Excelente ubicación, buena atención y cumple con todo lo necesario, los cuartos están muy bien y cuenta con estacionamiento.

The reception is nice, booking by phone is very fast and they offer accurate information.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the parking was great. Very good restaurant, lacking a bit of variety in the dishes but it eats very rich like the staff without words, excellent deal. Thank you and hope to return soon.

The air conditioner is very old and makes a lot of noise, such that it does not let sleep, so it is supported the night heat with this off.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Malecon. They have an elevator which is very good if you are accompanied by someone with difficulty walking. It has Internet service and the view of some rooms are very nice. It also has very affordable costs.

From 2016, I've been staying at the hotel east approximately 3 nights per month, and each day surprises me more. From the new restaurant that went out of the room very spacious and are always clean to a very affordable price.

It has an excellent location, because as such is not a bad place, but if the beds/mattresses are in very bad condition. They gnash a lot and are not as nice, some rooms have problems with the Windows for example, the 211 filters air. It does not close completely and when it is a lot of air seeps into the room, where the weather only put a piece of unisel all broken and out there seeps more air.
The parking lot is very small but it has good attention. They are small details but you have to take them into account because if you want to rest without noise, this is not the right place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good service. I recommend it.

A horrible hotel, it looks nothing like the photos they post on their page, it looks like a neighborhood. They are not even to put on decent sheets, they don't offer towels. It's so cold in the night, the air seeps through the windows. A terrible experience, besides that the parking is super small, you have to pay to be able to store your car in a parking lot that is two blocks away with which they have agreement.

Arrived on Saturday together with my family and without having reservation and despite being high season quickly we solved the problem and gave us rooms, all very well clean the staff very friendly I had already stayed there before and personally I liked their attention and outside we lived a great atmosphere.

This place have 4 flours, the attention is very good, the room service some times is a little slow, the food is very good, the internet have bad reception and don't working in any of my devices, the hotel is very centric and have all the necessary things around.

My experience was really bad, even I had wanted to involve the health, the day that I stay my stay hard very little time, because when I was assigned to room the focus is not serbia, and they were not able to fix it, so they decided to assign me another room, when we enter and when you turn the light began to run roaches on the floor and up on the bed! really could not believe that they have so little hygiene I or crazy I would be there and I had to leave to another hotel. Disgusting service and facilities, really the worst thing that has touched me!
