All excellent but tVs sometimes fail I don't ask for a fancy but if something is seen and heard without having to call reception.

My towel had poop on it, all they did was exchange it… Not even an I'm sorry. Rude people with no education, The king size bed is hard as a rock and the front desk just laughs about it, the patio outside of the room is so dangerous for anyone because the ac unit leaks water and wets the patio floor, someone can literally die if they slip and fall. It's nothing like best wester in United States Not even like the others in Monterrey… This place is the worst it just has the name not the quality. The pictures are not from here, the hotel rooms are not as shown the king size room had window u it ac that does not cool. Breakfast is included they say only for adults … all minors pay 10 dollars.

The hotel is good though misleading in the photos. We need a pool and more services; small parking lot.
I would recommend it only for the night.

Best Western is a small, simple hotel with only the basics. They do not include breakfast (which would be good to consider), so it has a cost of $150 per person. They have parking, internet, an iron and a donkey to iron (which is muu good). The service is fine, however the infrastructure is really plain. The Internet /Wi-Fi service is awful and inconsistent. It also is expensive to what it provides.
