Wow! We stayed here on October 4th, what a wonderful experience! Romantic, trendy hotel with boho vibes. I like how much thought and consideration they took in designing all the little details.
Food — high quality and delicious!
Service — exceptional! Everyone is extremely polite and professional, very unusual for Moldova. They are all very friendly and efficient. Great job!
Room — new, sparkling clean and the sheets smell great!

Great place to stay, the staff is extremely attentive and very friendly.
We were satisfied with our room, the views are amazing and when the sun's out, the pool is very welcoming. Don't be misled by other impressions other reviews might give. If you understand the mentality of the country and their people you won't perceive the service as bad or disrespectful, actually quite the contrary. People here give you spaceand it's meant as a sign of respect. Breakfast was really nice, a good variety of choices, great coffee and tea. All in all very recommendable, we'd come anytime again!

I celebrated my birthday in Purcari area with my family and we decided to stay overnight at Purcari retreat. Before coming there, I received all the information I needed from the administrator who was very helpful and service oriented. During our stay we benefited from a high service standard, clean rooms, beautiful views, the pool. We are very satisfied with the experience and would recommend anyone who wants to discover the area to have a retreat at this place.

A dream location. Everything was superlative: the location, the interior exterior decoration, the rooms, the cleanliness, the 5-stars food, the park and the playground for childreen. In addition web had: a sauna, a jacuzzi, a swimming pool and a Balinese massage wich was wow. I will return anytime with the greates pleasure.

Water in the swimming pool is heated, sauna and hot barrel are new.
Balinese is making a great massage and the price is affordable!
You can stay 2-3 days and you don’t get bored!

Grounds are nice however this place is not habitable as you are unable to take a shower. The water has an odor of sewage and is unbearable. They need to fix the water issue in this place before opening into to more guests.

I had high hopes for Purcari Retreat, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. None of the staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult. The most concerning issue was the water—it smelled like rotten eggs in both the shower and sink, making it impossible to shower or even brush our teeth.
On top of that, dogs were barking all night, making it impossible to sleep. We paid over €300 for two rooms, and while the grounds are nice, I cannot recommend this place. Instead, I suggest staying at the nearby Chateau Purcari, where we had no water issues, and the restaurant was fantastic.

I spent a weekend with friends, two rooms in the main building. Everything is new, clean and nicely decorated.
The dishes are delicious. I highly recommend the local cuisine (sarmales, pies, noodle soup). It can also be served on the terrace.
Lots of green space for children and a playground. Illuminated pool in the evening too. Friendly and helpful staff.
It is easy to reach the Purcari Wineries. Lots of peace, relaxation in a stylish location.

I had a wonderful experience at Purcari Retreat and want to share how pleased I was with my stay.
The pool is extremely clean, well maintained, perfect for both swimming and relaxing. The area around the pool is nicely landscaped with comfortable loungers.
The hotel offers excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly, professional and always willing to help with any request.
The location of the hotel is ideal.

The staff were very friendly and kind while me and my family were there, rooms were spacious and the kids enjoyed themselves and when they got to go in the pool. Overall had a really good time there and the wine was exceptional. I would recommend to others and definitely will be coming back!

Best place ever, quiet and relaxing! Very helpful staff and friendly! Definitely will come back! Our room was sparkle clean and the ac was doing a good job. The chef is doing great dishes and the bar it s at it s best! The water in the swimming pool is heated so in the evening you can have a relaxing time enjoying the view…

The ambience and nature around the place are absolutely gorgeous.
In the morning you can only hear the birds and the wind. Gives you great vibes!
Staff is super friendly.
The pool and the children area are great activities to add to the schedule.
We tried some appetizers over the day which were very tasty.
The drinks by the pool definitely made our day :)
