Well placed hotel and parking very well.
Very average pool. Cleanliness and sight are not at the appointment. You don't have to be difficult.
For the rest nothing to say.

Breakfast was ok. Just ok. I expected more from this beautiful location.

Beautiful hotel! At one time it had been a monastery and it is very ornate. Excellent service and the housekeeping is pristine.

A good hotel located in the historic center of Mérida, with attentive staff and willing to welcome the visitor as it deserves. The hotel is located in a building belonging to the architectural and cultural heritage of the city.

The Hotel is very well located, has a large pool and outdoors (OK, if you go with children), on the room request a king size bed and no problem I was assigned, the toilet in the room well and the services inside the room are OK (air conditioning, screen, pay TV service, enough towels, hot water, etc…), on the food (at least in the morning) s; Olo is buffet and the price is aprox 180 pesos per person, the menu of the buffet is varied (but limited), flavor rich, but by the 180 recommend to go Another place to try Yucatecan food (additional check if the room or reservation includes breakfast, but consider that you will have to pay). Overall my rating to the hotel would be an 8 (considering 10 as a maximum).

Beautiful building and entrance, simple but very large rooms with very comfortable King size beds, clean and large bathroom, nice swimming pool.

I liked… the place… the food… a bit I did not like the time D Park and when they gave the 12…
They stopped attending and almost… almost took us… many wanted more… and we refused service.

Whoever the photographer of these photos was, (s) he deserves an award. The rooms were spacious but lacked flair, the drinks we ordered were horrible, they tried to bill the room twice and staff wasn't friendly at all. The location isn't bad, but you can get a better location for similar prices.

Excellent service from the staff. Clean facilities. The breakfast buffet I did not recommend, there are better options near the hotel. Comfy beds. They maintain the concept of the casonas of Mérida without affecting its standards.

Nice and quiet hotel. With a Porfiriana architecture where breakfast is a delight. The pool and spa services are very good and the comfort of their rooms is unbeatable. Excellent service from the staff.

Conveniently located just 8 minutes walk from the cathedral and has parking. All the staff are very friendly, a service of 10 the facilities are a little old but it is clean and tidy, has pool and a small spa. The prices of the spa are very accessible, massages and facials from 500 pesos and the girls of the spa are very good, the best decontracting massage that I have given in my life.
If you are going out to a cenote do not forget to ask for towels at the reception, just take care of it because you lose you will have to pay $400

Reasonable and clean middle class hotel in good central location with large well maintained rooms, pool, parking and breakfast buffet for $160 (who likes it). Otherwise the breakfast was very good.

Incredibly good for the room rate! (€50 pn DZ) On the edge of the Centro Historico. In 10 minutes you will be at the main plaza. Very safe area, great, old, historic front. Entrance hall and lobby very classy and enchanting. Parking at the side of the hotel free of charge. The reception was very warm and there was immediately a delicious chai tea cocktail. We were led to the room and the luggage was worn. Very large, nice room with two large, very comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. View of the Great pool! Room service very attentive. Grinding everywhere, candy on the bed, hand-written messages from the maid. Good starting point to Progreso. (40 min) Top bedding and comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable the 2 days and nights. The restaurants are about 5 minutes away. In the hotel is a bar and also massage. Mexico up close.

The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The service is very friendly. There is cable TV, Wi-Fi, climate, bathroom with hot water, large closet, ironing donkey and iron. The maids do an excellent job.
On the negative side, the pool water is very cold and the safes are very archaic.
I would have liked the bathroom to have a bidet.

Cheap hotel not only in price but in every aspects. Looks nice from the outside but rooms are very old and not renovated. Service is poor, breakfast buffet more than poor. You have to ask 3 times for new towels and still don't get them. Location is ok, not far from the centre.

The location is amazing, the food is delicius, the mision hamburguers are the best.

Excellent location in the historic centre of Merida. Hotel looks very grand from outside. Room was spacious and quite clean. Some of the furnishings were a bit shabby. Friendly reception staff. Welcome drinks available in reception. Parking available onsite.

Very pleasant to the view, comfortable rooms, all the comforts, the pool with Mayan decor, the restaurant with exquisite menu and the staff warm and friendly. Excellent location.

This hotel was so beautiful! We were so excited to stay at this hotel and we were amazed! I went on my honeymoon and Juan was our server/bellman/ hotel guide he showed us the locked up rooms and told us the history of eat room. He also took the time to get us mosquito repellent while we were eating on the patio. He also recommended the most delicious food on the menu The customer service at this hotel was the best I've ever had at any hotel. We also got a free upgrade in a suite because it was our honeymoon! I can't wait to go back next year! Thank you Juan!

The location is good for walking to the center. The rooms are spacious. And this last stay was perfect as the bed and its headboards were excellent. I slept like a baby. The Super attention service. Everything is fine. Recommended.

Room large but uncomfortable. Strange Breakfast organization. Vouchers were requested which we had never received. Complicated to clarify all this because hardly any English is spoken. You just got something to eat breakfast. Had to wait half an hour for my tea.

Very chaotic hotel. The rooms were OK and clean. Unfortunately there is no vote between reception and restaurant. So we had to get the breakfast confirmed every time before we were allowed to eat. In English-speaking guests The hotel is not set, so communication was very difficult. But the worst thing was that my sandals disappeared despite direct demand. Until the correct phone number has been found, one day has passed, mails are only answered by telephone demand and communication in English is simply not possible. In the best case, we felt not taken seriously or rather fobbed.

Nice place, with some drawbacks in the furniture, such as shabby phones, old stock box, sunken mattress on one side and flaws in the TV signal. Its staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with special mention for Paul, Jonathan, Carlos, and Ivan. Thank you guys were very attentive at all times. The restaurant of the hotel is of average quality and very expensive the menu. The fourth star is for your staff.

Nice service. Amazing staff. Really clean hotel the is quiet although so central. Need a deposit for safe. Good location, but go for breakfast somewhere else. The pool area is unfortunately not really in the sun so my friend was disappointed that she couldn't get a tan.

Good place, clean and the rooms are good. The Internet service is decent but the time for breakfast is lousy. The one who comes for work waits until half an hour until things serve him.

Currently I am staying, and told them the following: 2 elevators only runs one, and works are useless buttons to call the elevator. They have no floor indicator and in reality you do not know whether to go or not.
In the fourth, the faucets are not securely installed, (move) as well as the flow of water is very poor and can fill it the bath tub because it has no system for filling.
They really have to improve, all the missions I've been this is the peorcito.

Needed improvements in the infrastructure of the hotel, isolate noise from room to room, are not very agile in processes of check-in and check-out but then in outside the very friendly staff and it is worth staying here.

The treatment was nice, the chilaquiles with guajillo chile delicious, the only thing you must take care of is maintenance of the beds and the pool area.

A construction of the time of the large estates henequeras. It is a delight to stay if one likes and appreciates the architecture restored. The rooms are clean, everything is well designed and the staff at all times is very friendly. It is located close to downtown and parks, walking you can reach many places of colonial Mérida.

Attention and friendliness of the staff. Rooms spacious and clean, location ideal for despkazarse by the city. Only suggest mini-bar in rooms, why the coffee service is this perfect.

Beautiful retro hotel, old and no hair dryer. But the surroundings, the Breakfast is not very good.
