Good place but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We changed the time to use the pools uptown. They filled them with chlorine and then moved on to the one below. It still had a high amount of chlorine and 5 mins later started fumigating. We stayed there just so the kids would play in the pools and go swimming and never could because the staff was not able to inform us that they couldn't or the schedules they didn't know about themselves.

Great little hotel and good price, good location. Charming decor with colorful tiles. We got the room all the way in the back which was quiet. Pool is nice and unlike many hotels in the area that advertise a pool but have small mosquito ponds, this one has a real sized pool where you can swim. Good Wi-Fi and AC. We highly recommend. Skip the morning breakfast.

The hotel has a good location, it is very central. Unfortunately, the rooms are very clairvoyant, so you can hear everything and everyone, hence a star deduction.

Well… in quotes, the TV system did not work in any room that for families with children is a aliviane, and to get hot water you have to let the water run 10 to 15 minutes… what is a desperdiciadero… Pd. If you book, ask the room not to the street, the traffic noise is too much from 6 am…

For a short stay The hotel is quite okay because of its price. We had the room 27 over the front desk. This one had a balcony which pointed towards the crossroads. Unfortunately, this balcony, probably for listed reasons, was only lockable with a thin wooden door. This made it possible to perceive all street noises ungedämmt. In the room itself there were also very thin windows to the courtyard of the hotel. It was then possible to perceive the sounds of the other hotel guests. Overall the room facilities were simple but the standard was reasonable. The staff was very friendly. The interior of the building is very beautiful and colonial in style.

Not the best, but charming small hotel, great location.

Very disappointing… inconvenient room (only one chair and no storage! ), no hot water in the morning! And for us, the reception is to be reviewed, as well as the Organization for breakfasts… it is better to go very early if you have schedules to respect.

The hotel is very nice in the center of Valladolid, very close to the restaurants, the shops of souvenirs, two banks and the main square. The laundry is very close is worth $11 a kilo of clothes. Rooms are good, clean and air conditioned, clean every day, stayed two nights and had no inconvenience. Two small swimming pools on the roof and a bigger one on the inside. The parking lot is included, cabin about 10 cars.

The hotel is very well situated. In the center close to all amenities! The rooms are spacious and clean. We had an issue with the linning it was cleanish but for the price you pay it's perfect. We spent the night before in anpther hotel clause by for the same price, it was not clean at all. So for us it's a definite upgrade.

Beautiful Mexican Mitzelklasse hotel near the centre with parking, pool and drinks at the reception. Room clean, big and beds cozy. Breakfast possibility and restaurants for evening in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was not operating and this area was less inviting.

I would love to be as positive as the others in the comments as I chose this hotel based on the reviews. I touched Room 1 for 2 nights without trying to propose another room the next day. I can't believe the other rooms are like this… And I hope they're not! If you touch Room 1, ask for a change because the bathroom is really aswaxy. Besides that, the building is nice and very well located.

The shower was luke warm and they don't provide you with pure water. For the price I thought they could do better. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds and air conditioning with super tiny little balconies that look out to the street. They say they have hot tubs but they are mini cold tubs on the roof.

Mold on the ceiling, which appears to be treated, modriy smell in the room. Bed covers spotty, light-hearted room ceilings. Only window facing the hotel courtyard. So either no daylight or no privacy.
In addition, it was unlucky to get the room directly in front of the lounge area. Not a quiet place, depending on the guests.

Nice place but they're missing some basics — nowhere to lie by the pool, for example. Our room was by the road, which was fairly noisy despite windows closed and shutters down, but generally pretty good.

Really nice place to stay! Clean, comfortable, good price for the location, staff nice and friendly! Only two things, the hotel only serves drinks and food at breakfast time. No fridge, coffe or tea in the room. They have a small selection at the reception of fizzy drinks. So you have to go out for anything else Also the pool is really nice but you can only sit on the side of the pool or at the table in from of the reception! But still really nice! We really enjoyed it! Highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful. It was located in town near the plaza, which was near many great places. The staff were very friendly, an let us store our luggage when we arrived several hours before check-in. The staff did not speak English, but were very friendly.

This is a very good hotel, it's two steps from the central square. The room is very big and more there is a beautiful terrace. We spent two great nights.

Horrible… they gave our room away before we got there. Arrogant little guy tried to charge us a more expensive price for a hostel. Bad bad bad experience.
