To be a hotel you are missing a good one, do not have many services for the price they charge per night, and the staff lousy service all serious, and I still stop at the exit for a control when minutes before I went to reception to advise I was already going to vacate the room and were not to check if not until q was already out of the hotel and I stopped wondering by the control. Do me the Blessed favor.

It is clean and with good facilities, the detail is the people who attend. They are not rude but none have any attitude of service or interest in making your stay enjoyable. My package came with a courtesy dessert which never came.

Staff very friendly and attentive. The place is well located, there are places to eat around and the centre is relatively close. There are two small parking lots and maneuvering one of them is a nuisance. The other, you can if obstruyes the step they call your room to move.

It is close to the center of Merida, with affordable costs, the service is good and the rooms comfortable. Highly recommended.

It is good according to your lay, but the services can be improved. That this serca of the transport stations gives much more customers.

It could give better services, its advantage is to be about two bus stations ADO CAME and Trasp of the Orient, very ugly night course.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The mattress that I had to sleep was defeated, the bath rate fails and the weather makes a lot of noise. For a quick stay it is ideal as it is very central and economical.

Buen lugar, muy tranquilo y limpio. Cuanta con aire acondicionado, Wi-Fi, Cablevision. Se encuentra cerca del ADO y del centro.

Very near from the BUS STATION "ADO" a very good place todo stay if your goal is to tour the Historic Center of Mérida, the "White City" Nice, simple rooms yo a good night Sleep With Own Restaurant for a local breakfast!

The room had dead cockroaches and the AC didn't work, however the staff was polite, I didn't stay the night, since I had to leave early, but the hotel seemed good enough for the price we paid.

Was a good hotel, very nice and confortable, the rooms was good and the people was very kind.

Nice and clean rooms but the service in the restaurant is lousy cater for at least at the dinner in bad way, the receptionists do not give information of absolutely nothing however it is a cozy hotel and it is on Paseo Montejo which is useful as you are near almost everything! It's economic, by the way.
