I loved the hotel from the facilities, the service the rooms the restaurant etc WORTH❤️ it.

Good place and safe to stay in Fresnillo. Good breakfast but it can take.

It is the best of the city even so it is bad rooms which is scarce hot water the Internet is intermittent and old the facilities.

Service very good, delicious food and hot water always, but I give 4 stars because it goes to every time the Internet.

Good location and good attention to the comfortable customer and nothing else missing elevator which is very important.!

Friendly staff, Bill, has restaurant, no breakfast included, old elevator, wiffi, rooms well but they can improve on housekeeping, unfortunately they have cockroaches… The hotel is centrally located, surrounded by banks and on one side pharmacy and Oxxo, price per Single room per night $850.00 taxes included.

It is in a good location, the staff very friendly. The rooms are good although I can improve the cleanliness. But overall it's all good.

Excellent service. Here in my city is one of the best hotels in Fresnillo. So don't hesitate to come.

I like the pictures and the nice mome that makes you pass the place without telling the beautiful view that has.

The location is perfect as it is located in central area, just need renovate rooms and the service is good but could improve.

The carpet is very dirty, everything smells of humidity, the doors are very old and some are even broken, urge that we fumigated a large cockroach, the customer service is great but the furniture and facilities leave much to be desired.

Highly recommended. The food in the restaurant is rich and accessible. Good location.

The location of the hotel is pretty nice, you only need to walk a square and you can have a nice meal at the Mendoza restaurant, the rooms are clean and well equipped.

The hotel has an excellent location very easy to locate, the rooms are very well organized and the staff service is very good.

The room was spacious and clean, The parking is a few blocks from the hotel which is inconvenient, but overall it is Good step Hotel.

It Is very easy to find, I attended very fast and with quality.

I've read the recent reviews and they do not match our experience. The service was nice, however the rooms were not. The mattresses were old and hard. The bed sheets and pillow cases had stains. There is a dog tied outside that barked all night long, which kept waking us up and made it difficult to go back to sleep.

A good priced hotel located in the center of Fresnillo, the rooms are very meals, the restaurant service is regular with good prices, one aspect to highlight is how fast they bill their consumptions of both restaurant and rooms.

The Hotel is very good to spend a night there working breakfast is varied and is rich the rooms in good condition although it is a bit old you need to remodel it and the beds are Springs which does not make them very comfortable to spend there several nights.

Stayed one night during a business travel to Fresnillo city. Friendly staff. And service. Good restaurant. Rooms are outdated.
