Excellent location in the city of Merida, on the main avenue, Paseo Montejo, the café opens only for breakfast, the attention of its staff is excellent. It has a swimming pool that is open from 7 am to 9 at night. Rooms feature individual air conditioning. Bathrooms are in good condition. It has a safety deposit box in each room. Good sized screens.

I love it, it is the second time I have stayed here and it has not changed the excellent service and attention for the excellent price, it has good warm rooms, only that the pool is not very large but this… Good for what it is, the restaurant is nice and good service too.

The front desk staff a little disorganized. Check in is at 3 o've arrived at 4 and they still don't have your room ready.

A hotel very well located on Paseo Montejo, is very economical, the rooms acceptable, the lobby requires some renovation, the staff very attentive, the Internet very bad, the parking lot is behind the hotel across the street not very comfortable to transfer suitcases.

The pool is very small, I ordered food and it was old stuff. But the room is pretty comfortable and is in a beautiful location close to consulate.

The hotel is located on one of the most important avenues of the city, 15 minutes from the historic centre (walking). Clean, comfortable facilities are not very luxurious but if you go for a walk it is a good choice of lodging.

Before my review I want to highlight that the staff service is excellent, they are all very attentive and friendly. Although in different hotel pages qualify it from 3 to 5 stars, I think it would be more like 4. The qualification takes into consideration 5 axes which are summarized below.
Environment and reception.
Its location is unique as it is located in one of the main avenues of the city. The reception is nice, has a waiting room and the staff caters 24 hours.
Room
In general, the rooms are minimalist style, some rooms have natural lighting. In general the lighting is adequate and the switches have a strategic distribution. The beds are comfortable, the maid service is good. The bathroom is somewhat small but the furniture is acceptable.
In general the finishes of all the furniture of the room are not of excellent quality, could improve. The type of TV is adequate but the programming system does not, it has few channels and some do not look good. It has high speed Internet but the signal does not reach all the rooms well. Although the technical service to try to fix the problem was good. The air conditioner has remote control to regulate it but its location is not the best since air only reaches the middle of the room.
Food and beverages
The quality of the food is good, the dishes are rich but the variety is regular. It has a buffet for breakfast, which is adequate in terms of variety and taste.

The rooms are cozy, the bathroom is very comfortable and the cleanliness is good.

Overall good hotel. It is not a luxury hotel but the rooms are very comfortable. The location is excellent.

I don't get an eye too.
Very dirty and after room change because it has stank a lot we had a wooden door in the room as a connection to the neighbor.
You can hear every word even the snoring.
Luckily, only one night because of our round trip.
Worst hotel of the last 8 I've visited. No 5 stars.

The room is nice although a bit dated. The bed also are nice but the bathroom could be improved and even if over all it's an pretty good hotel I was disappointed by the "5 star" which is completely overrated.

The meeting rooms are comfortable but The a/c is too cold. The staff is great. The food is greasy and not varied.
