive but that seemed to be the same in all restaurants in Marrakesh. The Pina Colada by the pool were 140 each but were beautiful and a bottle of rose again lovely at 280. A lovely day out as you can get away from the heat of the town, Taxi from the medina took between 20 to 30 mins depending on how mad the traffic is.
