We really enjoyed our stay in this place! Everything was new, all electronics were of the best brands and high quality, nice design of the apartment in general, perfect view to the sea.

Amazing condo, we stayed here with my parents a couple days. Good location, nice views and impeccably clean. The coffee was very good too.

Nice, clean and well-equipped apartments. There is a pool and a playroom, which are perfect for children.

Just like the pictures on the internet. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The apartment is modern and beautiful, they have a garage in the basement for storing bikes or SUP. Great.

Vila Sveti Nicola is a true gem near Budva! The hospitality from Tamara was absolutely wonderful—she made us feel so welcome and was always available to help with anything we needed.

I came from the USA and had an unforgettable stay at Villa Sveti Nikola. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly located with stunning views.

Location close to ferry and 20 minute walk to bus station if you find the short cuts and side alleys. Grandma was super smiley and friendly even though she spoke no English.

Very nice family operated Hotel with excellent own Restaurant. Rooms are very clean, personal is very friendly and helpful. Amazing location in the centre of Budva in close distance to the old town.

Parking not available even with additional charges. Parking lot that hotel is using in lack of a proper garage is 15min walk from the hotel.

Generally impression is great beside few minor points for improvement.

Main restaurant and lobby does not have AC! During lunch it is like in sauna.

The hotel is very clean, organized, and the room was brand new. The room size is very good. The breakfast was perfect. The hotel has a pool that is also very good.

Owners couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful to us. Lovely comfortable room in a fanstastic location a short walk from both main beaches and a shop just over the road.

Pretty small room, but comfortable enough for couple of nights if you have not much staff. Privet parking, but it was difficult to find it in darkness. Good location — 5-10 min by walk from old town.

Loving my Stay at Old Town Bogdanović studio apartment. An outstanding place in very convenient location, at the very entrance of old town. Shops, restaurants, beach, pizza, are within easy reach.

No matter if you are traveling solo or with family or friends there are options of rooms with bathroom or spacious duplex that accommodates 4 + people, to choose from.

What a great place to stay. Apartments are super clean. Towels are changed everyday, beach towels, free coffee, clean sheets, nice terrace with pool view.

Apartments with great location (3 mins to the beach, literally! 3-5 minutes to supermarkets)
Owners made interior repairs, so all rooms and common areas look fresh, elegant and comfy.

I only had a brief stay at this place since I was on a work related trip, but it felt like a vacation.

The hotel is located on a main street and not on the beach as posted. The rooms are comfortable but minimal.

The service was very good, Olya is a very kind, helpful person. We were satisfied with the price, the rooms were spacious and clean, cleaned every day. The location is not bad either.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet residential part of Budva. It is at the end of a small one-way street.

The hotel has quite small but clean rooms and modern bathrooms.

So, to start with:
— rooms: AC is new but everything else is quite old, it's not a place for Russian olighars, they could get some refurbishment, especially toilets.

Nice place, nothing special though. As most of the time there was spent by the pool, I didn't really care that the rooms weren't that modern.

We stayed for 2 nights as a group of 4 and booked 2 rooms. Everything was wonderful — the place is beautiful, family-friendly, and the views from the rooms are stunning.

Top location; the host and his wife were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and big. They gave a parking space in front of the house.
