A lovely place with fantastic, friendly hosts. An absolute gem less than 10 minutes from the beach! The place was super clean throughout our stay, it was simply amazing.

We stayed here 4 nights and had originally booked the place for 3 nights on Booking. Com, but upon arrival we found that our room was not as we had seen on the website.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in February. The room is clean, appliances work great. The hosts are very polite and kind. There is a door with an electronic key and an elevator and parking spaces.

We spent ten nights at Sun 'n Sea Apartments and it was truly a fantastic experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped.

Amazing wiew! Apartments are situated at quite area, with good asphalt road and free parking space. Prices are verry acceptable.

Goran and his wife were great hosts. The rooms are really comfortable, impecably clean (cleaned daily) and have an exclusive feel to it. Highly recomended!

Sasha was such a great and attentive host, always being helpful with practicalities such as parking the car, taking care of us and giving local tips. Really good and central location.

Amazing place to stay at just 15min from the city center. The couple who os responsible is very kind and made everything to improve out stay.

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.

Clean room, nice staff. Near (about 3-4 streets) to the beaches. About 10-12 minutes to reach.
Near the guest house there are many restaurants, markets, shops.
Staff is helpful and kind.

The location is fantastic, the rooms are wonderful, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The tap water is drinkable and even better than the bottled water from the market!

Location is perfect, less than 10 min walk to the Old Town, so no need to worry about parking in the city. A big plus is the parking at the villa, a very big problem in Budva.
