Whisper Hotel

I honestly regret booking this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay far away. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and basic maintenance are not a priority here.
The room was in an awful state. Dust covered most surfaces, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Furniture was worn out, stained, and poorly arranged, giving the room a neglected and untidy appearance.
The bathroom was by far the worst part of the experience. The toilets were visibly dirty, with stains that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was grime around the seat and flush handle, and the floor was wet and sticky. We couldn't bear using the toilet. The bath was a small open square that won't even be enough to accommodate a little child talk more of an adult. Water would be all over the floor if the bath is used. It felt unhygienic and unacceptable, especially for a place that charges guests to stay overnight.
We had to ask for our rooms to changed multiple times as it was a huge disappointment compared to what was advertised online.
Common areas were no better. Hallways were poorly lit, when it rained, it was quite flooded from the entrance. It felt like basic housekeeping was either ignored or completely absent. Nothing about the hotel gave the impression that management cares about guest comfort or cleanliness.
The location of the hotel is so isolated and it feels unsafe.
Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing and unpleasant stay.

I booked this hotel for my uncle and his wife for their honeymoon. I booked through Booking. Com for a half-board room (breakfast and dinner). After booking, I messaged the hotel and they told me that they only offer breakfast, even though I paid for half board. After insisting, they stopped replying to messages and emails. I had to call the next day, and only after speaking to a worker, he said that he needs to talk to the director, and then they said that they can provide dinner. If dinner is not available, why make people pay for half board? Or even make it an option?
On the first night, they did not give them the room I booked because apparently the director brought his family, even though it was reserved for somebody else, why would the director take a booked room from people without consideration? So unprofessional. My guests were put in a very bad room: no blankets, no heater, no hot water, and an unfinished cement floor. AND to warm them, staff brought a charcoal BBQ heater, seriously? That's so dangerous and stupid for a "hotel" to do that.
The food was very bad, so my guests did not eat it anyway and they just decided to keep going out to eat. And the restaurants are so far from this location.
On the second night, they were moved to the room I originally booked, but there was still no hot water. Then for some reason they were told to change rooms again, and the third room had the same problem.

Very friendly staff, a decent room, and good food. I stayed here for one night and it was fine. The bedroom had everything I needed and the food was good. Plus the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.
