First of all congratulate ALL the staff, as they make the stay pleasant, they are very friendly, with an excellent attitude. The hotel is beautiful, there all the stress is released. Everything very clean, we loved the greenery on all sides. The room spotless and the theme very father. Very rich food and drinks. The cave is excellent, the warm water relaxes. The context of the hotel is out of the ordinary and that makes it more romantic. We really liked it too, that the turtles are free and you run them out there on the way. I thank the staff who intervened in the details of my boyfriend's birthday celebration, everything was very nice, exceeded my expectations. Dinner at the lighthouse was very rich, a unique experience. It is notorious that there is a good relationship with the owner of the hotel, that makes the staff gladly do their routine activities. We can only say THANK YOU! We will be back soon.

Incredible place, since you arrive you feel the friendliness and warmth of the staff. All with a smile and super attentive. From the Xtabentun of binevenida or the tequila of the house, surprises do not stop always offering you something from lq casa de cortecia. Here the Xtabentun runs like water.
The place is super nice, the salty cavern is incredible. It is a spa in itself, it is never boring to enter and be there for half an hour and then jump into the cold water, these contrast baths are great.
The rooms are super nice, as a turtle lover I was happy to see they have 2 well-kept bodoques there in their pond and in their garden at ease.
We had classic inconveniences of the hotel the first night but to my surprise exceeded my expectations by the management to compensate. Special thanks to Kimberly who was attentive at all times to solve any problem for us. The person looks agusto and realizes one the owner must be a kind person because you can breathe the tranquility of the staff and a lot of freedom to solve problems, here you can see what matters most is the well-being of the guest.
We will be back very soon, a little piece of heaven to de-stress, highly recommended.

Beautiful place, they serve you from 10, rich food. Pool in a cave with hot water or you can swim in another outdoor pool. Highly recommended. The rooms are luxurious.

Rustic place full of beautiful paintings, trees and a beautiful pool inside a cave. It has very nice restaurant. It’s very cozy. Don’t expect to have a TV because the place is to get away and relax. They lap have a spa. They also have a regular pool. The personnel is very friendly and willing to help you! If you want tips about places to visit asl them. I would definitely come back.

An amazing gem hidden in Valladolid. I cannot recommend this place enough…. The murals, the salt water cave, the honey bees, the pedicure guppies, the exquisite dream catchers dangling in the trees, the friendly turtles, the lovely staff ❤️ As close to heaven on earth as you can get!

Super rich all the food stay the cavern the pool the best only adults is second time we come we noticed that they closed a cave of the cavern, they should make more private for couples, the food we loved and the truth super good prices.

GREAT SERVICE IN THE BREAKFAST, too slow, the food cold and stale, very lousy training to the waiter who attended me and above all demanding a tip and saying that the TOURISTS AND LOCALS will have breakfast there for the economic scarf… PESIMOOOOOOO.

A great way to spend the day, we did a day pass that included a couples massage. The day was amazing, staff are super friendly, grounds are in good condition the art installation throughout the grounds is wonderful. Highly recommended if you are visiting Valladolid.

Usually I don't leave reviews, but this place is worth the time. First of all, congratulation to the great staff, the receptionist, bartender, waiters, chefs, maid, owners, I doubt we can feel more spoiled than this, it's truly a paradise. A cave that will relax you to the point you will forget every pain you have (emotional and spiritual), a pool with an incredible art in front of you, that you cant decide what to look, the stars or the amazing work they have done with the e…xceptional paints around, wherever you look at you'll find something to worship. Wild tortoise walking around that with the help of one of the owners (Mariana) you can feed them papayas, Zentik also started a bee refugee (in case you wonder Google "Melipona bee") this bees are endangering and they have started this amazing project to save them, this bees don't have a sting which makes them incredible friendly. The environment here it's out of this world, everything is recycled and entirely conscious, which I something we are usually missing from the hotels, but not here. If you feel like moving around you can always ask for a scooter rent, which will be the only practical way to love around, getting to the close cenotes (hundreds of them) and way more! I am truly in move of Valladolid and from our piece of heaven as it is YUCATÁN, take care of it and help, don't throw garbage and be clean :) A great place in a hidden gem as it's YUCATÁN Valladolid it's actually a magic town.

The property is not only tranquil but it's unique. It has an under ground saltwater pool and at night they put candles around the edge so it's also very romantic!

A really beautiful boutique hotel with friendy staff. The road to it seems a bit strange. If have asked myself is this the right way? However it is worth it. They have their own private cenote where you can relax. They also have a nice pool where you can relax and swim. One of the best hotels in Mexico where we stayed!

El hotel es chiquito pero muy bonito, muy ecoturistico, la cueva subterranea esta padrisima especialmente de noche, los masajes super relajantes y la comida muy rica, buenas porciones y a buen precio.

Fue la mejor experiencia de nuestro viaje a Valladolid! Valió el largo trayecto para llegar hasta allá. Las habitaciones son muy ecofriendly pero a la vez tienen mucha privacidad y comodidades. Incluso son muy cómodas para grupos grandes. Tienen una alberca amplia al fondo del terreno, y la comida en el restaurante-terraza, es muy buena! No dejes de probar los tacos de cochinita pibil, originales de Yucatán. Este lugar está en contacto con la naturaleza. Y lo mejor de todo: la alberca subterránea de aguas termales! tienen su propio cenote, con agua a alta temperatura desde donde puedes incluso pedir bebidas del bar. No hay un sitio más relajante.

Great little hotel. Comfortable rooms with some very thoughtful touches. I think every room is decorated differently. Beautiful murals in the garden and a lovely pool. The underground pool looked nice but it was hot enough outside that I wasn’t interested in checking it out myself. Breakfast was great in the restaurant and was included in the price of the room. Dinner was so-so. Would definitely return if I’m in Valladolid again.

Super clean New and unique. They pour free hand their fantastic custom tequila. Nestled in a old part of town. Don't let the neighborhood scare you. Is very New and modern.

This is one of my favourite resort all over the world. Many artist took place in the art work inside the resort area. The resort itself is small with around 20 rooms, but with great friendly and helpful staff. They got 2 swimming pool which one of it is inside a underground limestone cave with hot water supply. You can ordered drink from the cocktail bar upstairs.

Interesting hotel with very nice decorated rooms. They offer new beach towels and bottled water every day. Staff is super nice!

Very nice place, the hotel is very welcoming, the rooms type cabins are comodisimas ademad of beautifully decorated, the pool a good size and the cavern filled with water type thermal this very father. The service attention is excellent. I am a travel agent and the guy who received us kindly gave us the tour where we explain you all about the hotel. There is a restaurant very nice and food is good. For the very thrown has a small solarium nude, by the way, very well taken care of in terms of the privasidad of those who use it. Thank you for the care received, definitely a place to recommend to customers.

I can say that it is a perfect place to relax and isolate yourself from the sounds of the city, the thermal caves are wonderful and the attention gives you the touch so that the hotel, although small, is distinguished as a place of good quality accommodation.

It is just an amazing place. Simple, yet elegant. Do not expect your normal hotel experience.

Beautiful accommodation, the underground cave is spectacular. Massages were great, food was excellent in the restaurant, including the free breakfast. There's even a nude tanning platform! The staff were great — front desk and especially our bartenders who were too happy to give us extra free tequila :)

Rather magical place a 10 ene room, nice decoration beautiful pool with hammocks, spa, massage, spacious room. The most, a cave indoor swimming pool with a water to more than 37degré lit up to the candle, very romantic. Correct restoration. Very friendly and friendly staff. I would highly recommend it.

We loved our recent 2 nights & 3 days there. It was a great 3 generation stay for grandmother, mom & granddaugher. They loved the tequila, I loved the xtabentun and we all really enjoyed the hot pool and convenience to town. The staff was wonderful. We will recommend this place to our friends. I went there with my wife for dinner on our honeymoon, two years ago. We met the owner and he in invited us to go into the cenote pool on the property. It was the most beautiful place I have ever seen and one of the best experiences od my life. I cant wait to go back!

Amazing hotel to relax in. You can visit without staying and enter the two relaxing pools that are phenomenal. The restaurant is delicious with interesting dishes (the tuna with balsamic is exquisite) and the first service. Being here was a unique experience.

This place is a hotel, spa, underground cave pool, outdoor pool, and restaurant. I didn't stay here so can't comment on the hotel aspect of it, though rooms from outside looked decent. The spa offers massages for between $500MXN and $900MXN. You do not need to be a guest of the hotel to use the spa services or access their pools. The underground cave pool is one of the coolest places I've been to. Very nice ambience and water is warm, can relax here for hours. Outdoor pool is decently sized and very clean. There are nice seats around the pool and 2 hammocks for proper local way of relaxing. And once you're done make sure to eat at the restaurant. The food took some time to come out, but oh man the first bite completely justified the wait. Seafood was absolutely amazing, and by far the best food we've had on this trip (and we've had some pretty solid food so far! ). Overall, DEFINITELY check this place out for some enjoyable relaxing and very good food.

It s a oasi in Valladolid. There are a lot of murales from different artists, annoutdoor swimming pool and a caberna both opened 24 hours. Room are very comfortables. Staff very welcome and friendly. It s 20 minutes walk from the center or you can take a taxi too.

Les hize saber que era anti ético y me respondieron que eta porque Expedia no les pago lo que es una mentira porque confirme que se les habia pagado. Ahun asi el hotel no devolvio el dinero o sea son gandallas! … con esto vaya Ud a saber con quien esta tratando uno! Ladrones! …
This hotel got the money for my reservation and cancellex it two days after saying they had rented the entire hotel to another party which I told them it was unethical. They then said Expedia was not paying them which I looked into and Expedia did pay them. The hotel has my money but did not offer to re imburse it. Go figure!. I regret there is no option here so I used 1 star but they do not even deserve that! Bunch of thieves!

The service at this place is the best I've ever had. All the staff speak great English. Everyone is extremely friendly. The owner of the place drove me to a car shop to help with a flat tire. The entire place is absolutely spotless, the food is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you are in the area.
