Gorgeous place! Very clean and friendly staff.

I wanted to thank this hotel, because we made a wrong reservation for the location, and when we wanted to cancel it you could no longer without expenses. To this we add the illness of a family member so we can't travel either.
We have contacted and have cancelled the reservation without charging us anything, as an exception for the situation. Thank you very much, this makes us want to go when it's all over. Thank you very much.

Let's be honest: it's golden cage. Nice room but you can't even reveal the curtains not to mention about opened windows. Terrible noise outside the window very early morning. I think almost all rooms are having street view.
I can recommend only breakfast: delicious.

The ideal place to stay in Merida, very central, quiet, comfortable and with wonderful facilities.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service!

It is located in an excellent area, you can walk to know the center, all services are at hand such as ATMs, shops, super market, gas station, and endless restaurants and bars. The hotel is beautiful! With colonial architecture in common areas that makes you know a bit of history and you can sit down for tea and have a quiet time, on the other hand the rooms are modern and very comfortable, with excellent amenities such as air conditioning, cable TV, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, minibar, among many other things that make your stay the most pleasant, plus the service they provide you is top notch! All the time they're on the watch of you, and they make you feel in total confidence. The breakfasts included are delicious! Very complete and varied, without hesitation would return to live the experience again!

It seems to enter an old colonial house with an inner garden between two colonnades where the bedrooms overlook. A very good kitchen and excellent cocktails.
