Just beautiful great staff so helpful! This was my second time traveling abroad from US to not many people that speak English and there were people to translate for me within minutes! Loved it so beautiful and the culture is incredible! Would love to go back forever even though it takes me 3 flights to get there only bad part but worth it!

El hotel quinta real zacatecas es un lugar en el cual hay que hospedarse si se visita zacatecas. Excelente servicio, el hotel es precioso y su restaurante plaza tiene una comida exquisita, el salmon salteado y las enchiladas zacatecanas son riquisimas. La vista al rodeo es hermosa y su estilo colonial y elegante lo hacen un lugar que hay que visitar.

I went to visit Zacatecas a weekend, I went to give quinta Real on the occasion of a dinner. It is a magical place, very beautiful and with a lot of history (formerly a bullring), it still retains its magic and its beauty; by the staff, excellent treatment and many attentions; by the food, delicious! ; on the drinks side, a delight in the prepared ones; I arrived by taxi from the cable car station and charged $70; Ideal place to take many photos! When I went, it was my turn to witness a wedding. Spectacular!

Very nice bar. It has some digestive drinks that are preferred with the atmosphere of zacatecas and the cold stone of the place. It's much better when you play a quiet live group with 2 singers in English and Spanish.

The restaurant is excellent and with affordable prices, I highly recommend it. You can also get to know the old bullring. Very nice and with a lot of history.

Excellent location at the center of Zacatecas. Recommended place to stay. Nearby sights at walking distance or short taxi drive. Rooms are clean and staff is very nice.

This place is really awesome and gave us a grand time. Being that we were out of town and attending a wedding it was pretty awesome! They were very attentive and did not need to give a tip every time also which is always great! I definitely recommend this hotel if you go as has great air conditioning which is always a plus.

The hotel adapted the restaurant to the bullring and is part of it. It's an elegant place. And the menu is gourmet type but at very affordable prices. Good regional and international cuisine. Exquisite desserts.

Is a historic place, proffesional service and clean, in the capital of the state it's a cute place but the smeels oficina the restaurant it's the only problem.

Didn't stayed at the hotel but went to the bar and had an amazing drink called "Trompo Zacatecano", excellent choice for a sunny day.

The hotel and the rest of the place it's beautiful but don't stay to eat in the restaurant, it's expensive and food not worth the price.

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero hay que caminar para llegar al centro. El personal es atento pero no te hacen sentir que estás en un hotel 5 estrellas. La comida del restaurante no es tan buena, quieren abarcar muchos tipos de cocina. Las camas son cómodas y los cuartos son amplios.

Historic and beautiful hotel located in the city of Zacatecas, Zacatecas. Not far from the city centre and overlooking the aqueduct, this hotel has, as part of its infrastructure, a bullring ring. The San Pedro bullring, which was built in 1866, although the hotel itself is approximately 30 years old. It has an elegant restaurant, which offers several options of cuts and pasta, as well as coffee and desserts. It also has a Bar, which is ideal to spend a romantic and quiet evening. The prices are not very accessible. It tends to be a little costly, but it is really worth it for the service and quality of both food or drinks as well as the place.

An excellent hotel very romantic and colonial central I recommend eating in the restaurant very rich food and the lovely bar all treat you at home the clean and luxurious rooms I recommend it with 5 stars.

I came highly recommended to this hotel and it has proven to be a very good experience, the staff is friendly and diligent and I can say with confidence that more than a hotel is a place of culture and history.

First I want to make it clear, this is a great hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and I wish I could give 5 starts because Jorge (server) was EXCELLENT (and so was the food). The reason I’m giving them one star is because I left a pretty expensive gold neck chain on the table next to the bed and when I called and asked they told me they didn’t have/find it… I know for a fact I left it there so somebody picked it up. My guess is that it would have been whoever came in to clean the room. I’ll say this, I would recommend this hotel because I did enjoy my stay but, to anyone that does stay here, don’t forget your stuff in the room or you’ll probably never see it again…

One thing hapen. All service is fine. But while I was sleeping someone open the door. They try to get in. I make noise when I get up the bed. Run to the door. Was to late. Dont catch one. Make the complaint before check out, they said Iam sorry never happen before. Was one of his employees. This is not right. When your life is on RISK… I am not recomend this hotel. Was recomended to mi. Now never go back.

The service good, the place is nice and the drinks are well prepared, however the live music leaves a lot to be desired.

It is a great hotel that has different services, like a romantic dinner to a place to make a great event like your wedding. The peraonal is friendly and above all have the attitude of helping.

Really amazing hotel, conserves a part of the colonial time from Zacatecas. This hotel used to be a bullring, now it's a hotel. You can have a romantic dinner with a great sunset view on the ring.

Spectacular, the hotel was built on a bullring. The main attraction is its central courtyard which is precisely the arena of the old Square. It still preserves part of the stands as attractive, but the restaurant with three floors in height with view to the ring, the bar at the level of the patio, the lobby with Vsita to the patio, the visit from the patio to the aqueduct, the architectural lighting, the elegance, the service, and the luxury of the hotel make it one of the best attractions Zacatecas.

By far one of the best hotels we've stayed in. This is a redesigned stone structure that was built in the 1800s as a bull ring. Then repurposed as a 5star hotel in the 1980s. It is so unique that you have to see it to believe it. On top of that the staff is outstanding and their restaurant is just fabulous. Check out the photos on line.

Visit the restaurant Q is inside the hotel and I really liked the dish Q ask have good attention in this place and is nice.

Overrated, customer service is poor and nasty. They don't know what a 5 star hotel service is alike and the management is a great example of clueless management.

4 stars hotel, for turist, althought it's a bit expensive, have beautiful colonial decoración.

It's a lovely place with history on this beautiful city. The food was delicious! Really recommend to visit if you travel to Zacatecas.

Beautiful city, beautiful hotel. The rooms are amazing, the food at breakfast made me gain countless kilos. Only downside was that the water in the shower was lukewarmness at best, someone that seemed to affect everyone else too.

Quinta real restaurant is one of the best restaurants I've ever visited on my life, the view is amazing and the food is delicious. Of course you feel that you're paying for a first class service.

It is the luxury hotel on the city, beautiful viewing inside and outside. Gorgous bar and excelent attention.

Magic Place built in a Plaza de Toros.

Excellent service, delicious food and very nice place. Live music that makes the evening very pleasurable. Location close to the historic centre, A 10-minute walk away.

Very impressive Bullring reuse, les was very nice hotel and is so popular that there is almost always a wedding (eye, if it is not part of the wedding guests, not going to let sleep, lol)
Access is somewhat complicated by the small streets.

If I could give negative stars, I would. If you think you have a reservation, think again. Very unreliable reservation service. I called and personally made reservations for 3 nights over 2 months ago. We show up and the hotel says they only have 1 night reserved. They go ahead and check us in for 3 nights and then call us the next morning to say, "sorry, we don't have room for you so you have to leave. Your reservation was for only 1 night. " Mind you, it's Easter weekend and there are literally no rooms available anywhere in the city. The hotel "generously" found us a room at the edge of town… gee thanks! Never, ever again will I stay here. Last time we stayed they didn't have our reservation either but that time it wasn't a problem because the hotel wasn't full. We still had to move rooms the next morning but at least we didn't have to leave the hotel. Travelers beware!

This is a great find. The service is superb, and the staff is very attentive. There's no surprise here, you know what this is, it's a bull fighting ring that got turned into a hotel, and it's however cool you think it is! We thought it was very interesting, and definitely worth a night's stay. Even the rooms that don't face the ring have nice views. One snag we encountered was during check-in. The clerk argued with me over the price of the room. They wanted to charge us an extra %50 because we had a 3rd person that was going to stay in the room. After a brief lecture, they presented me with a detailed list of charges, and one of them was the charge for the extra person. I thanked them and handed them my printed reservation confirmation which guaranteed the rate for 3 guests. Their face turned red, and after they took my printed reservation to the manager, everything was made right again. This wasn't a big deal, but if I hadn't had my printed reservation, I would have been treated pretty badly.

Unique in the world built on an arena of plaza de toros, perhaps, for fans of the art of bullfighting. Overly expensive. Regular service.

I'm from Monterrey, and when I stayed in a Hotel that I did amazing and your administration seriously that they pulled out a 100, beautiful hotel, people very helpful, they treated us like kings, 100% recommended …

DISHONEST and Lazy Management. Posted a charge for my room in duplicate. When I called and enquired (and I have all the paperwork and receipts to support), they keep saying they are looking into it, but never respond or follow up or credit my account. Pay cash and do not give them your credit card, as they are not honest management! They should be ashamed of themselves.

Came here for a quick 1 night stay with family in April of 2015. Ever since leaving the hotel all I can think about is the next stay. The grounds are very well kept and staff could not be anymore helpful.

Was here with a group. Lovely scenery.

Watch them never are talking about architecture, they are talking about service k dan and the food, the architecture is fantastic, I'm from Morelos and there are beautiful haciendas and its architecture is very beautiful, but also sometimes have a lousy service.

That sentence gives me the people that dare to qualify as bad this hotel, it's enough to see as they write in order to realize your lack of culture "Illiterate and uneducated" Before you comment something good or negative, please! LEARN TO WRITE Thanks :) The hotel is beautiful, full of culture, history, mysticism It is not for any uneducated.
