My wife and I stayed at this hotel when we visited Merida in June and we liked it a lot. Unfortunately charged us for booking and also cash, and despite multiple calls and promises to reimburse us, we have not returned our money. They have even stopped answering the calls and the messages of whats app. My first recommendation if you want to stay in this hotel is to look for another that is more reliable or which do not give any cash payment. My suspicion is that sadly, the "manager" pocketed the cash.
