It's beautiful as a Hotel.
The staff very nice.

Rooms are too small, dirty, does not meet any standard of 4 stars, staff unfriendly, manager is unprofessional.

Clean rooms and hotel building Overall, excellent customer service!

We had a superior doble room, and it was so small that we couldn’t turn around, my husband has hit his head few times trying to get around the bed, as the ceiling is so low. The bathroom is so small that you can’t close the door once you are inside, so you have to open the shower door to be able to fit inside. The room has a balcony, but the door to it can not open (as it is also tiny) so in order to get outside you have to squeeze through the door, and I am talking about superior room, which is twice expensive as regular double room, so I can only imagine the regular room.
The breakfast in the hotel is very poor, and same every morning. This hotel does not deserve to be rated as four star hotel.

Our room was small especially the shower, but we were impressed by the cleanliness. The breakfast and the staff were ok. Very nice hotel.

I was for 1 day at this great hotel. I really love everything. The staff is very respectful, starting from reception to bartender. The food is delicious and prices are very reasonable. I suggest to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Tivat. You will not get disappointed. Hugs & love from Albania.

Nice hotel in a great location and with beautiful views. Rooms small and bathrooms petite but quiet at night. Breakfast is varied but with many dishes not desirable to us English. Bar is good and reasonably priced. All in all a great place to stay and would thoroughly recommend.

The staff at the sunbeds spent most of the time on their phones & were not very professional in that respect

Great location, fantastic staff and service and very smart comfortable rooms.

My husband and I came here for two weeks for our honeymoon. It was so lovely from the day we arrived to the day we left. Staffs are all helpful and considerate and always tried their very best to help us. They always had a smile on their faces.
This was the best place I’ve ever been to and it made all special because it was our honeymoon.
I Would recommend to any one that has planes to come to tivat.
Definitely will stay again.

Holidays 2018 Very friendly hotel with great staff, handy to restaurants and attractions. Food good. Room good size very clean. Beach within metres Sad to leave after a week. Lazar was our waiter, a pleasant well spoken young man who worked hard. Hope to be back in the future.

1. Gym being renovated meaning loud drilling all day long, including 2-4 pm when guests wish to sleep. 2. Very Rude towel guy — stephan or esteban, light hair with a hat, everyday he made a new ''rule'' on how many towels a guest can take for the sun beds by the beach. According to him, even if a towel is wet, you are still supposed to sit or lay on it, because the maximum of ''towels per day'' is 2, which later throughout the stay became a maximum of 1 per day. When I asked to speak to his manager he all of a sudden ''forgot'' this rule. This dude should be FIRED, he was loud and spoke rudely to guests. He also made a comment about the country I come from — very racist! 3. No pool, just a cold water jacuzzi. 4. Maids don't follow the button of ''don't diaturb'' — woke me up 3-4 times throught the stay. If you choose to stay — make sure to get a door sign, maybe that way they will understand. Overall, I wouldn't return.

5 stars! Lovely quiet family-oriented hotel with its own beach. Very friendly stuff that will go out of their way to help you! One of the best places in Tivat! Highly recommend!

Hotel and all who work there are great. It is clean, and you get lot of things for free on the hotel beach. Food is also great and Wi-Fi is super strong! :-)

We had a pleasant stay in a tastefully renovated hotel (except the shower rooms) with a nice spa and terrace with stunning views of the bay as well as a private beach (rare in Tivat).
On the other hand, maids… more unpleasant than that, I think it doesn't exist. Finally, at the front desk, we tried to charge for the stay a second time during the check out but this was quickly settled.
Oh yes, I forgot, the coffee at breakfast is shameful! On the other hand, the a la carte restaurant is very good and competitive level rate compared to those practiced on the rest of the coast.

Great place! The hotel has its own beach where you can always find an umbrella and a sunbed. Food is delicious and quite diverse. The rooms are clean, everything is new. I will be glad to come back again!

Think Jean was at a different hotel from us, we returned last night after a fabulous week and this morning my wife was complaining about the amount of weight she has put on! Food was good and plentiful and over the week we were there nothing was repeated at the expansive buffet and the salad bar was the best I've seen with local produce and super fresh. At our request staff provided fresh fried eggs each morning, bread, rolls and the hot food trays were replenished throughout the breakfast period. This year we have holidayed in northern Spain, Portugal and Latvia both in large chains and privately owned boutique hotels and without doubt this was the best both in terms of quality and value for money. Montenegro's tourism industry is developing quickly to western European expectations and the Palma is ahead of the pack. We had a great time the staff were wonderful whether bringing drinks to the beach, providing adaptations to food, recommending trips, visits or other things to do, organising car hire at 40 euro a day for two drivers and no deposit and advising us of local "happy hours" was a first for us! A great time, a great hotel and interesting sites not far away makes Tivat and Montenegro a must return destination for us.

A classy hotel located in classy area. Sparkly clean. Has it own private beach and a lot of restuarants in the area. They gave us a different room at the beginning but after complaining we got our reserved room, but we had to reserve another one for the two extra kids because they wanted to charge us for the kids as much as an extra room would coast.

This is the best place where you can stay in Tivat. The staff are super helpful and nice. They booked the best local guide for a boat trip just for my boyfriend and I, That was the best part of our holidays. Restaurants recommendations were excellent. Breakfast is ok and the massage offer quite good. It also has a small Spa that is a nice option if you want to do something in the hotel. Although weather is that nice that might probably not be the case. Very nice sunsets from the room.

The hotel is nice. But it would be good to make a bar on the beach, so vacationers didn't have to walk into the hotel to order or to go to a bar on the beach of the neighbouring hotel. And clean the beach is not pomeshaet! Neighbors the beach is super!

Great value for the price. Very rich continental breakfast. Truly professional and friendly staff. Right by the beach. Close to a supermarket, restaurants, and all. Very clean. I travel alone, and I feel very safe and well taken care of! I am impressed. The only missing thing is a coffee maker in the rooms.

The hotel has positioned itself as a four star, but it is not. A strong three star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not for holidays with children. Here they will be boring. For two adults samle then.
