Small hotel, good price, with clean and acceptable rooms. It has a pool but something small. Its location is on a busy avenue Ruiz Cortines, it has a good restaurant where they serve a highly recommended buffet. If you have little money and you go as a family this is a very good option. I recommend it.

The hotel meets in several respects, the rooms in good condition to dry (some furniture inside scratched or clueless), the internet at least worked well both on the sixth floor (room) and in the event hall, the attention of the staff was good and friendly.
The only thing maybe that needs improvement is in the food is not very good nor so varied.
The cost matches what they offer.

All very well, comfortable rooms, spacious, well lit, soundproof, with black out curtains, new climates, flat TV with cable, high speed Wi-Fi, the children's area "small club" is very clean and with super trained staff, the food is good and the bread Delicious, its pool is spacious, with lounge beds, lounge, umbrellas and splash! Super mega RECOMMEND.

Everything is fine, the same treatment. The only thing I did not like is that the pool this girl and does not have in the pool area view to the sea. Good Food not so good but if passable costs will make me medium or very expensive or a thousand high.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, elegant and modern. A good restaurant with very good quality and choice of food, and in the morning the firm is exquisite, has ballet Parkin and its bar is small but cozy.
Two blocks from the beach, you can go jogging in the mornings and have breakfast when you return, and if your stay is prolonged, you can use the pool to distract you for a while. Don't Forget the bathing suit.

+ The staff is super friendly and attentive. The facilities are acceptable, they have renovated areas with a cozy style.
— The pool is very dirty, they do not give maintenance. It is dangerous for someone who has sensitive skin, the walls have mold and the water is murky.
-The lavatory in the 523 room was clogged with the piping, the maid said she would call the maintenance staff… never came. The water came out Brown because of the earth.

A good food, an very well service.

I only went to the restaurant and the Waiter's attention was very good, regarding the food the coffee is sour, but the waiter very kindly changed the coffee immediately, the other foods tasted great.

Excellent hotel. The best of its kind in Veracruz and Boca del Rio. Comfortable rooms as well as spacious and very clean. Very friendly staff with pool and children's area with babysitting. The restaurant is very good and there is a great variety of food. Very nice bar. Really a hotel to rest. 100% recommended.

The hotel is well located, it shows that it is being refurbished. The lobby and rooms are the places where the remodeling is most noticeable. However there are some details inside the rooms that are not yet remodeled by what you notice. However they are aesthetic details, it is very clean the hotel, its restaurant is good and despite not having silver everything is quite close.

The hotel is very nice but the Wi-Fi did not serve in all my stay, the rooms are spacious and clean, the pool has a wide opening hours and in the evening it has ambience with lights and music but the pool water was a bit dirty. Overall I recommend it as it has affordable prices and very good service.

It is a recommended place to stay, the price is right for the type of service, the room was always clean in time and form. The location is sensational as it is a block and a half from the Malecon, shopping malls, party places and the mobility is diverse, there are different bus routes that pass besides taxis.
Finally the buffet is the option if you don't want to go out.

I attended to make a room reservation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They showed me the room and loved it, it's simple but very clean and cozy. The prices are suitable for the area in which it is located, two blocks from the beach.

The buffet is rich and at an affordable price.

Overall good. But the pool was icy, several intrepid children tried but the cold water beat them. Ideal to improve with a water boiler.

I went to a family meal and the place is quite nice, the facilities are cared for and has a touch of modernity with the incursion of decorative elements that range from tapestries, lamps, statues and ornamental furniture that gives atmosphere to their areas.

There is a mafia of waiters that I suggest not to hire any event there. The waiters do what they want and go over the management. Care!

Very quiet and cozy event in the lounge.

It has a restaurant and bar, if you want a pleasant chat with your friends and a rich montaditos with your drink, the bar is less noisy than the restaurant. The menu in the restaurant looked very appetizing, but we wanted a more relaxing atmosphere. You can ask for the menu of either of us and they bring you what you ask for. Very nice and pleasant atmosphere.

For social events, it is a clean, elegant and neat hotel, decoration is always on top of standards, the breakfast was hoy and good, coffee and cookies as well, it has 3 convention rooms, the one for us was small but perfect for our meeting. It's a little bit expensive but it worth it.

The service d reception was not friendly, in the hab. The wall parts will go black and the covers bed looks at first glance, dirty, tubes d windows sarrosas and without maintenance. I expected more d this hotel, I will not return.
