Stopped for swim and a coffee. Both great.

We have stayed in many nice hotels, in great locations, with generous/well appointed rooms and friendly/efficient staff, so our bar is set quite high. Casa del Mare is a small and very impressive hotel, located 15 mins (Euro 8 fare) by taxi North of the old town of Kotor, across a quiet road from a nice Adriatic-style beach with small pebbles and clear water. The view from the water-side rooms and eating areas is beautiful. It is peak season, so it’s fully booked, but the included buffet breakfast was very civilized and generous and with specifically reserved sun lounges on the beach, there is none of the usual awkward and uncomfortable hassle to find a place to sit. The outside eating areas have plenty of tables and are also well serviced with plenty of room for hotel guests who seem to be given priority over non-guest visitors. We ate dinner here twice and both times had a great experience — given the quality of the food and really excellent service, it represented good value at ~E100 for 2 including cocktails and a bottle of wine. The success of any Hotel is a function of its staff and CdM has a team that is first class — we would like to specifically mention:Reception — Maja & VesnaBreakfast/lunch/dinner service — Rade & SasaBeach — NemanjaThey operate as a team and are extremely professional and genuinely warm & friendly — they obviously like their jobs. We stayed for 3 nights and would have liked to stay longer but they were fully booked.

We came to inspect this hotel. The Rooms didn't get in because everything was busy. We will definitely come next year. The place is quiet, its own beach. Five don't bet since they didn't live. The staff are friendly. Since we communicated at the reception. The room is fixed sunbeds on the beach. I can't give recommendations yet, as I just visited this place.

Good kitchen, service and view, fantastic Russian banya!

This was one of the most memorable places we have every been. Everything was wonderful but made superior by the staff. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable but made excellent by the fact that they were cleaned immediately and without intrusion. We had a view to the back of the hotel, but this was even nice to see the mountains. The food was delicious — the breakfast honestly the BEST we have ever had in a hotel and made extra special by the staff who are so kind and one day when there was a power outage in the city (not their fault), they still somehow prepared a wonderful breakfast — I have no idea how! They were all so kind and friendly and if I could, I would come live with all of them! The beach was also very nice and our son had a great time finding shells and different rocks. A few bars were around in case you wanted to get something different. Honestly, I just can't communicate how lovely this hotel is. Visit.

Food review: we were not guests only stopped for lunch. I had delicious mussels and my husband squid. All in traditional montenegro style and freshly made ;) Location is great and service is perfect! It is also great spot to swim in the sea just below restaurant and then eat or drink :)

Cool little hotel. Breakfasts are super. The rooms are large, fresh, only after renovation. The beach is small, right next to 10 meters. The sea is great, pebbles. Minus 1-network Wi-Fi. I'd take her to the beach.

I fell in love with this hotel! Very good location with sea view, cozy, bright rooms with large loggias. The rooms are cleaned every day for 5 +! There is a spa with sauna, responsive, positive staff, kick kitchen! You are greeted every day with a smile, guessing and recommending the best. Special thanks to the chef and waiter Philippe-you just WOW! Well done, we will definitely be back!

Nice place : the view of the Bay of Kotor is wonderful, the personnel is very kind et the menu is great.

Wifi connection is poor and unstable on the top floor. Other than that, the room and facility are perfect.

Absolutely charming place, where harmoniously combine all the details-nature, location, cosiness, staff, kitchen and another million of elusive details, creating an atmosphere in which you want to be and where you want to go back.

Our dinner was amazing. I have never had a dining experience like it. We were the only guests and there was no menu. The waiter gently guided us through some options and then, in conjunction with the chef, brought us out a local dish that matched our preferences. I'm guessing it will be the closest I'll ever get to the lifestyles of the rich and famous.

Beautiful rooms, furnished with a lot of taste, friendly staff and very idyllic by the sea. I can recommend this place and also the kitchen, just share it.

The best tuna tartare i've tried. Great location overlooking Bay of Kotor. Good attentive service. Perfect place to go if you dtay in Orahovac.

Excellent location in Kotor. The team try hard. A few small things to improve with cutlery at breakfast and Wi-Fi. Front rooms overlook the beautiful view.

Great little Cozy hotel with 11 rooms, 6 of which look out over the bay. From the Pros: location, private beach, modern design, bad service. Of the Cons: Weak room management (people constantly inhabit not where they have booked), a weak kitchen-not tasty, small, expensive.

Welcome to the top, employees with small care, fantastic and quiet setting (we are far from the hustle and bustle of the city and its tourists straight ashore from the cruise ships), clean and well maintained room and nice and clean spa.
Why not the last star: the door of the room is not soundproof and the corridor of access to rooms without carpet resonates immensely. Result: We enjoy the noise from doors slamming and that of its neighbors (not many fortunately seen the small number of rooms).
Without this detail it is a perfect place!

We have been here for 3 days last April, and totally loved it! It's a quiet and charming boutique hotel, with an amazing typical Montenegro landscape view, the sweetest and most peaceful terraces over the sea, and very kind staff. The 'room' was a small flat, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We absolutely recommend Boutique Hotel Casa del Mare, and sure will be back. From Lisbon, Portugal.

Very good hotel to visit Montenegro if you have a car. 10 minutes from Kotor. The views are spectacular and the service is excellent, they are very attentive to the guests. It is a small hotel with spacious rooms and everything is very clean. It also takes little time open and it shows that the staff is very excited. By the way, it's not cheap but the service, the room and the views are worth it.

The most beautiful place in Montenegro we spent so many happy hours there! Want to go back one day! Especially big thanks to friendly staff!

The location of the small hotel (10 rooms) is beautiful. The building and also the terrace of the restaurant is right next to the sea. The area is very quiet and only a 10-15min drive away from Kotor. We recomment to book a room with sea view otherwise you enjoy only the view of the parking lot. The staff is exceptional friendly and helpful. We got some issues with the room, which got fixed immediatelly. Our reason why we gave only 4 points: Our room was nice and big enough, but the bathroom was a bit small for a 4 star hotel. In the evening internet is not available. The parking lot is only for max. 5 cars, but you can find something on the street. The so called private beach is also used from guests of other appartments and hotels. Even if the service at the reception and at the restaurant is outstanding, we would say the price for the hotel is a bit to high in the main season.
